Referring to the performance-based fire protection and safety evacuation, safety evacuation ability in a college library was analyzed. The fire loads and evacuation crowds of reading rooms was statistically analyzed with the on-the-spot Survey. The 4th reading room was considered as the most unfavourable evacuation area, and then it was reasonably simplified. The RSET (Required Safety Evacuation Time) was calculated according to experiential formulas, and ASET (Available Safety Evacuation Time) was determined by simulating room fire with field model FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator). A novel improve algorithm TPDE is proposed in this paper, which combines differential evolution(DE). Each individual contains two states, the attractive state and the repulsive state. In order to refrain from the shortcoming of premature convergence, a two point reversal crossover operator is defined and in the repulsive process each particle is repelled away from some inferior solution in the current tabu list to fly towards some promising areas which can introduce some new information to guide the swarm searching process. DE adjusts the mutation rate F and the crossover rate CR adaptively, taking account of the different distribution of population. TPDE maintains the diversity of population and improves the global convergence ability. It also improves the efficiency and success rate and avoids the premature convergence. Simulation and comparisons based on test-sets of CSPs demonstrate the effectiveness, efficiency and robustness of the proposed algorithm.

The traditional ontology mapping technology has the very good performance when processes between the lightweight ontology, but regarding large-scale ontology with many entities and complex relations, the mapping quality and the mapping efficiency is not very good. This paper proposed a method of alignment candidate reduction based on passing message. The method used passing message cluster' thought to cluster the entities of two ontologies, entities in the same class as the candidate set of mapping. The clustering results can be directly as m: n mapping output between two light-scale ontologies. With the large-scale ontologies produces clustering results can be output as mapping candidate sets, then use the other matching strategies to produce more accurate alignments. Experimental results show that the method by reduction candidate set when dealing with large-scale ontology mapping, the mapping of the recall and precision rate has improved.

Aiming at nonlinear decontrolled plants at large exist in industrial processes, this paper firstly introduces the support vector machine and least squares support vector machine briefly. On this basis, we propose a nonlinear generalized predictive control model based on least squares support vector machines. This method can overcome the classic quadratic programming method for solving support vector machines curse of dimensionality problem, and has a good robustness, suitable for large-scale computing. So use least squares support vector machines as nonlinear predictive model have more advantages.

The traditional method to keep drawings in Architectural Design institute is that the paper drawings are archived artificially for management. However, these paper drawings are vulnerable to such problems as being illegible, missing and others. This system is designed in line with the requirements of design institute in drawing document management and boasts the following advantages: overcoming the drawbacks arising from traditional drawing management, making the best of computer network resources, and keeping drawing document in electronic form. With respect to the system security, the abstraction algorithm is adopted for encryption of data;as for the management of approval procedure, the workflow technology is used to accomplish a more secure conservation of drawing, index easier, normative and scientific management.
