Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) has garnered substantial research interest owing to its pivotal role in advancing the development of next-generation (6G) wireless networks. However, achieving a performance balance between communication and sensing in the dual-function radar communication (DFRC)-based ISAC system remains a significant challenge. In this paper, an aerial intelligent reflecting surface (IRS)-assisted ISAC system is explored, where a base station (BS) supports dual-functional operations, enabling both data transmission for multiple users and sensing for a blocked target, with the channel quality enhanced by an IRS mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Moreover, we formulate an integrated communication, sensing, and energy efficiency multi-objective optimization problem (CSEMOP), which aims to maximize the communication rate of the users and the echo rate of the target, while minimizing UAV propulsion energy consumption by jointly optimizing the BS beamforming matrix, IRS phase shifts, the flight velocity and angle of the UAV. Considering the non-convexity, trade-off, and dynamic nature of the formulated CSEMOP, we propose a generative diffusion model-based deep deterministic policy gradient (GDMDDPG) method to solve the problem. Specifically, the diffusion model is incorporated into the actor network of DDPG to improve the action quality, with noise perturbation mechanism for better exploration and recent prioritized experience replay (RPER) sampling mechanism for enhanced training efficiency. In the field of agriculture,variable-rate herbicide spraying(VRHS)technology has been used to solve the low efficiency of pesticides and crop chemical *** key of VRHS is the quick and precise identification of weeds from field images,which forms a weed *** search optimization(FSO)was able to simplify the threshold optimization process to create a weed map,which simulated the fluid flowing from high pressure to low pressure,but it is time consuming and often converges ***,an explosion mechanism and a twophase optimization were introduced to improve the FSO-based segmentation *** of segmentation weeds from a corn field at seedling growth stage showed that the IFSO algorithm obtained the best accuracy of 93.3%and the least running time of 0.019 s,compared with the standard PSO,GA,and FSO algorithms.

Alcoholic steatohepatitis (ASH) is a liver disease characterized by steatosis, inflammation, and necrosis of the liver tissue as a result of excessive alcohol consumption. Pregnane X receptor (PXR) is a xenobiotic nuclear receptor best known for its function in the transcriptional regulation of drug metabolism and disposition. Clinical reports suggested that the antibiotic rifampicin, a potent human PXR activator, is a contraindication in alcoholics, but the mechanism was unclear. In this study, we showed that the hepatic expression of fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) was uniquely elevated in ASH patients and a mouse model of ASH. Pharmacological inhibiting FABP4 attenuated ASH in mice. Furthermore, treatment of mice with the mouse PXR agonist pregnenolon-16α-carbonitrile (PCN) induced the hepatic and circulating levels of FABP4 and exacerbated ASH in a PXR-dependent manner. Our mechanism study established FABP4 as a transcriptional target of PXR. Treatment with andrographolide, a natural compound and dual inhibitor of PXR and FABP4, alleviated mice from ASH. In summary, our results showed that the PXR-FABP4 gene regulatory axis plays an important role in the progression of ASH, which may have accounted for the contraindication of rifampicin in patients of alcoholic liver disease. Pharmacological inhibition of PXR and/or FABP4 may have its promise in the clinical management of ASH.

Electromagnetic waves with orbital angular momentum (OAM) have garnered significant interest by reason of their potential in designing advanced communication systems. This paper reports on a specific design of a flexible graphene-based antenna for RF vortex wave generation. The antenna is composed of a ring-shaped resonator made of a graphene film with high conductivity deposited on a thin polydimethylsiloxane substrate. The graphene film is characterized by greater strength to repeated mechanical bending than metallic counterparts while providing good conductivity of the patch. We use the commercial ANSYS HFSS 3D electromagnetic solver to conduct full-wave numerical simulations of the antenna performances and radiation conditions, simulating the generation of vortex waves at different bending radii of the antenna. The mode purity is evaluated with the use of the spiral spectrum algorithm to reveal the stability of the vortex wave generation by the antenna in bent states. Several pilot samples of the antenna working in the RF band are fabricated and tested. Calculated together with empirical results demonstrate that the flexible antenna can stably generate vortex waves even subjected to either outward or inward bending. The proposed flexible graphene-based antenna has the potential for application in wireless communication systems.

The current methods of auto-segmenting medical images are limited due to insufficient and ambiguous pathonmorphological labeling. In clinical practice, rough classification labels (such as disease or normal) are more commonly used than precise segmentation masks. However, there is still much to be explored regarding utilizing these weak clinical labels to accurately determine the lesion mask and guide medical image segmentation. In this paper, we proposed a weakly supervised medical image segmentation model to directly generate the lesion mask through a class activation map (CAM) guided cycle-consistency label-activated region transferring network. Cycle-consistency enforces that the mappings between the two domains should be reversible, which ensures that the original image can be reconstructed from the translated image. We developed a complementary branches fusion module to address the issue of blurry boundaries in CAM-guided segmentation. The complementary branch preserves the original semantic information of the non-lesion region and perfectly fuses the transferred feature of the lesion region with a complementary mask-constrained fake image generation process to clear the boundary of the lesion and non-lesion regions. This module allows the class transformation to focus solely on the label-activated region, resulting in more explicit segmentation. This model can accurately identify different region of medical images at the pixel-level while preserving the overall semantic structure semantion. It organizes disease labels and corresponding regions during image synthesis. Our method utilizes a joint discrimination strategy that significantly enhances the precision of the produced lesion mask. Extensive experiments of the proposed method on BraTs, ISIC and COVID-19 datasets demonstrate superior performance over existing state-of-the-art methods. Kiwifruit is an economically and nutritionally important fruit crop with extremely high contents of vitamin ***,the previously released versions of kiwifruit genomes all have a mass of unanchored or missing ***,we report a highly continuous and completely gap-free reference genome of Actinidia chinensis cv.‘Hongyang’,named Hongyang v4.0,which is the first to achieve two de novo haploid-resolved haplotypes,HY4P and ***4P and HY4A have a total length of 606.1 and 599.6 Mb,respectively,with almost the entire telomeres and centromeres assembled in each *** comparison with Hongyang v3.0,the integrity and contiguity of Hongyang v4.0 is markedly improved by filling all unclosed gaps and correcting some misoriented regions,resulting in∼38.6–39.5 Mb extra sequences,which might affect 4263 and 4244 protein-coding genes in HY4P and HY4A,***,our gap-free genome assembly provides the first clue for inspecting the structure and function of ***,centromeric regions are characterized by higher-order repeats that mainly consist of a 153-bp conserved centromere-specific monomer(Ach-CEN153)with different copy numbers among *** enrichment analysis of the genes located within centromeric regions demonstrates that chromosome centromeres may not only play physical roles for linking a pair of sister chromatids,but also have genetic features for participation in the regulation of cell *** availability of the telomere-to-telomere and gap-free Hongyang v4.0 reference genome lays a solid foundation not only for illustrating genome structure and functional genomics studies but also for facilitating kiwifruit breeding and improvement.

Spatial mass spectrometry imaging (SMSI) technology has enabled the characterization of biomolecule patterns within the tissue microenvironment, yet its analyses suffer from substantial noise. The lack of effective methods for exploiting multi-view features (e.g., spatial location) has hindered their elucidation ability for tissue heterogeneity. Here, we propose MSG, a multimodal modal that integrates histology, spatial location, and MSI data, in deciphering tissue structure by graph neural network. Specifically, MSG learns low-dimensional representations by aggregating histomorphological features from neighboring tiles via graph attention autoencoder. MSG outperforms other methods in identifying spatial domains and denoising data. The subsequent domain-guided differential expression analysis of the denoised data enables the identification of ions with significantly enriched patterns within the recognized domains. MSG exhibits its versatility in handling SMSI data from various platforms.

Microvascular invasion (MVI) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is of great guiding significance for the formulating treatment strategies and accessing the prognosis before the surgery. However, in traditional medicine, the gold standard for the diagnosis of MVI is obtained by examining pathological images which can only be obtained by sampling and sectioning tumors after surgery. At this time, MVI results have lost the timeliness of guiding tumor resection surgery. In order to solve this problem, existing studies began to use deep learning-based methods for preoperative prediction of MVI using non-invasive imaging. Most of these methods adopt the fusion methods of multi-sequence images to predict MVI, but fail to make full use of the characteristics of multiply sequences as prior knowledge to combine into the model, resulting in no further improvement of prediction performance. So we propose a multi-sequence image difference and correlation deep learning model. The model can extract the difference and correlation information between sequences from different scales and combine them into the model. To validate proposed model, we collected a data set consists of 120 HCC patients, including 50 MVI-positive patients. Compared with existing studies, our method has greatly improved in all evaluation metrics.
