This research discussion will be a comparative model proposal for introducing Besurek batik fabric by implementing MobileNet, ResNet50, InceptionV3 and VGG16. This research also analyzed the influence of augmentation data methods, namely rotation, zoom, width shift and height shift, on the performance of the Besurek batik fabric recognition algorithm based on accuracy, precision and recall results. The size of the batik besurek fabric motif image as an input image is $224 \times 224$ with three channels consisting of red, green, and blue, totalling five classes, namely kaligrafi, bunga rafflesia, burung kuau, lung paku and rambutan. The ratio of sharing training data and test data is 70:30. Accuracy evaluations are carried out on several epochs and data that have been shared. Based on the experiment, the accuracy value of MobileNetV2 can be obtained by training accuracy of $\mathbf{98.14 \%}$, validation accuracy of $\mathbf{94.60 \%}$, and testing accuracy of $\mathbf{96.46 \%}$. Then, the accuracy value of ResNet50 can be obtained by training accuracy at $\mathbf{99.60 \%}$, validation accuracy at 97.44, and testing accuracy at $\mathbf{98.12 \%}$. The accuracy value of InceptionV3 can be obtained by training accuracy at $96.35 \%$, validation accuracy at $96.59 \%$, and testing accuracy at $\mathbf{92.50 \%}$. Finally, the accuracy value of VGG16 can be obtained by training accuracy at $\mathbf{99.67 \%}$, validation accuracy at $96.02 \%$, and testing accuracy at $\mathbf{95.00 \%}$. The accuracy of VGG 16 can be concluded as the best model for Batik recognition.

Approximate inference methods like the Laplace method, Laplace approximations and variational methods, amongst others, are popular methods when exact inference is not feasible due to the complexity of the model or the abundance of data. In this paper we propose a hybrid approximate method called Low-Rank Variational Bayes correction (VBC), that uses the Laplace method and subsequently a Variational Bayes correction in a lower dimension, to the joint posterior mean. The cost is essentially that of the Laplace method which ensures scalability of the method, in both model complexity and data size. Models with fixed and unknown hyperparameters are considered, for simulated and real examples, for small and large data sets.

As a field, computing’s deepest roots lie in liberal arts domains such as philosophy and linguistics. As new technologies rapidly expanded the field, the computerscience curricula emerged. The current undergraduate areas of study, including computerscience and software engineering, focus on preparing students for careers in the computing industry or academia. The “born digital” students of a modern liberal arts institution need a different, less technology-heavy, form of computing education to support their careers as future scientists, artists, or humanists. At our large, research-focused, US university, the College of Literature, science, and the Arts (LSA) charged a task force with defining the computing education needs for their students, chaired by the authors. We describe our process, findings and outcomes here with the aim of offering a reference template to faculty at universities that have experienced a similar growth to prominence of computerscience in the undergraduate curriculum. The task force identified emergent themes of discovery, expression, and justice that we using to establish a new program, the program for Computing in the Arts and sciences (PCAS). Our themes and process may help other liberal arts and sciences programs organize the computing education needs in support of all their undergraduate students.

Many individuals now trade online utilizing trading software in the digital world. Binomo is one of Indonesia's most popular trading platforms. This is because some influencers made several promises to Binomo customers. Since many customers were deceived, this case became quite popular. This study was executed to see how Indonesians felt about the Binomo application after the case went viral. The solution taken was in the form of sentiment analysis because there had been no previous research on sentiment analysis that discussed the Binomo case. The data was scanned using Netlytic tools, a cloud-based text and social network analyzer capable of identifying any talks on social media sites such as Twitter. The sentiment analysis of Binomo trading tweets by using the Multi-Perspective Question Answering lexicon utilized the KNIME tool. But unfortunately, the accuracy of sentiment analysis results is low. Furthermore, the Support Vector Machine technique is also being conducted. The Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency method is applied to perform feature extraction whilst the chi-square approach is utilized to identify features that are thought to be useful for inclusion in the classification process and to exclude features that are irrelevant to the target class. The obtained accuracy is 86%. The study proposes that words from the algorithm's outputs can be utilized to improve the quality of sentiment analysis using the lexicon. As an outcome of the algorithm, positive and negative terms are added to the lexicon, increasing the accuracy of sentiment analysis using the new vocabulary from 58.984% to 71.146%.

Conventional visual target detection with EEG signals has been experimented by exposing target objects that are large enough to be noticed without searching on visual image in order to average their corresponding responses such as event-related potentials (ERPs) to raise signal-to-noise ratio. Recent studies turn attention to decoding single-trial ERPs, while their experiments still minimize target object search time. In this paper, we studied the temporal aspects of target recognition of human brain including target object search by introducing the concept of semi-targets that are features posterior to offset of target visual stimuli, and applying it into a type of contrastive learning, Triplet MatchNet. The results showed that features five seconds posterior to target visual stimuli help increase in performance of EEG decoding.
