In order to filter out the common-mode and differential-mode interference of DC/DC converter output power, restrain the power’s ripple, reduce the transmitting interference of power, and increase the anti-interference ability and stability of power system, we analyze the internal structure of DC/DC converter, describe its working principle, and take mechanism analysis of the noise produced by it. According the result, I will bring forward the integrating nonlinear filter method as well as introduce the designation and calculation method of filter inductance. According to the experiments, the power of this system works stably and satisfies the output need of system’s power.

Remote sensing technology has many advantages in the city development and using remote sensing technology to monitor urban growth has become a trend. Various remote sensing data were engaged in monitoring the spatial and temporal processes of urban expansion and land use change. The CBERS has been applied in many fields. Based on multi-temporal CBERS imageries, the research extracted the urban built-up areas in changchun city, jilin province, China, on the basis of supervised classification method, Maximum Likelihood classifier. Overlay and buffer spatial analysis was used to study urban growth direction. At last, the major drive forces behind urban expansion were analyzed by using socio-economic statistics. This research has verified the applicability of urban growth monitoring based on CBERS imageries, and then, should enrich urban expansion data source and extend the CBERS application field.

Output-input feedback (OIF) Elman neural network is a dynamic feedback network. An improved model is proposed based on the OIF Elman neural network by introducing direction profit factor in this paper. Moreover, the proposed model is applied to forecast the composite index of stock. In addition, some comparisons are also made when the stock exchange is performed using prediction results from OIF Elman neural network. Simulation results show that the proposed model is feasible and effective in the finance field. It shows that the proposed model can not only improve the forecasting precision evidently and possess the characteristic of quick convergence but also provide a good reference tool for investors to obtain more profits.

According to the matching differences cased by cardiac non-rigid motion between angiographic images before and after injected in subtract angiography which is most widely used in diagnosis, a new algorithm based on a¿ trous wavelet of rotary Gaussian with adaptive space coefficient and segmentation based on transition region is put forward to in this paper. The angiographic image is pretreated by an adaptive and multi-hierarchy method to obtain images of different levels, and all sub-images are obtained by extracting the coronary artery from image of every level, all sub-images are fused to obtain the final image in accordance by certain rules. Simulation results based on 200 actual coronary artery angiographic images indicate that comparing with traditional algorithms, SNR is improved 4.7%~8.8%, and positioning accuracy of centerline is improved 3.9%~37.5%.

Within a group of cooperating robots the decision making of an individual robot depends on the actions of the other robots. In dynamic environments, these dependencies will change rapidly as a result of the continuously changing state. A multi-robot model for plan synthesis in which the production of a global shared plan is based on a promising unified framework based on HTN and POP approaches was proposed, which took into account robots' partial knowledge and heterogeneous skills, considered the global multi-robot planning process as a POP planning procedure where robots exchange proposals and counterproposal. Each robot's proposal is produced by a relaxed HTN approach that defines partial plans in accordance with the plan space search planning. Robot's interactions define a joint investigation that enable them to progressively prune threats, solve open goals and elaborate solutions step by step. Finally, we will demonstrate this method in the RoboCup soccer simulation domain.

A clonal selection based memetic algorithm is proposed for solving job shop scheduling problems in this paper. In the proposed algorithm, the clonal selection and the local search mechanism are designed to enhance exploration and exploitation. In the clonal selection mechanism, clonal selection, hypermutation and receptor edit theories are presented to construct an evolutionary searching mechanism which is used for exploration. In the local search mechanism, a simulated annealing local search algorithm based on Nowicki and Smutnicki's neighborhood is presented to exploit local optima. The proposed algorithm is examined using some well-known benchmark problems. Numerical results validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

In order to solve security problems coming from multi-domain, heterogeneity and dynamics, the security architecture for collaborative commerce and design environment was constructed throuth adoptting Internet Protocol Security(IPSec), Secure Socket Layer(SSL), Simple Object Access Protocol Security(SOAPSec). The enabling technologies including IPSec-based Virtual Private Net(VPN), secure e-commence and cooperation framework, digital authentication and encryption of data were discussed in detail.
