Perception analysis of the Indonesian society on twitter social media on the increase in BPJS kesehatan contribution in the Covid 19 pandemic era

In the conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the president of Indonesia, Ir Joko Widodo, on May 13, 2020, announced an increase in BPJS Kesehatan contribution. This announcement made everyone in the community boisterous, including Indonesians on social media twitter. Currently, Indonesia is ranked fifth in the world using social media twitter, so data mining on Twitter is a good opportunity to see the public's response to a developing issue. This paper will discuss perceptions analysis of the Indonesian people on social media regarding the issue of increasing the contribution of BPJS Kesehatan. The issue of increasing the contribution of BPJS Kesehatan has been a topic of conversation on Twitter for a long time. After 30 days of data crawling, 145,359 tweets were obtained. This amount of data proves that the Indonesian people are very active in issuing opinions regarding the issue of increasing contribution BPJS Kesehatan. Various kinds of differences of opinion in each conversation are classified into three types of opinion using the Naive Bayes method. The three types of opinions are classified into positive opinions, negative opinions, and neutral opinions. The opinion classification results obtained were 73% containing negative opinions, 18% positive opinions, and 9% neutral opinions. This can serve as an early warning for the government to see the public's response in every policy taken. So that each policy can be evaluated for the better.

The security of information in this global era is increasingly becoming a vital need in various aspects of life. An information will have a higher value when it comes to aspects of business decisions. This study presents a learning application to explain how to secure data using cryptographic techniques. This study aims to design a prototype learning application of cryptographic techniques using algorithm RC4 method. Based on the results of data analysis and after completing the design of RC4 algorithm cryptographic learning software, the authors found this software shows every step and stages of the processes (data input process (Plaintext or Ciphertext string), Key padding process (U), formation process in S-Box table, the Key-Flow formation process (K-keystream), encryption process and decryption process) contained in RC4 algorithm cryptography, so it can help understanding or learning work procedures of algorithms in the cryptographic method. Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 is an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) application that is used to create and develop software. In this application there were various features that facilitate programming such as compilation, debugging, project settings, designing and editing visual interfaces, and so on.

The toponymy of naming places in social culture in certain places can describe the characteristics of the society in the past, therefore it is interesting to study how the ancestors of the society culture named their place. This research describes and classifies the naming based on the word structure, including prefixes, syllables it contains, and the complete word in the naming of a 'kampung' which is covered in village, describing and classifying the meaning of the naming of the 'kampung' based on particular categories, mapping the naming of the 'kampung' on the map of the location, as well as developing the study location of the composition of the intersection of sets by taking the sample of 'kampung' naming database in districts in East Priangan areas of West Java. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall software development method. Waterfall is a systematic classical model employed in developing software. The stages of Waterfall consists of Communication (Project Initiation & Requirements Gathering), Planning (Estimating, Scheduling, tracking), Modelling (Analysis Design), Construction (Coding and System Test), Deployment (Delivery, support, feedback), and Maintenance. The result of the study showed that 8,75% of the 'kampung' names mostly start with the prefix 'Ci', 'Pa', 'Su' with 8,75%, 9,62%, and 5,12% respectively. The syllable mostly contains the meaning of nature, place, feeling, and communication. The meaning of 'kampung' naming represents the character of the society, which becomes the guidance for them in living their daily life: loving the nature and the environment, religious spirit, artistic soul, being hard worker, respecting the ancestors, soft feeling, and loving communicating. The result of the intersection of sets of the 'kampung' names can help the researchers to determine the destination of the study location under the study, while the set composition describes the taking of each set composition which has the dif

Ethnoscience is used to look at culture from a scientific perspective, helping to understand how to develop different forms of knowledge and beliefs. One of the fields studied in Ethnoscience is Ethno-informatics, which is the application of informatics in culture. The methodology used is the process of knowledge discovery in databases in data mining, the process of automatically extracting knowledge from large databases, to get interesting patterns so that knowledge can be obtained. The application of anthroponymy by exploring the population database in Sumedang district, the results of the 2019 census from the Sumedang District Population Office. Then the anthroponymy application was developed in Sumedang district. The results of data processing show that the top ten names of people who are most used or most favorite in Sumedang district are: Muhammad, Muhamad, Asep, Siti, Agus, Dede, Ade, Ai, Tati, Dadang. Muhammad's name has been a favorite since 2000 until now 2020. Meanwhile, the top ten favorite names that have just appeared in the last ten years (2010-2020) are sorted based on ranking including; Naura, Arsyla, Keyla, Raffa, Rafka, Aqila, Zahra, Keusha and Alesha. In general, the Sundanese name in Sumedang district is still widely used, but generally it is relatively down-to-earth, replaced by new names as an uptake of other cultural names. Changes in self-naming in Sumedang regency in particular, generally self-names in Sundanese culture in West Java, were caused by the rapid development of information and communication technology. This research is expected to provide input for the community, especially for the younger generation as a guide in their daily life. It takes a significant effort from the government to maintain it, so that local culture and wisdom, especially the naming of people in Sumedang district, generally Sundanese culture can be well preserved.

Chronic care manages long-term, progressive conditions, while acute care addresses short-term conditions. Chronic conditions increasingly strain health systems, which are often unprepared for these demands. This study examines the burden of conditions requiring acute versus chronic care, including sequelae. Conditions and sequelae from the Global Burden of Diseases study 2019 were classified into acute or chronic care categories. Data were analysed by age, sex, and socio-demographic index, presenting total numbers and contributions to burden metrics such as Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALYs), Years Lived with Disability (YLD), and Years of Life Lost (YLL). Approximately 68% of DALYs were attributed to chronic care, while 27% were due to acute care. Chronic care needs increased with age, representing 86% of YLDs and 71% of YLLs, and accounting for 93% of YLDs from sequelae. These findings highlight that chronic care needs far exceed acute care needs globally, necessitating health systems to adapt accordingly. © 2025. The Author(s).

During the twentieth century, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) was considered a disease of early industrialized regions in North America, Europe and Oceania¹. At the turn of the twenty-first century, IBD incidence increased in newly industrialized and emerging regions in Africa, Asia and Latin America, while the prevalence in early industrialized regions continued to grow steadily^{2, 3–4}. Changes in the incidence and prevalence denote the evolution of IBD across four epidemiologic stages: stage 1 (emergence), characterized by low incidence and prevalence;stage 2 (acceleration in incidence), marked by rapidly rising incidence and low prevalence;and stage 3 (compounding prevalence), where the incidence decelerates, plateaus or declines while the prevalence steadily increases. A fourth stage (prevalence equilibrium) has been proposed in which the prevalence slope plateaus due to demographic shifts in an ageing IBD population, but it has not yet been evidenced. To date, these stages have remained theoretical, lacking specific numerical indicators to define transition points. Here, using real-world data from 522 population-based studies encompassing 82 global regions and spanning more than a century (1920–2024), we show spatiotemporal transitions across stages 1–3 and model stage 4 progression. Understanding the evolution of IBD across epidemiologic stages enables healthcare systems to better anticipate the future worldwide burden of IBD. © The Author(s) 2025.

LUC Algorithm in Visual Cryptography

Nowadays, messaging technology in digital data form more often used and not less messages that confidentially wanted. Then it should be modified so that can be understood only by the sender and the intended recipients. All of this system can be realization by using cryptography. LUC algorithms are introduced by Smith and Lennon in 1993. LUC algorithm is an algorithm that based on the use of Lucas sequence (specific arithmetic operations derived from Lucas row) that rarely used to enhance the security of the messages. In this research, LUC algorithm is combined with visual cryptography to process the encryption and the description of a colored image. Four different images were used in the trial here. The performance of the system is assessed using Structural similarity (SSIM) which has an assessment similar to human eye. If the image quality is the same as the original image, then the SSIM value is one. Whereas if the quality of decryption image is very different from the original image then the value of SSIM is zero.

There are several ways to deal with security issues of confidential data sent via the internet, including using cryptographic techniques and steganography. Steganography is the science and art of concealing information / messages in a media in such a way that its existence is not detected by other parties who are not entitled to the information. Instead, cryptography disguises the meaning of a message, but does not hide that there is a message because the file looks suspicious. The Steganography technique used here was End Of File (EOF). The EOF technique described how to add data or files at the end of the image file. For this technique, the size of data or files that will be hidden could be larger than the size of the image file. The hidden data will be inserted at the end of the file so that it will not affect the image. This steganography application is also equipped with a cryptographic function Data Encryption Standard (DES) at the time of insertion of data that functions as a generator code and encrypts data, so that the security of a data in the file is more protected and protected from those who are not entitled to know the data.
