In order to continuously promote the polar sample resource services in China and effectively guide the users to access such information as needed, a fuzzy algorithm based on DBpedia has been proposed through the analysis of the characteristics of the query recommendations in search engines, namely, to search similar entry queues by constructing a DBpedia category tree, then use the fuzzy matching algorithm to work out the entry similarity, and then present the example query applications of this algorithm on the resource-sharing platform of polar samples. Comparing the traditional literal character matching method and DBpedia semantic similarity algorithm, the experimental results show that the fuzzy query algorithm based on DBpedia features has a higher search accuracy rate, stronger anti-interference capability, and more flexible algorithm use by virtue of its fuzzy weight adjustment.

Software testing is one of the important stages of software development. In software development, developers always depend on testing to reveal bugs. In the maintenance stage test suite size grow because of integration of new technique. Addition of new technique force to create new test case which increase the size of test suite. In regression testing new test case may be added to the test suite during the whole testing process. These additions of test cases create possibility of presence of redundant test cases. Due to limitation of time and resource, reduction techniques should be used to identify and remove them. Research shows that a subset of the test case in a suit may still satisfy all the test objectives which is called as representative set. Redundant test case increase the execution cost of the test suite, in spite of NP-completeness of the problem there are few good reduction techniques have been available. In this paper a new approach for test case reduction is proposed. This algorithm use genetic algorithm technique iteratively with varying chromosome length to reduce test case in a test suit by finding representative set of test cases that are fulfill the testing criteria.

Various statistical and machine learning based algorithms have been proposed in literature for selecting an informative subset of genes from micro array data sets. The recent trend is to use functional knowledge to aid the gene selection process. In this paper we propose a clustering algorithm which generates multiple views (clusters) from the micro array expression profiles, each representing a particular facet of the data. Such multiple clusters are found to represent strongly connected regions of the known protein -- protein interaction (PPI) networks, perhaps corresponding to those responsible for certain biological processes. Thus we integrate micro array data clustering with PPI knowledge to obtain enriched gene sets. Results on benchmark micro array data sets demonstrate the competitiveness of our method compared to gene selection techniques.

In this paper, an ensemble of radial basis function neural networks (RBFNs) optimized by differential evolution (DE) (DE- RBFNs) is presented for identification of epileptic seizure by analyzing the electroencephalography (EEG) signal. The ensemble is based on the bagging approach and the base learner is DE-RBFNs. The EEGs are decomposed with wavelet transform into different sub-bands and some statistical information is extracted from the wavelet coefficients to supply as the input to ensemble of DE-RBFNs. A benchmark publicly available dataset is used to evaluate the proposed method. The classification results confirm that the proposed ensemble of DE-RBFNs has greater potentiality to identify the epileptic disorders.

To improve the effectiveness of certain performance goals, test case prioritization techniques are used. These technique schedule the test cases in particular order for execution so as to increase the efficacy in meeting the performance goals. For every change in the program it is considered inefficient to re-execute each and every test case. Test case prioritization techniques arrange the test cases within a test suite in such a way that the most important test case is executed first. This process enhances the effectiveness of testing.
