This paper addresses the urgent need for enhanced agricultural practices by pinpointing the significant limitations of existing crop prediction and monitoring systems. Traditional methods, often characterized by low accuracy and high resource consumption, severely limit effective farming decision-making and sustainability. In response to these challenges. A proposed method is introducing the Optimized Crop Prediction and Monitoring Model (OCPMM), a groundbreaking approach that harnesses the power of advanced Machine Learning Algorithms (MLAs) to elevate accuracy and efficiency in crop management. The OCPMM distinguishes itself through innovative features such as real-time data analysis and predictive analytics, establishing a new benchmark for precision agriculture. Our comparative analysis reveals that the OCPMM markedly surpasses conventional methods, such as the Standard Crop Yield Estimation Technique (SCYET), across key metrics, including prediction accuracy, resource utilization, and time efficiency. These enhancements are instrumental in optimizing crop yields, minimizing waste, and advancing sustainable agricultural practices. By rigorously addressing the deficiencies of traditional systems and highlighting the superiority of the OCPMM with empirical evidence, this study illuminates the transformative potential of machine learning technologies in agriculture. It presents a scalable, reliable, and efficient framework poised to revolutionize agricultural practices, paving the way for a future where farming decisions are informed by precision and foresight. © 2024 IEEE.

Regularized system identification has become the research frontier of system identification in the past *** related core subject is to study the convergence properties of various hyper-parameter estimators as the sample size goes to *** this paper,we consider one commonly used hyper-parameter estimator,the empirical Bayes(EB).Its convergence in distribution has been studied,and the explicit expression of the covariance matrix of its limiting distribution has been ***,what we are truly interested in are factors contained in the covariance matrix of the EB hyper-parameter estimator,and then,the convergence of its covariance matrix to that of its limiting distribution is *** general,the convergence in distribution of a sequence of random variables does not necessarily guarantee the convergence of its covariance ***,the derivation of such convergence is a necessary complement to our theoretical analysis about factors that influence the convergence properties of the EB hyper-parameter *** this paper,we consider the regularized finite impulse response(FIR)model estimation with deterministic inputs,and show that the covariance matrix of the EB hyper-parameter estimator converges to that of its limiting ***,we run numerical simulations to demonstrate the efficacy of ourtheoretical results.

Fruits are absolutely delicious for the most part, but more importantly, they are good for healthy life. Fruits are nature's candy and offer all sorts of health benefits besides the great taste. They provide necessary nutrients to the body so that it will not be susceptible to disease or other ailments. Fruits contain enough fiber to keep our digestive system in top health form. Fruits also helps to regulate the water level in body as well as your blood sugar levels, which means that will usually feel hungry less often if we consumes a lot of fruits. The easier it is for people to recognize that a fruit is ripe and ready for selling at the market allows the farmers, in some cases, to sell their crop early before it would normally spoil. If we look closely, we see that many times people don't buy something because it appears rotten or way past its peak ripeness, which demonstrates how products spoil right on time. This study proposed a user-convenient system for fruit ripeness detection using the convolutional neural network (CNN) based on RipeNet structure. © 2025 IEEE.

Wearable technology is one such area of IoT that has shown rapid expansion in recent years. Devices that can collect and deliver data in real time, such as smartwatches, fitness trackers, smart glasses, and other wearable technology, can provide illuminating information on a person's performance, behavior, and health. This study looks at how wearable technology may improve the Internet of Things. This paper highlights a variety of possible applications and use cases that can be enabled by the combination of wearable devices with IoT, such as health monitoring and personalized services, by examining the present state of the art of wearable technology. The paper goes on to address the implications of such applications, particularly concerning privacy and security concerns, and offers methods for secure and dependable integration of wearable technology into the IoT. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposes a solution of integrating the use of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for categorizing lung conditions of people with and without lung disease. The proposed model has achieved a high F1-Score of 97.4%, a high Precision of 93.17% and high Recall of 93. 63 for the Healthy class. The F1 Scores of this study for the Infected Lung class were as follows: the accuracy of F1 Score was 97.4%;Precision was 94.12%;and Recall was 92.06%. The combining of SVM and CNN model was quite accurate with the accuracy of 97% and the model was accurate in multiple domains of assessment. These results suggest that the application of CNNs and SVMs to the task of medical image analysis constitutes a promising and accurate approach for diagnosing lung diseases. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to the escalating frequency of reported crimes, there has been a surge in research endeavors focused on various approaches to enhance monitoring and surveillance techniques. As opposed to vision-based applications, which are currently the most used framework for monitoring purposes, audio-based systems can be more flexible and relatively less intrusive. While current research studies predominantly utilize images as the primary input for Deep Learning (DL) algorithms, it is worth noting that sound can also serve as a valuable source of input for these models. In this paper, we propose and develop a novel hybrid deep learning model for identifying and detecting people in distress by their screams. The working of our proposed system is built by integrating sound detection module and DL model which will help us to detect if a person is in distress or not. The system uses hybridization concept consisting of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models, with the audio snippet undergoing 3 levels of classification, with the accuracy of each level found to be 93%, 100% and 92% respectively. The audio data is finally classified as an instance of distress or no-distress. © 2023 IEEE.

The use of computers and the internet has spread rapidly over the course of the past few decades. Every day, more and more people are coming to rely heavily on the internet. When it comes to the field of information security, the subject of security is one that is becoming an increasingly important focus. It is vital to design a powerful intrusion detection system in order to prevent computer hackers and other intruders from effectively getting into computer networks or systems. This can be accomplished by: (IDS). The danger and attack detection capabilities of the computer system are built into the intrusion detection system. Abuse has occurred and can be used to identify invasions when there is a deviation between a preset pattern of intrusion and an observed pattern of intrusion. An intrusion detection system (IDS) is a piece of hardware (or software) that is used to generate reports for a Management Station as well as monitor network and/or system activities for unethical behaviour or policy violations. In the current study, an approach known as machine learning is suggested as a possible paradigm for the development of a network intrusion detection system. The results of the experiment show that the strategy that was suggested improves the capability of intrusion detection. © 2023 IEEE.

Tree traversal is a technique which involves visiting, verifying, and updating each node in a tree just once. This paper gives insight on the various approaches for the same. The tree can be visited in two ways recursively and non-recursively. This paper initiates an exploratory analysis between recursive and non-recursive algorithms for inorder, preorder, and postorder traversals. The execution time and the space-time complexity are analysed. Although the recursive approach performs efficiently in accordance with the time complexity. The non-recursive approach is given more weightage for specific occasions. In this frame of reference, this paper offers to answer the pertinent questions - which approach performs better? and when to use which approach? This paper can not only serve as a guide for researchers but also for programmers who aim on storing information and representing hierarchical data but also throws light on providing efficient algorithms for insertion, deletion, and searching. © 2023 IEEE.
