With the sur.e of e-commer.e gr.wth in India, it has become v.r. necessar. for.br.nds to under.tand the sentiments of customer. so that they can impr.v. their.offer.ngs and r.main in competition. In this study, the tr.nsfor.er.based model, namely BEr. is used for.conducting sentiment analysis of customer.r.v.ews r.lated to famous Indian clothing br.nds such as Myntr., Ajio and Tata Cliq. Our.r.sear.h utilizes BEr. contextual embeddings for.the captur. of opinions and emotions in customer.feedback. In this paper. we will look to pr.v. the efficiency of BEr. in sentiment classification r.gar.ing Indian fashion e-commer.e by analyzing a lar.e cor.us of r.v.ews fr.m these popular.platfor.s, as well as compar. its accur.cy to DistilBEr.. The study will identify how this appr.ach extr.cts meaningful insights fr.m unstr.ctur.d text data that tur. v.r. useful to the br.nds for.under.tanding customer.satisfaction and impr.v.ment ar.as. This paper.intr.duces a mov.e r.commendation system designed using the Alter.ating Least Squar.s (ALS) algor.thm, a widely adopted collabor.tiv. filter.ng technique implemented in the PySpar. ML libr.r.. The system is specifically tailor.d to handle lar.e-scale datasets, making it well-suited for.r.al-wor.d applications. The cor. functionality of the system inv.lv.s pr.cessing a dataset containing user.r.tings for.mov.es. By applying the ALS algor.thm, latent factor. ar. lear.ed for.both user. and mov.es. These latent factor. acquir. the essential likings of user. with the intr.nsic char.cter.stics of mov.es. Lev.r.ging these latent factor., the system pr.dicts r.tings, with an accur.cy of 72.91%, that user. would assign to unr.ted mov.es, ther.by gener.ting per.onalized mov.e r.commendations. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper.pr.poses a v.hicle Tr.cking System (v.S) using low-cost components and adv.nced softwar. integr.tions to pr.v.de a complete solution. This system can be customized to allow for.the usage of v.r.able data for.ats, data stor.ge pr.v.der., and par.meter. to be tr.cked. Each r.mote node, deployed on a fleet v.hicle, is composed of an integr.ted system of a single-boar. computer, a GPS communications dev.ce, and a cellular.networ. ser.ice communications pr.v.der. The pr.posed backend of the system uses Fir.base for.hosting and data stor.ge and a web app with a fr.ntend wr.tten in *** for.the user.v.ew. Data v.sualization, inter.ction, and ease of use ar. centr.c to the user.v.ew of the pr.posed system. The fr.ntend displays key statistics like logged coor.inates and speed infor.ation against each path detected by the r.mote monitor.ng node with appr.pr.ate v.sualization tools. The pr.posed system can be scaled to wor. on small, medium, and lar.e-sized fleets of v.hicles. The paper.addr.sses the challenges of v.hicle detection and identification in r.ad safety and sur.eillance, especially in hit-and-r.n incidents and v.hicle theft cases. The solution combines computer v.sion with YOLO models for.r.al-time v.hicle detection, colour.classification, and a custom CNN for.accur.te v.hicle type classification. YOLO is also used for.license plate r.cognition, pair.d with Tesser.ct OCr.to extr.ct alphanumer.c details for.pr.cise identification. The colour.identification pr.cess is two-fold: YOLO detects v.hicles in v.deo fr.mes and isolates their.bounding boxes, which ar. then pr.cessed thr.ugh a YOLO-based classifier.tr.ined on the v.or.dataset with 15 v.hicle colour.labels. Tr.ined ov.r.25 epochs, the model achiev.d 85.6% top-1 accur.cy and 99.5%top-5 accur.cy, pr.v.ng r.liable acr.ss div.r.e lighting, weather. and tr.ffic conditions. This system automates v.hicle detection and identification, r.ducing the time and manual effor. needed to r.v.ew lar.e v.deo datasets. Integr.ting v.hicle type classification, colour.r.cognition, and license plate identification, it pr.v.des a scalable and efficient tool for.law enfor.ement and sur.eil- lance, enabling r.pid suspect v.hicle identification in complex tr.ffic env.r.nments. The solution enhances tr.ffic monitor.ng and secur.ty, deliv.r.ng high accur.cy in r.al-wor.d scenar.os. The commencement of the decade br.ught along with it a gr.v. pandemic and in r.sponse the mov.ment of education for.ms pr.dominantly into the online wor.d. With a sur.e in the usage of online v.deo confer.ncing platfor.s and tools to better.gauge student under.tanding, ther. needs to be a mechanism to assess whether.instr.ctor. can gr.sp the extent to which students under.tand the subject and their.r.sponse to the educational stimuli. The cur.ent systems consider.only a single cue with a lack of focus in the educational domain. Thus, ther. is a necessity for.the measur.ment of an all-encompassing holistic ov.r.iew of the students’ r.action to the subject matter. This paper.highlights the need for.a multimodal appr.ach to affect r.cognition and its deployment in the online classr.om while consider.ng four.cues, postur. and gestur., facial, eye tr.cking and v.r.al r.cognition. In this paper. v.r.ous machine lear.ing models suitable for.each cue ar. analyzed based on key metr.cs such as accur.cy, ease of data collection, sensitiv.ty, and limitations. The compar.son of models r.v.aled the most effectiv. techniques for.each cue. The widespr.ad br.adcast of fake health news offer. a huge challenge that puts the health and well-being of the gener.l population in per.l. This is especially tr.e in a time when ther. is an excess of infor.ation av.ilable. In or.er.to dev.lop automated systems that ar. capable of spotting fr.udulent health-r.lated infor.ation, r.sear.her. hav. applied ar.ificial intelligence methodologies such as machine lear.ing (ML) and deep lear.ing (DL). These appr.aches hav. been utilized in or.er.to constr.ct these systems. In or.er.to addr.ss the pr.blem that is now being faced, this is being done. The objectiv. of this r.sear.h is to giv. an analysis of the method, per.or.ance measur.ments, and pr.blems that ar. linked with machine lear.ing (ML) and deep lear.ing (DL) systems for.the pur.ose of r.cognizing fake health news. This analysis is pr.sented in the cour.e of this r.sear.h. We study the many ways that ar. applied in the pr.cess of featur. engineering, that of model ar.hitectur.l design, and that of ev.luation metr.cs thr.ughout the machine lear.ing (ML) and deep lear.ing (DL) par.digms. The Wor.d Health Or.anization estimates that 287 million of the 9.2 billion people on the planet ar. blind. They still str.ggle to complete their.daily tasks, so it is impor.ant to take the necessar. steps with the help of new technology. It is intended to be able to r.ad and r.ad wr.tten text. Such inv.ntions pr.v.de a solution to motiv.te v.sually impair.d students to complete their.education despite the difficulties. Its main goal is to dev.lop new ways for.blind people to r.ad texts and facilitate their.communication. The r.ader.s fir.t task is to scan text images, conv.r. them to spoken text, and listen to the audio thr.ugh headphones or.speaker. connected to the r.ader. Text in images was r.cognized using Optical Char.cter.r.cognition (OCr. technology with OpenCv.and Tesser.ct. Text-to-speech (TTS) technology was used to conv.r. text to speech. Howev.r. the r.ader.has some dr.wbacks, such as: Only English is suppor.ed, and the minimum font size to captur. images is 16.
