Software quality assurance is a crucial process that ensures software products meet specified requirements and quality standards. Achieving an exhaustive test coverage is essential for quality assurance, particularly in complex and dynamic Process-Aware Information Systems (PAIS) built upon the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Manual testing in such systems is challenging due to many execution paths, dependencies, and external interfaces. This paper proposes a model-based testing strategy that uses BPMN models and build specifications as input to generate a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) script that automates a comprehensive User Acceptance Test procedure. Leveraging on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate user interactions allows for reducing the need for testers to manually input PAIS-related information when handling user forms. Stress detection is a growing topic in the field of natural language processing. The study of stress detection for mental health prediction has been proven to benefit the development of recommender systems and automated mental health assessments in previous studies. Additionally, the widespread usage of social media has served as a potential data source for developing such models. Our research tried to detect whether the users of social media were under stress or not. We used a dataset from Dreaddit consisting of posts from one of the popular social media platforms, Reddit. We propose a machine learning model consisting of Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Bag of Words, and Term Frequency – inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) for stress detection. The final evaluation of the model achieved an 80.00% F-1 Score and 75.00% accuracy, and both were scored by SVM.

Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is a life-threatening condition that demands immediate intervention. The key to survival often lies in the timely and precise analysis of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals to determine the necessity of a shock from an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). In this paper, we address the critical need for improved accuracy in AED decision-making by presenting a novel approach that leverages the Hilbert Transform to calculate the slope of ECG signals by harnessing the analytical power of Hilbert Transformed ECG signals. By scrutinizing the heart's electrical activity through this method, we aim to enhance the AED's ability to differentiate between cases of ventricular fibrillation and other non-shockable rhythms, ultimately leading to more efficient and effective treatment. Our research explores two distinct approaches for signal analysis and correlates their findings to achieve higher precision in defibrillation decisions. To validate the effectiveness of our approach, we employ a diverse and publicly available dataset containing various heart conditions, allowing us to demonstrate the robustness of our method across a wide spectrum of cases. This study represents a significant advancement in the field of automatic external defibrillation, with the potential to save countless lives through more accurate and timely interventions. © 2023 IEEE.

Music Signal Processing has significantly evolved in the past decades. One of the major areas of interest in this field has been automatic music transcription. It is a challenging task by itself that aggravates even more when the input audio is polyphonic (multiple instruments and timbres are played simultaneously). This requires the identification of musical instruments in the piece at the outset. The field of music signal processing that deals with this aspect is known as automatic music instrument identification. This field also has the potential of categorizing and recommending music based on instruments. Disparate datasets have been proposed to date for this task but none of them have interclass background similarity to the best of our knowledge. Further, the lead melody being played also varies from class to class in most cases. These aspects can introduce a possible bias for the machine learning models that can get manipulated unfairly by the additional variances in the classes other than the lead instrument itself. This sets the stage for a dataset where the classes are different only in terms of the tone of the lead instrument alone. In this paper, we introduce the first musical instrument dataset of 10 musical instruments with Electronic Dance Music melodies (EDM10) having identical background music (BGM) across instruments. This dataset is the first of its kind wherein synthetic tones have been used that have taken over the Globe. We introduce out-of-mood testing using exotic scales for musical instrument identification. The dataset is composed of 35800 polyphonic clips of 3 s each and a baseline result of 89.73% was obtained using a deep learning-based approach. Skin pathologies encompass a spectrum of conditions, with malignancies such as melanoma representing a critical diagnostic urgency. This investigation delineates the deployment of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for the classification of dermatological anomalies, benchmarking CNN diagnostic fidelity against dermatological expert evaluations. The study underscores the efficacy of CNN classifiers in expediting the diagnostic workflow for various cutaneous disorders. Advocating for an automated diagnostic framework, the research introduces a CNN-based system aimed at reducing human diagnostic load, accelerating diagnostic timelines, and enhancing survival outcomes. Utilizing advanced image processing algorithms and deep learning architectures, the research presents an automated classification system for skin pathologies, addressing both benign and malignant presentations. The classification matrix includes nine dermatological conditions: actinic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma, benign keratosis, dermatofibroma, melanoma, nevus, seborrheic keratosis, squamous cell carcinoma, and vascular lesions. The objective is to engineer a CNN model with robust diagnostic performance across a diverse lesion dataset, ensuring accurate identification and categorization of dermatological conditions. © 2024 IEEE.

Currently, the performance of the police in Indonesia is often in the spotlight of the public with cases that occur, both on a national and regional scale, including personal experiences who also feel disappointed with the performance of the police. The cases, such as the rape of three children by a biological father in East Luwu, and the barrage of other cases that have occurred, in their handling have left the public disappointed, giving rise to the hashtag percumlaporpolisi on social media, especially on twitter. This hashtag became trending and was widely responded to by the public. Using free hashtag keywords, tweet data is collected using Twitter's API for sentiment analysis. The datasets obtained from the crawling results is the latest data with a total of 100 datasets. This study applies the naïve bayes algorithm using textblob which aims to determine the value of polarity and subjectivity. From the results of the analysis carried out, the words that appear most often are useless police, police chief, and policeman. While the results of the sentiment analysis that has been carried out are 40 percent positive sentiment, 40 percent are neutral sentiment and 10 percent are negative sentiment from the hashtags used. From these results, according to the keywords used, the percentage of negative sentiment should be greater than positive and neutral sentiment. It is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study related to the model used in the next research. © 2023 IEEE.

Full-marathon and Half-marathon distances are categorized as road running. Full-marathon running is becoming increasingly popular, and Half-marathon is increasing worldwide in both sexes and all age groups. Some aspects might relate to Full-marathon and Half-marathon running performance during training and races. Technology also plays an essential role in supporting runners and running races. Technology like artificial intelligence (AI) now supports the running athlete, not only predicting performance and results. It can also be used later to help the coach generate training programs for the athlete. This research aimed to find many aspects of marathons and performance and analyze them to see if artificial intelligence could later support them. It used secondary data and a systematic literature review proposed by Kitchenham. Out of the 58 articles, 21 of them (36.21%) received a score of 1 from Q1. Additionally, 19 articles (32.76%) received a score of 1 from both Q2 and Q3. Among the 58 articles, 9 (15.52%) received a total score of 3, with all three Q1, Q2, and Q3 scores being 1. This indicates that artificial intelligence will likely support the content of these nine articles. Several factors were also discovered to be connected to marathons and athletic performance. These findings suggested that additional investigation into marathons and performance, later backed by artificial intelligence, remained pertinent and essential. © 2024 IEEE.

Batik is an Indonesian world cultural heritage. Batik consists of many kinds of patterns depending on where the batik comes from, Batik-making techniques continue to develop along with technology development. Among the batik making techniques that are widely used are hand-written, stamping, and printing. Batik motifs have been widely used as research material, especially in the field of artificial intelligence. The diverse appearance of batik motifs has attracted many researchers to carry out research on making synthetic batik patterns, one of which uses a Generative Adversarial Network. This paper presents a synthetic batik pattern model based on the Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Network with Gradient Penalty. This model has been proven to create new synthetic batik patterns quite well and almost identical with images provided in the dataset, with the notes if the dataset provided is large. © 2023 IEEE.
