Study the global histogram algorithm and the rigid block algorithm in image retrieval, in order to improve the lack of spatial information in the global histogram,and to improve the lack of rotation invariance and image integrity in the rigid block, this paper proposed block weighting the color feature algorithm. The use of consistency techniques is the main feature of any Constraint Satisfaction Problems(CSPs)solver. Arc Consistency (AC) applied to preprocessing can reduce the search space by removing the values which are arc inconsistent. Singleton Arc Consistency (SAC) is a stronger level of consistency than AC. Arc consistency technique with heuristic strategy has been proved to be an efficient technique to improve the efficiency of algorithms. In this paper, we first study the well-known SAC-3 algorithm indetail, and propose two algorithms with heuristic strategies for the drawbacks in SAC-3, SAC-3-FFPand SAC-3-MINIsup. Then, we give the correctness proof and complexity analysis. In the end, we implement the two algorithms in some random CSPs and benchmarks during the preprocessing step. Experimental results show that the two algorithms perform better than SAC-3 for most test cases.

A new kind of material for oil adsorption was prepared by melt blend with EPDM as the matrix and MgO as the filler. The effects of Dicumylperoxide (DCP) and MgO contents on the oil absorbency were studied. Comparing the two samples with the highest oil adsorption rates, the experimental result indicates that the oil absorbency of EPDM (crosslinked) is 51% more man that of EPDM the oil absorbency of MgO/EPDM composite is 88634% more than that of EPDM (crosslinked);the oil absorbency of MgO/EPDM composite is 19822% more than that of MgO (coupling agent)/EPDM composite. Nowadays, e-mail is one of the most inexpensive and expeditious means of communication. However, a principal problem of any internet user is the increasing number of spam, and therefore an efficient spam filtering method is imperative. Feature selection is one of the most important factors, which can influence the classification accuracy rate. To improve the performance of spam prediction, this paper proposes a new fuzzy adaptive multi-population parallel genetic algorithm (FAMGA) for feature selection. To maintain the diversity of population, a few studies of multi-swarm strategy are reported, whereas the dynamic parameter setting has not been considered further. The proposed method is based on multiple subpopulations and each subpopulation runs in independent memory space. For the purpose of controlling the subpopulations adaptively, we put forward two regulation strategies, namely population adjustment and subpopulation adjustment. In subpopulation adjustment, a controller is designed to adjust the crossover rate for each subpopulation, and in population adjustment, a controller is designed to adjust the size of each subpopulation. Three publicly available benchmark corpora for spam filtering, the PU1, Ling-Spam and Spam Assassin, are used in our experiments. The results of experiments show that the proposed method improves the performance of spam filtering, and is significantly better than other feature selection methods. Thus, it is proved that the multi-population regulation strategy can find the optimal feature subset, and prevent premature convergence of the population.
