The mobility and connective capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are becoming more and more important in defense,commercial,and research ***,their open communication makes UAVs susceptible toundesirablepassive attacks suchas eavesdroppingor ***,the inefficiencyof traditional cryptography-based techniques has led to the addition of Physical Layer Security(PLS).This study focuses on the advanced PLS method for passive eavesdropping in UAV-aided vehicular environments,proposing a solution to complement the conventional cryptography ***,we present a performance analysis of first-order secrecy metrics in 6G-enabled UAV systems,namely hybrid outage probability(HOP)and secrecy outage probability(SOP)over 2×2 Nakagami-m ***,we propose a novel technique for mitigating passive eavesdropping,which considers first-order secrecy metrics as an optimization problem and determines their lower and upper ***,we conduct an analysis of bounded HOP and SOP using the interactive Nakagami-m channel,considering the multiple-input-multiple-output configuration of the UAV *** findings indicate that 2×2 Nakagami-mis a suitable fadingmodel under constant velocity for trustworthy receivers and *** results indicate that UAV mobility has some influence on an eavesdropper’s intrusion during line-of-sight-enabled communication and can play an important role in improving security against passive eavesdroppers.

Over the past ten years, the number of internet users has increased tremendously. Due to the e- commerce industry's fast growth, practically all goods are now sold online. Before making a purchasing choice, the customer gets comprehensive information on the items they are interested in. Customer opinions and reviews assist businesses and other consumers in making wise decisions and enhancing the purchasing experience. It is getting harder to comprehend and keep track of every customer's wants since the number of individuals leaving evaluations is increasing quickly. Some evaluations, which make it more time-consuming and challenging to analyse for business, are purposefully overly lengthy, unclear, incomplete, and short. A customer Feedback Evaluation System is needed to address this issue since it will track every one of those evaluations and offer statistical data for improving the manufacturer's quality and functionality. The suggested approach uses machine learning to give each word a certain amount of weight. © 2023 IEEE.

Accurate sales forecasting serves as a critical foundation for informed business decision-making and numerous methodologies have been advanced by scholars predominantly rely on complete datasets, however, in practice, uncontrollable variables often result in the presence of missing data, diminishing the applicability of established techniques, so the sales forecasting research based on missing data is of great significance. Some researchers have resorted to employing deletion or interpolation techniques to pre-process incomplete data before conducting sales forecasts, but such completion methods tend to introduce distributional biases, subsequently leading to forecast inaccuracies. In light of these challenges, this study introduces a novel computational framework combining Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Self-Attention, and Sequence-to-Sequence (Seq2Seq) models, where global features are first extracted via the synergistic application of CNN and Self-Attention mechanisms, then the extracted features are seamlessly integrated with the original dataset, supplanting conventional interpolation strategies, and finally the amalgamated data are inputted into the Seq2Seq model for sales prediction. The proposed methodology is empirically evaluated using sales data from a real-world company, demonstrating commendable predictive performance and underscoring the efficacy of the proposed approach in enabling accurate sales forecasts within the context of missing data scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

SFA-Net: A Selective Features Absorption Network for Object Detection in Rainy Weather Conditions

In recent years, object detection approaches using deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have derived major advances in normal images. However, such success is hardly achieved with rainy images due to lack of visibility. Aiming to bridge this gap, in this article, we present a novel selective features absorption network (SFA-Net) to improve the performance of object detection not only in rainy weather conditions but also in favorable weather conditions. SFA-Net accomplishes this objective by utilizing three subnetworks, where the feature selection subnetwork is concatenated with the object detection subnetwork through the feature absorption subnetwork to form a unified model. To promote further advancement in object detection impaired by rain, we propose a large-scale rainy image dataset, named srRain, which contains both synthetic rainy images and real-world rainy images for training and testing purposes. srRain is comprised of 25 900 rainy images depicting diverse driving scenarios in the presence of rain with a total of 181 164 instances interpreting five common object categories. Experimental results display that our SFA-Net reaches the highest mean average precision (mAP) of 77.53% on a normal image set, 62.52% on a synthetic rainy image set, 37.34% on a collected natural rainy image set, and 32.86% on a published real rainy image set, surpassing current state-of-the-art object detectors and the combination of image deraining and object detection models while retaining a high speed. © 2012 IEEE.

The advancement of AI and the availability of massive healthcare datasets have led to significant advancements in the field of mental healthcare. Multiple types of learning are incorporated into the suggested tactic. These include deep learning, collaborative filtering, and reinforcement learning. The goal of Deep Learning for Diagnosis, or DL-D for short, is to improve the precision with which mental health issues are identified by analyzing data from several sources. Examples of such data sources are fmri scans and genetic profiles. Patients' medical records might be combined using the innovative CF-TR algorithm to provide customized therapy recommendations. To improve the effectiveness of pharmaceutical regimens, RL-MRO (Reinforcement Learning for Pharmaceutical Regimen Optimization) was developed by researchers in the area. This innovation automatically modifies dosing plans in response to patient feedback and probable adverse events. To gauge the strategy's efficacy, we compared it to six other options, each of which was predicated on a different group of metrics. The results show that the proposed method outperforms the standard method in terms of accuracy, precision, and memory. How well this technology can individualize treatment programs and simplify dosage schedules for individuals will determine the health outcomes that may be expected. The suggested method of providing mental health care is thorough and customized to meet the unique needs of each patient. This assists persons with mental health concerns in the long run as well as increasing the success of treatment. © 2023 IEEE.

Potential effects of a role-playing digital gaming learning system on the learning performance and motivation in a humanities course

Using digital learning content to realize learning in games is a rapidly-developing direction of interest for teachers and researchers. This study has developed a digital role-playing gaming system to review Social Studies course content to a fifth Grade class at an elementary school. It allows students to experience the historical storyline of Tamsui, located in the north of Taiwan, by playing the role of Dr. Mackay. An experiment was conducted to evaluate the potential effects of the proposed system when applied to the reviewing activity of Humanities courses. The results of the post-test scores showed that the proposed system is not superior to the traditional teaching method which uses PowerPoint-based slides with the teacher’s oral instruction, but it still enhances their overall learning performance after the reviewing activity. Moreover, the results of the questionnaire survey showed that the students who reviewed by using the proposed system showed a higher learning motivation than those reviewing with the traditional teaching method. It is therefore concluded that our role-playing digital gaming system can be used to assist the teachers’ teaching activities, because it allows the students to complete their reviewing activity by themselves, and it effectively enhances their learning performances and motivation. © 2021 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

Breast cancer is one of the main factors responsible for the deaths of women worldwide. Ultrasound imaging is a key method for early detection of breast cancer, which can help patients gain valuable treatment time and improve their chances of survival. The computer-aided system of breast cancer recognition has started to receive attention due to the lack of experienced sonographers. Presently, most breast cancer recognition methods typically suffer from uncertain locations and proportions of tumor regions in ultrasound images. In this paper, we propose a novel Regional Prior Fusion framework using Early and Late Distillation (RPF-ELD), inspired by the knowledge distillation of the teacher-student framework, for breast cancer recognition in ultrasound images. Firstly, to enhance the concentration of the tumor regions, a high-performing prior-fused model is trained as the teacher model using ultrasound images with the corresponding regional prior information. Next, a diagnostic model is trained as the student model under the prior-fused model distillation using early and late features to implicitly obtain the regional prior knowledge. Finally, the diagnostic model recognizes the categories of breast cancer from only ultrasound images using the experience from distilled prior knowledge. Two publicly released datasets are used to evaluate the proposed RPF-ELD framework. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed RPF-ELD surpasses current state-of-the-art methods. © 2024 IEEE.

The most popular method for analysing a text is sentiment analysis. It is quite helpful for social media monitoring since it enables us to get a broad sense of what the general population thinks about particular issues. However, it is also handy for business analysis and various other situations in which the text needs to be analyzed. In this paper we present a solution up to 90% correctly classify whether a tweet is associated with a disaster. Using a multi-detector ensembled approach, we create a reliable model that can predict accurately in situations powered by multiple CNNs and BERT detectors. © 2023 IEEE.
