One of the leading causes of death worldwide continues to be heart disease;therefore, early detection and precise diagnosis are essential to better patient outcomes. The conventional methods of diagnosing chemotherapy-induced nail changes involve a great deal of laboratory testing, which is more than exhaustive. In order to tackle these obstacles, this research introduces a novel methodology for the automated diagnosis and continuous tracking of heart diseases in the IoT -based health care system, integrated with deep learning algorithms. The proposed system includes several state-of-the art techniques to improve diagnostic reliability and speed. First of all, min-max normalization is used as a pre-processing technique that aims at pre-scaling the data of patients to a consistent level and, as a result, enhancing the performance of the model. The Mud Ring Algorithm is then used for feature selection, whereby the best features are chosen together with the reduction in dimensionality to decrease computational intensity, thus improving diagnostic accuracy. The core diagnostic engine is based on Similarity Navigated Graph Neural Networks (SNGNN) and has been enhanced with Leopard Seal Optimization (LSO), a new meta-method motivated by the hunting patterns of leopard seals. This combination enables the system to relate various features and give the correct prognosis for heart diseases. These techniques, applied within the IoT framework, enable real-time monitoring and diagnosis and therefore have the benefit of being a scalable solution for modern health care systems. The results show that the proposed method for providing diagnosis of heart disease is accurate, timely, and reliable and thus has the potential to revolutionize patient management in healthcare based on the IoT. © 2024 IEEE.

The health and social implications of pandemic epidemics are substantial. Accurate forecasting and management of such epidemics are of utmost importance to lessen the blow of such epidemics. To tackle this pressing problem, we employ state-of-the-art machine learning methods in our research. In this paper, we investigate the potential of cutting-edge algorithms for modeling, predicting, and controlling the spread of pandemics. These algorithms include LSTM, Random Forest, GNN, RL, DRL, Bayesian Networks, and SVM. We run a battery of experiments and analyses using real-world data sources, such as COVID-19 case data, mobility data, contact tracking data, vaccination distribution data, intervention strategy data, and resource allocation data. These advanced machine-learning approaches have the ability to enhance the accuracy of pandemic predictions, optimize the allocation of resources, decrease transmission rates, and enable more effective intervention measures, according to our findings. For example, our RL algorithm optimized vaccination distribution by 20% while our LSTM model averaged a 92% success rate in forecasting new cases each day. Our research further emphasizes the significance of early detection and intervention. With a 90% success rate, the SVM-based early detection system could spot epidemics ten days before conventional approaches could, buying precious time for focused and efficient responses. © 2024 IEEE.

The application of blockchain technology management in the abstracts of the aforementioned studies, the process of supply chain. The research highlights how critical it is for the agricultural supply chain to have open communication, transparency, and data integrity, and how blockchain technology is beneficial. Blockchain technology has the potential to enable small-scale farmers, increase profitability, and open up new markets, according to the papers. The beneficial effects on lowering food loss and accomplishing sustainable development, the main aim is to develop and enhance the agro-cultivation field to make a more efficient supply chain. The more we come across the emerging technique to be manifested in developing the agriculture dApp. The need for the development in eradicating the methodology of simplifying the anonymous entry of the business. Agricultural supply chain's traceability, efficiency, safety, and transparency. The monitoring and tracing of crops, as well as the recording and validation of transactions between supply chain participants, are discussed in the system using smart contracts and the Ethereum blockchain frameworks. This research intends to explain the significant effects of transparency in dApp blockchain technology. In future, this blockchain technology is going to be useful and incorporated in the field of agriculture. This makes the system a more secure methodology in making the system independent along with the integration advanced AI tools for more security. © 2024 IEEE.

Cardiovascular disease is currently a prominent sickness that kills the majority of sufferers. The medical evaluation of cardiac disease presents significant problems. This diagnostic method is complex, requiring precision and efficiency. Early detection of heart disease can significantly lower the chance of death. In light of the high occurrence of cardiac issues in contemporary times, the prediction of heart disease has emerged as one of the most challenging endeavors within the medical field in recent years. Scientists examined a plethora of closely related characteristics to identify the most trustworthy predictors of these diseases. In this work, we use Machine Learning (ML) approaches to detect the existence of cardiac problems. The suggested method predicts the likelihood of heart disease and classifies people into risk categories. This is performed by utilizing several machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Gradient Boosting, Random Forest (RF), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Naive Bayes (NB), and Logistic Regression (LR). The developed system is trained and evaluated using a composite dataset derived from two separate sources. The results of the experiments show that, when compared to other machine learning algorithms, the Random Forest approach achieves the greatest accuracy rate, achieving an amazing 99.99%. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

In order to efficiently store heat, it is necessary to use a material with a high specific heat capacity. Not all of the illumination can be harnessed by photovoltaic panels to produce electrical energy. Due to the low energy conversion efficiency, the temperature of the cell rises during operation. As the operating temperature increases, the cell's performance declines. This paper presents a comparative study on the impact of different cooling techniques, such as phase change material cooling, thermoelectric cooling, and nanotube cooling, on the operating temperature. The objective of this paper is to enhance the temperature of the panel under three specific environmental conditions by examining the influence of cooling on the panel's various parameters. Researchers found that applying a fine spray of water to both the front and back surfaces of a solar panel led to the largest fluctuations in temperature, making it the most efficient method. © 2024 IEEE.

The research aims to demonstrate the susceptibility of Machine Learning Algorithms to adversarial attacks. Machine Learning is pivotal in diverse applications across homogeneous and heterogeneous environments, including computer Vision, Health Care, Stock Markets, Banking, and Intrusion Detection Systems. The study involves training machine learning classifier models using randomly generated datasets and assessing the accuracy of each classifier. Subsequently, the research introduces perturbations during the test phase using the projected gradient descent algorithm and the projected gradient descent line search algorithm. The injection of these perturbations results in a decrease in accuracy for various machine learning classifiers. The impact of Evasion attacks on classifier models is quantified, revealing substantial decreases in accuracy for different classifiers. Specifically, the accuracy of SVM Linear decreases from 46.00% to 10.70%, SVM RBF from 91.20% to 08.00%, Logistic from 54.00% to 16.00%, kNN from 88.00% to 11.20%, Decision Tree from 86.80% to 12.00%, and Random Forest from 88.40% to 12.34%. This comparative analysis underscores the success of Evasion attacks in compromising the accuracy and integrity of machine learning classifiers. © 2024 IEEE.

Publish/subscribe(pub/sub) communication in IoT healthcare systems enables efficient and real-time dissemination of patient data, facilitating timely medical interventions and remote monitoring. Moreover, the pub/sub model has characteristics of loose coupling which could lead to security and privacy;this paper introduces a comprehensive security framework IntegraSec which integrates the lightweight design, LAA (Lightweight Authentication based on anonymity), LAC(lightweight access control), principle based on the AE(Asymmetric Encryption) based model integrated with different model such as anonymous authentication through, user registration and so on to enhance the access control and data privacy. Moreover, the proposed model secures the pub/sub model by safeguarding the content, securing the subscriber identity and publication authenticity for lightweight secure communication. Considering the lightweight approach IntegraSec improvises the overhead in terms of storage and communication. © 2024 IEEE.

With the use of a Novel Random Forest Classifier with K-Fold Cross Validation and a comparison of the findings with those of a Stochastic Gradient Classifier for the Chicago Crime dataset, the purpose of this endeavour is to improve the accuracy of crime prediction. For the purpose of forecasting the prediction of crimes in Chicago, the Novel Random Forest Classifier with K-Fold Cross Validation and the Stochastic Gradient Classifier are both implemented. The training and testing of these models are carried out using a sample size of 4,763 for each. A G Power test is used, which yields around 80% (the parameters for the G Power test are α=0.05 and power=0.80). A higher level of accuracy is achieved by the Novel Random Forest Classifier with K-fold cross validation (96.17%) in comparison to the stochastic gradient descent (94.73%). This study compares the Novel K-Nearest Neighbor's (KNN )algorithm's Local Forecast accuracy to the Decision Tree(DT) technique using meteorological data. This will be done by comparing the two predicting approaches. Using the Novel KNN approach and DT with a sample size of 25 at various time periods, the Local Forecast prediction is analysed for accuracy. Another method that is utilised is a G-power pretest, which has a confidence interval of 95% and a power of 80%. In terms of accuracy, the Novel KNN strategy is superior than the DT approach, which has an accuracy rate of 72.8%. The accuracy reached by the new KNN Algorithm is 83.61 percent. With the use of cognitive radio (CR) technology, wireless devices can utilize licensed spectrum when it is unused by the licensed users. CR was developed as a response to the wireless spectrum shortage issue caused by the static spectrum allocation. Using CR technology, the unlicensed users can opportunistically access the spectrum during the absence of usage by the licensed users. Clustering is a widely used technique in Cognitive Radio Networks (CRNs) to efficiently manage network resources, optimize spectrum utilization, and enhance overall network performance.
