Experimental analysis and development of fuzzy model for the prediction of COP and mass flow rate in air-conditioning system

A research endeavor is currently underway to examine the experimental analysis and development of a fuzzy model aimed at predicting the Coefficient of Performance (COP) and Mass Flow Rate within the parameters of a refrigeration process utilizing a novel refrigerant blend with nano additive materials was used. Through the application of Fuzzy logic methodology, the inquiry has pinpointed the process parameters that exhibit the most advantageous outcomes in attaining an elevated COP, alongside diminished values for compressor discharge temperature, compressor power, and mass flow rates. The investigation delves into the potential utilization of a blend comprising R152a, R290, R600, and R600a with nano particle of Al2O3. Validation of the projected outcomes was carried out through confirmation tests, which have deemed the results to align precisely with the anticipated values. The principal objective of this empirical investigation is to evaluate the operational efficacy of a residential window air conditioning unit when contemplating the substitution of R-22 with a blend of R152a, R290, R600, and R600a with nano particle of Al2O3. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

With the recent advent of technology, social networks are accessible 24/7 using mobile devices. During covid-19 pandemic the propagation of misinformation are mostly related to the disease, its cures and prevention. With Twitter as the medium this information was spreaded to millions of people who lack domain specific knowledge. This can lead to bloster fear and direct damage to the people. This research focuses on identifying the veracity of the Twitter posts behind pandemic situation. The authors have proposed a Transformer Model using Bat Algorithm for identifying the fake news. This model is trained and evaluated using infodemic metadata. Our experimental results shows by which proposed model accurately detected the fake news and achieved 96.5% of f1-score. © 2024 IEEE.

Aluminium alloys have a wide range of use in the manufacturing industries. Fusion welding procedures frequently use metal inert gas and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding to combine aluminium alloys (AA).Overdue to AA's high expansion coefficient, high thermal conductivity and high electrical conductivity, it is more challenging to weld AA than steel. The capacity of TIG welding thick structures cannot be welded in one pass. Activated TIG (A-TIG), a novel development in TIG welding, has been created. With this technique, a single pass results in an ultra-deep penetration. The A-TIG welding procedure for combining AA 6061 and AA 5083 is described in this publication. The varied welding parameters' effects such as welding current, flux and filler rod for improving hardness have also been explored. Compared to conventional TIG welding, the TiO2 flux used in A-TIG welding enhanced the depth of penetration DOP and lowered the bead width. The TiO2 flux significantly improved weld hardness and reduced bead width. EDS and SEM analysis revealed changes in alloy composition and microstructure. This study successfully established dissimilar joints between AA 6061 and 5083 using A-TIG welding, with enhanced DOP and mechanical properties. The TiO2 flux played a vital role in altering surface tension and improving weld characteristics. The findings contribute to the understanding of A-TIG welding in dissimilar alloys, specifically AA 6061 and 5083. © The Institution of Engineers (India) 2023.

GPT is a large language model (LLM) derived from natural language processing that can generate a human-like text using machine learning. However, these models raise questions about authenticity and reliability of material, particularly in fields such as journalism, social media, and academia, despite their usefulness for automating text-based tasks. Detecting machine-generated text is thus an important difficulty in ensuring content integrity. This study investigates the use of huge language models as a technique for recognizing machine-generated material. The author proposes a comprehensive detection model by evaluating the language patterns, syntactic structures, and stylistic traits that separate AI-generated literature from human writing. In addition, this research investigate the possibilities of fine-tuning models designed expressly for text identification tasks and evaluate their performance using LLM - Detect AI Generated Text datasets. In digital ecosystems, LLMs are effective at detecting AI-generated text, providing a novel approach for content moderation, academic integrity checks, and synthetic media detection. An increasingly AI-powered future will require a model that can discriminate between human and machine-generated writing in real-time. According to experimental findings, the CNN architecture's design combined with the use of DistilBERT embeddings allows for the effective and efficient classification of AI generated text data, achieving an exceptional 98% accuracy rate. © 2024 IEEE.

Intracranial aneurysms and hemorrhage, also known as cerebral or brain aneurysms, are abnormal bulges or ballooning in the walls of blood vessels in the brain. When intracranial aneurysm leaks or ruptures, it results in bleeding within the brain, referred to as a hemorrhagic stroke. Multi-section computed tomography angiography (CTA) data is used to study because it is an effective technique for identifying cerebral atherosclerosis, arterial and intracranial hemorrhage. The hybrid model RID_Net is proposed that integrates ResNet15, InceptionV3, and DenseNet201 architectures in collectively, optimizing for precision through individual efficacy testing of each model. This ensemble model enhances feature extraction and classification performance, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining multiple transfer learning paradigms in biomedical image analysis. The performance is validated by comparing the proposed model with existing studies based on metrics such as accuracy (%), precision (%), recall (%) and f1-score (%). © Bharati Vidyapeeth's institute of computer Applications and Management 2024.

The transportation sector is a key component of tackling global climate change, which facilitates sustainable development. An effective and environmentally friendly way to decarbonize the transportation industry is through electric vehicles (EVs). This paper proposes EV charging station, using hybrid converter technique along with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) approach. In this work charging of EV is accomplished by Photovoltaic (PV) system. The voltage from PV system is boosted with the support of Cuk-Zeta converter. Furthermore, Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) based MPPT approach is established to control the converter along with maximum extraction of PV voltage. Finally, the voltage across DC link is transferred to EV battery from where, it is offered for Vehicles for charging. The exhaustive construction is examined and validated using MATLAB, proving that the proposed setup results in improved performance with 95.32% converter efficiency respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

Reduction of materials weight is an innovative process in the current materials engineering works which causes lesser fuel consumption in any automotive. Magnesium alloys (Mg) is one of the most preferable lightweight structural material and it provide both potential and economical aspects in terms of rich material properties. In this study, dissimilar Mg alloys of AZ80A - T5 and AZ91C – T6 plates joined by the Friction Stir Welding (FSW) method by using tapered cylindrical tools with three different speeds of 500, 750 and 1000 rpm are used for the study. The optimum rotational speed was suggested for the FSW welded magnesium alloy plates based on the macrostructure and SEM images. © 2023

Various cutting-edge sensors are available in the market, proficient in monitoring vital health. A substantial number of healthcare facilities still rely on manual processes, a practice that is not only repetitive and labor-intensive but also fraught with the potential for human errors. This pressing need for immediate, accurate responses in the context of critical care has driven the development of a comprehensive solution. Our proposed system brings together security, data normalization, and efficient data exchange, underpinned by a unified approach. Security, a cornerstone of healthcare, finds its realization in the implementation of JSON Web Tokens (JWT). This technology ensures the privacy and integrity of communication between healthcare entities. Crucial patient data, including personal particulars, lifeline parameters, and historical records, is securely housed in a scalable and non-redundant Postgres SQL database. In emergencies, time is of the essence. To expedite responses, an innovative tagged QR code technique is introduced. The unified approach doesn't simply prioritize security;it underscores the significance of data standardization and efficient data exchange. A robust security framework has been meticulously designed to protect sensitive patient information, minimize the risk of data breaches, and prevent unauthorized access. Furthermore, data normalization ensures that patient data is consistently structured and formatted, facilitating compatibility with diverse healthcare platforms and devices. The normalization additionally enhances interoperability, enabling seamless information exchange between different systems and healthcare providers. A cognitive radio network is an intelligent system that can detect the presence of unused spectrum space without affecting the primary user. The CRN is responsible for managing the allocation of channels, which leads to the scarcity of spectrum. This issue should be addressed in order to ensure that the network can continue to provide long-term and profitable service to its users. The issue of spectrum handoff is considered a major issue that needs to be resolved in order to improve the efficiency of the network. One of the most common factors that can affect the network's performance is the power consumption and communication delay. This paper proposes a method that can detect the availability of channels during the handover. The accuracy and network latency of various ML algorithms are evaluated through resampling techniques. The Nave Bayes Classifier and KNN algorithms performed better than their benchmarks. For a total of 500 and 100 users, respectively, the networks experienced a network latency of 10.91 and 13.08 seconds. © 2023 IEEE.
