In the contemporary business landscape, software has evolved into a strategic asset crucial for organizations seeking sustainable competitive advantage. The imperative of ensuring software quality becomes evident as low-quality software systems pose formidable challenges to organizational performance. This study delves into the profound impact of three key dimensions of information system quality on organizational performance—information quality (IQ), quality of service (QoS), and software quality (SQ). Anchored in the DeLone and McLean information system (IS) success model, a quantitative questionnaire was administered to 360 industry experts and academics. Rigorous data analysis, employing exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM), revealed significant positive effects of all three quality dimensions on organizational performance. Among these dimensions, software quality emerged as the most influential, showcasing substantial total effects, closely followed by information and service qualities. The study underscores the tangible value derived from strategic investments in enhancing software, information, and service quality. Elevating these facets manifests as a catalyst for improved organizational performance, empowering decision-makers with accurate and timely information while enhancing user satisfaction with the system. This research contributes significantly to the IS success literature by empirically validating the synergistic relationship between information quality, service quality, software quality, and organizational outcomes. The systematic analysis offered in this study goes beyond theoretical validation, providing actionable insights for managers. The findings guide the prioritization of quality initiatives and resource allocation, enabling organizations to maximize competitive advantage. Spatio-Temporal NDVI Prediction for Rice Crop

Accurately predicting the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) is crucial for effective agricultural planning and decision-making. Despite much literature on NDVI prediction, most of these methods do not consider spatial-temporal variations. Generating a dataset for predicting NDVI is another major bottleneck, as such data needs to be collected over an extensive period. In this work, we develop a semi-automated framework to generate a comprehensive time-series dataset after necessary preprocessing using the information from Sentinel-2, POWER data Access Viewer, and the Google Earth Engine (GEE). We propose a deep learning-based model to predict NDVI based on its historical time series and meteorological and spatial information for the rice crop in India. Here, we use a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM)-based model augmented with spatial information to predict the NDVI of the near-about region for which the data is unavailable. We compared the proposed approach with a method that uses a weighted average of nearest neighbors prediction. Also, we compare the proposed method with existing statistical techniques such as the Autoregressive (AR), AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), and Seasonal AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA). Rating Text Classification with Weighted Negative Supervision on Classifier Layer

Bidirectional encoder representations from transformers(BERT) gives full play to the advantages of the attention mechanism, improves the performance of sentence representation, and provides a better choice for various natural language understanding(NLU)tasks. Many methods using BERT as the pre-trained model achieve state-of-the-art performance in almost various text classification scenarios. Among them, the multitask learning framework combining the negative supervision and the pre-trained model solves the issue of the model performance degradation that occurs as the semantic similarity of texts conflicts with the classification standards. The current model does not consider the degree of difference between labels, which leads to insufficient difference information learned by the model, and affects classification performance, especially in the rating classification tasks. On the basis of the multi-task learning model, this paper fully considers the degree of difference between labels, which is expressed by using weights to solve the above problems. We supervise negative samples on the classifier layer instead of the encoder layer, so that the classifier layer can also learn the difference information between the labels. Experimental results show that our model can not only performs well in 2-class and multi-class rating text classification tasks, but also performs well in different languages.

With the proliferation of mobile intelligent terminals, opportunistic networks have attracted widespread attention as a complementary technology to multi-network convergence. Different from traditional wireless networks, message delivery in opportunistic networks does not rely on a fixed infrastructure, but rather storing messages in a cache and utilizing the movement and encounters of nodes to relay messages. However, in practical application scenarios, nodes have limited storage space and energy and will easily exhibit selfishness. An increase in the number of selfish nodes will drastically degrade the performance of the network. To solve the problem of significant network performance degradation when the number of selfish nodes is high, this paper proposes an Incentive mechanism of Selfish nodes based on Energy optimization and Game Theory (ISEGT). The mechanism abstracts the process of forwarding messages by nodes into a bargaining game process, and selectively forwards messages based on nodes' remaining energy and other circumstances. The experimental results show that the ISEGT mechanism can motivate selfish nodes to actively participate in message forwarding, which improves the success rate of message delivery and the survival rate of nodes, and optimizes the overall performance of the network. © 2024 IEEE.

In the field of medical image analysis, with the growth of data volume and the increasing demand for privacy protection, traditional centralized learning methods are facing the problems of data silos and privacy leakage. Therefore, federated learning, as an emerging distributed machine learning framework, provides a solution to protect data privacy while effectively utilizing decentralized data. The purpose of this study is to develop a federated learning-based medical image analysis and classification system to solve the data isolation and privacy problems existing in traditional methods. This study uses a distributed federated learning framework that allows multiple healthcare organizations to share updates to their models instead of raw data. data privacy protection is further enhanced through the use of differential privacy and secure multi-party computation techniques. In addition, a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) is used to improve the accuracy of feature extraction and classification of medical images. Experimental analysis shows that the system can significantly improve the classification accuracy of medical images. Specifically, our system achieved a 15% improvement in classification accuracy compared to traditional centralized methods. Additionally, the implementation of differential privacy and secure multi-party computation resulted in a privacy leakage reduction of 25%. These results verify the application potential of federated learning in the field of medical image processing, demonstrating superior performance and enhanced privacy protection compared to traditional centralized learning methods. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Personalized news recommendation is the process of predicting the relevance of news to users and recommending news to user to fulfill their information needs. However, existing news recommendation methods extract semantic information from users and candidate news respectively, ignoring semantic interaction information between users and candidate news. Furthermore, previous models only use same node types for message passing, ignoring different characteristics and topology between different node types. In addition, existing methods learn news representations through text representations, ignoring semantic correlation information between entity relationships and texts. To solve these problems, we propose a personalized news recommendation model named CoHG. In our model, we design a collaborative fusion module to obtain semantic interaction information through interacting user history news with candidate news. Furthermore, we design a heterogeneous gated graph neural network that maps different node types into a same space to extract higher-order information in user graphs for message passing. Moreover, we design an enhanced relevant attention module to enhance semantic correlation information of text content by aggregating text representation and entity representation into a unified representation. Finally, we conducted experiments on MIND and Adressa datasets to compare with other baseline models. © 2024 IEEE.

Leveraging D-NN trained on neuroimaging data, we can effectively estimate the chronological ages of normal persons;this projected brain age has potential as a biomarker for identifying age-related disorders. The suggested technique employs a CNN cascade network from DL and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm from ML (SVM). These techniques have been employed to train MRI scans of the brain, classifying them into regular (unaffected by illness), Alzheimer’s disorder (AD), and neurocognitive disability. That we also have the ability to determine ages thanks to the age classifications on the photos. Radiology report generation is an essential task in the medical field, which aims to automate the generation of medical terminology descriptions of radiology images. However, this task currently suffers from several problems: 1) existing methods need to manually build knowledge graphs or templates (consuming time and effort) to introduce medical or prior knowledge to assist in report generation;2) previous models cannot handle the problem of data bias well (anomaly reports and anomaly descriptions make up only a tiny portion of the dataset), causing the models to ignore the learning of anomaly descriptions easily;3) existing approaches cannot robustly supervise the model, resulting in incomplete and inconsistent reports being generated. To address these issues, we propose a cross-modal interactive memory network based on fine-grained medical feature extraction. In our model, we design a cross-modal interactive memory network to automatically store and remember the required medical text knowledge and use this medical knowledge to help generate reports. Furthermore, we design an abnormal medical knowledge enhancement module to enhance the learning of abnormal fine-grained knowledge through the interaction of disease topics and their states to interact with text features. In addition, we design a cross-modal joint semantic loss unit to reduce semantic differences between different features and improve the visual representation ability of the model. We experimented and evaluated our model on MIMIC-CXR and IU-Xray datasets to compare with other baseline models. © 2024 IEEE.

As the economic value of cryptocurrencies continues to ascend, an increasing number of cybercriminals exploit malicious browser scripts to commandeer the system and network resources of victims for unauthorized cryptocurrency mining. This form of browser-based mining, termed crypto-jacking, imparts substantial impact and harm to society, enterprises, and users. However, existing research methods lead to poor transferability because they require model training using labeling data from detection devices. To solve this problem, we introduce a crypto-jacking detection method based on time series representation learning, called TSR-jack. Specifically, we first collect hardware runtime system data for a period of time and generate datasets. After slicing the time series datasets, they are used to train a time series representation model, which introduces the loss of temporal information to extract temporal features. The temporal features can capture similarities between different devices and therefore address model transfer difficulties. Finally, the time vectors obtained from representation learning are fed into SVM for classification. Experimental results show that our TSR-jack method outperforms similar dynamic feature detection methods, especially when considering transferability, with a precision improvement of more than 5%. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.
