The development of the smartphones that rapidly increasing, and high smartphone Users as a tool to make a lot of information, make emergence of instant messaging applications with a variety of options for use. Telegram, as one of the instant messaging application that is fairly new, offering in its various features compared to other instant messaging applications, so it can grow rapidly and much in demand in only 2 years. One of the interesting features is the Bot telegram, a special account without number that can handle Command from the User and gives answers appropriate to Command functionality. The account serves as the interface of the running system that communicate via Telegram Bot API. This study seeks to build a Bot telegram with database to built The Online Test application uses Telegram Bots Version 1.0. In each lecture meeting, a Lecturer can make a short test in the form of multiple choices to review the material at the previous meeting and get information about what percentage of students understand the material that has been taught before. We can use the application to send realtime messages to facilitate the test. Of course, which supports the creation of bots easily to add features that did not yet exist. Of the many we chose Telegram to be an online test environment by utilizing the Bot creation facilities provided by Telegram. This article will be a guide that makes it easier for lecturers to give a simple test at the beginning of the meeting, so that they can attract students' daily grades. And in order to be more interactive there are features of student value progress reports that can also be accessed individually so that students can know the progress of their learning outcomes. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Visual impairment is a condition that affects the sense of sight. In Indonesia, around 1.5% of the 4 million people are blind. In their daily activities, the visually impaired rely on their sense of touch to recognize the value of money by feeling the double lines on the right and left sides of the rupiah banknote. However, if the money is in bad condition, they are unable to recognize it, so they have to involve the help of others with the risk of fraud. Research is underway to develop a paper currency detection tool to assist the visually impaired in everyday transactions and reduce the risk of fraud. The research in this paper focuses on creating a classification model for detecting Indonesian rupiah banknotes. The method approach used in this research involves using a custom architecture Convolutional Neural Network model that combines elements from the AlexNet and VGGNet architectures, along with the RMSProp Optimizer. Before training the model, the private dataset that has been collected is augmented to increase the dataset and then split data. Next, the model is trained and tested using a private dataset of 800 images of rupiah banknotes for 2016, 2020, and 2022 emissions years, divided into eight classes of banknotes with denominations of IDR 1000, IDR 2000, IDR 5000, IDR 10,000, IDR 20,000, IDR 50,000, IDR 75,000, and IDR 100,000. Finally, the model's performance is evaluated using loss function, accuracy, precision, recall, and AUC-ROC evaluation metrics. The model evaluation results show a value loss function of 1.28, an accuracy of 95.31 %, a precision of 95.24%, a recall of 93.75%, and an AUC-ROC value of 0.99. This evaluation result indicates that the model is highly effective for use in the rupiah currency nominal detection system for the visually impaired. © 2024 IEEE.

RSA is an asymmetric encryption algorithm that uses two different keys, a public key to encrypt the plain text and a private key to decrypt the cipher text. Fernet is a symmetric encryption algorithm that uses a single key to encrypt and decrypt information. This study uses Fernet and RSA which is the combination of symmetric and asymmetric encryption called hybrid encryption. In addition, the cipher text will be hidden inside an image using Stepic. Hybrid Encryption uses asymmetric encryption to encrypt the symmetric encryption secret key, it will secure the symmetric encryption. The result of this study is the lowest error that we got as the MSE is 0.00% and is inversely proportional with the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Avalanche (AVA) with 79.00% and 42.34% in order. Inversely proportional to the length of the text that is hidden in the image, the longest text that is hidden, the more changes that we get in the image with the highest Unified Average Changing Intensity (UACI) and Number of Pixels Change Rate (NPCR) with the biggest image size with 46.48% for UACI and 99.86% for the NPCR. © 2023 IEEE.

STEM is the interdisciplinary subject's integration which plays a key role in the future career. The integration of STEM education and project-based learning on science worksheets in digital format needs to be explored as the alternative guideline for students to provide higher-order thinking skills. Thus, this research aims to develop bioacoustic student worksheet based on STEM-project to enhance critical thinking skills. Borg & Gall model was used and adopted into five main steps: (1) research and information collecting;(2) planning;(3) develop a form of product;(4) expert judgment;(5) product revision. The preliminary research was conducted through an online questionnaire and interview with 17 science teachers in Central Java to collect information about STEM-project based learning implementation and students' critical thinking. Validation of bioacoustic student worksheet was carried out to science learning experts and two instructional media experts. Data were collected through a media validation questionnaire. Descriptive quantitative technique was used to analyze the quality of developed worksheets by converting the score to a scale of 4 based on Nieveen's criteria. The worksheet has been developed in flipbook digital format with additional animation videos to promotes active learning which is easy to use. Measure the sound wave quantities and design the bioacoustics investigation on plant growth projects give opportunities to the students to ask questions, analyze, and evaluate. Based on the expert judgment using Nieveen criteria, the developed worksheet is feasible to use, and able to enhance critical thinking skill. © 2020 ACM.

Deafness is a condition that results in the loss of hearing function, hindering the reception of information such as oral communication that relies on auditory senses. Consequently, individuals with hearing impairment experience communication barriers and may have limited or no ability to respond. One solution is the use of sign language. In Indonesia, there are two known sign languages: Sibi and Bisindo. Both serve the same function but differ in their style of movement and expression. Bisindo is considered more flexible as it conveys meaning based on the Indonesian language. However, the universal understanding of this language solution is still limited among many people. Therefore, a program is needed to facilitate translation between deaf individuals who use sign language and their counterparts who do not communicate through sign language. CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) is a deep learning algorithm used for training visual input data recognition by computer systems. There are various CNN-based architectures, and one of them is AlexNet. Based on the author's testing, the AlexNet architecture proves to be suitable for real-time sign language translation. The evaluation of the system involved 7,800 datasets and 520 testing instances, with an average accuracy of 468 correct translations. When averaged, the system achieved a 90% accuracy rate, representing a 100% increase in accuracy compared to previous approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

Eye disorders such as cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy can cause abnormalities in eye function, including blindness. This research aims to develop a machine-learning model and find the best model for detecting eye diseases. Deep Learning methods based on the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model will be used to create eye disease detection models by adding the RMSProp, SGD, and Adam optimizers techniques. The dataset used consists of 4 classes, namely normal (1074 data), glaucoma (1007 data), cataract (1038 data), and diabetic retinopathy (1098 data), totaling 4217 fundus images. The evaluation results reveal the CNN model with the RMSProp optimizer has better model performance with a value of 88% accuracy, 88% precision, 87% recall, and 88% f1-score, and based on the AUC value on the ROC-AUC curve for each class is above 0.90, which means that the model can differentiate data between classes well and is included in the Excellent classification category. © 2024 IEEE.

This research paper presents a bread mold identification system that utilizes digital image processing techniques, specifically K-means clustering and thresholding, to accurately detect and classify mold-infected areas on bread. The system aims to provide valuable information regarding the safety of consuming mold-contaminated bread, enabling consumers to make informed decisions and reduce the risk of health issues associated with consuming mold-infested bread. the K-means clustering algorithm for mold classification, considering factors such as the number of iterations and the distance metric within the feature space to determine its accuracy. The GLCM feature extraction technique is employed to extract texture information from bread images, encompassing features such as standard deviation (110.62), contrast (1.46), energy, and homogeneity (0.96 and 0.77, respectively). Experimental results demonstrate that the Euclidean Distance yielded the highest result of 72.73, the Cosine Distance obtained the highest result of 8.25, and the City Block Distance obtained the highest result of 92.11. These findings showcase the effectiveness of the system in accurately detecting and classifying mold-infected areas on bread, thereby aiding in ensuring food safety and reducing health risks for consumers. © 2023 IEEE.

Spam filters have become an important tool for ISP(Internet service Provider) to address the growing spam in cyberspace. Spam filtering is a program used to detect spam, prevent it and enter users' mailboxes. With the rapid growth of Internet technology, email communication is becoming increasingly important in people's daily lives. In addition, the amount of spam contained in emails has increased considerably in recent years. In this study, the authors will compare the performance of the decision tree classification models using or not using Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) in spam filtering. The results of this test will be compared with the results of level accuracy, recall, precision, and F1 Score using or not using the RFE method. where in the results of this level measurement, the model used can be a reference or solution to filter spam correctly, especially through the use of supervised learning data. © 2019 IEEE.

Indonesia meets the needs of 50% of the world's palm oil needs. Sources of Indonesian palm oil, 34 % are produced by independent smallholders. The lack of governance of independent smallholders leads to low productivity of their crops. Global market demands for palm oil derivative sources become an obligation to compete. The development of blockchain technology that favors traceability and transparency is applied in the supply agriculture sector, and this is an opportunity for how blockchain technology can help the palm oil supply chain become transparent and can find its source. This research uses the system development life cycle (SDLC) method. And business process model and notation in business model design. The results of the design of the FFB sale and purchase transaction system with blockchain technology have succeeded in connecting farmer transactions as FFB providers with traders and PKS as FFB buyers. Every transaction sent by the farmer will be locked by a hash, as immunity makes the data sent immutable. The system can display the traceability of transactions while maintaining the integrity of member information.

Widyaiswara is required to show the best performance to fulfill his duties and obligations. Therefore, it is very important to measure the performance of the Widyaiswara, so that it can be used as evaluation material by the BPSDM PROVSU. However, the assessment process that occurs is still not precise and time-consuming. Therefore, to minimize this, a decision support system is needed that can minimize time errors and data processing in decision-making so that the assessment runs well and accurately. This system was built by applying the WASPAS method and the TOPSIS method. Based on the results of tests carried out five times, the results of the WASPAS method processing time resulted in an average processing time of 0.00029791 ms and an average memory usage value of 2.836.44 kb, while the results of the TOPSIS method processing time test resulted in an average processing time - an average of 0.000296428 ms and an average memory usage value of 2.862.34 kb. © 2022 IEEE.
