The government in Indonesia and its staff work together to make tactical steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the community. From the ministerial level to the heads of the provinces, regencies, and even the government. Therefore, this study aims to make a model decision support system to diagnose patients exposed to Covid-19, such as people in control, patients in oversight, and those who are positive for the Covid-19 Virus. Model decision support system development aims to provide information about the development of COVID- 19 and help the community in diagnosing themselves related to COVID-19 infection. In this study, the authors use the forward chaining method in application to get conclusions from the symptoms of the Covid-19. This research resulted in an application that patients exposed to the Covid-19, and it's also provided a solution for healing from patients. And this could be a reference for patients before consulting further with the doctor. © 2020 IEEE.

An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage. © 2021 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) has become a prominent tool for studying human biology and disease. The availability of massive scRNA-seq datasets and advanced machine learning techniques has recently driven the development of single-cell foundation models that provide informative and versatile cell representations based on expression profiles. However, to understand disease states, we need to consider entire tissue ecosystems, simultaneously considering many different interacting cells. Here, we tackle this challenge by generating patient-level representations derived from multi-cellular expression context measured with scRNA-seq of tissues. We develop PaSCient, a novel model that employs a multi-level representation learning paradigm and provides importance scores at the individual cell and gene levels for fine-grained analysis across multiple cell types and gene programs characteristic of a given disease. We apply PaSCient to learn a disease model across a large-scale scRNA-seq atlas of 12.5 million cells from over 2,700 patients. Comprehensive and rigorous benchmarking demonstrates the superiority of PaSCient in disease classification and its multiple downstream applications, including dimensionality reduction, gene/cell type prioritization, and patient subgroup discovery. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Education to the public on green products has been widely carried out. Consumers who buy green products can be profiled by segmenting green consumers. In green marketing, consumer education on sustainable consumption is increasingly needed in recent years due to the problem of environmental pollution which poses a serious threat to the world population. Concern for the environment is an important topic in most countries, and individuals also study environmental issues. Individuals or groups of individuals who are 'ecologically aware' are also referred to as 'green consumers.' Such consumers are considered to have more concern for the environment. This study examined the predictions on the effect of the Green Perceived Value variables consisting of functional, conditional, and social values on the purchase intention of green consumers. It also tested the comparisons with other classification models. The models used in this research were Random Forest, Decision Tree, and Neural Network.. © 2021 IEEE.

As hospitals move towards automating and integrating their computing systems, more fine-grained hospital operations data are becoming available. These data include hospital architectural drawings, logs of interactions between patients and healthcare professionals, prescription data, procedures data, and data on patient admission, discharge, and transfers. This has opened up many fascinating avenues for healthcare-related prediction tasks for improving patient care. However, in order to leverage off-the-shelf machine learning software for these tasks, one needs to learn structured representations of entities involved from heterogeneous, dynamic data streams. Here, we propose DECENT, an auto-encoding heterogeneous co-evolving dynamic neural network, for learning heterogeneous dynamic embeddings of patients, doctors, rooms, and medications from diverse data streams. These embeddings capture similarities among doctors, rooms, patients, and medications based on static attributes and dynamic interactions. DECENT enables several applications in healthcare prediction, such as predicting mortality risk and case severity of patients, adverse events (e.g., transfer back into an intensive care unit), and future healthcare-associated infections. The results of using the learned patient embeddings in predictive modeling show that DECENT has a gain of up to 48.1% on the mortality risk prediction task, 12.6% on the case severity prediction task, 6.4% on the medical intensive care unit transfer task, and 3.8% on the Clostridioides difficile (***) Infection (CDI) prediction task over the state-of-the-art baselines. In addition, case studies on the learned doctor, medication, and room embeddings show that our approach learns meaningful and interpretable embeddings.

Attribute Filters are powerful image simplification operators that have very good contour-preservation properties. They can be efficiently computed using morphological trees. The most common strategy to compute attribute filters using morphological trees is based on three steps: (i) tree construction: the tree is built along with its attributes;(ii) filtering: we simplify the tree by removing some of its nodes based on some attribute and a filtering rule defined on a threshold value;and (iii) image reconstruction: this is the final phase where the tree is converted back to an image leading to an attribute filter. However, after filtering a few attributes in tree may change and they must be updated, since some attribute filters are computed by filtering the simplified tree again, but with a different threshold. In this paper it is presented an efficient algorithm to update incremental attributes in morphological trees with low memory consumption and fast computation. © 2022, The Authors. Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven methods can vastly improve the historically costly drug design process, with various generative models already in widespread use. Generative models for de novo drug design, in particular, focus on the creation of novel biological compounds entirely from scratch, representing a promising future direction. Rapid development in the field, combined with the inherent complexity of the drug design process, creates a difficult landscape for new researchers to enter. In this survey, we organize de novo drug design into two overarching themes: small molecule and protein generation. Within each theme, we identify a variety of subtasks and applications, highlighting important datasets, benchmarks, and model architectures and comparing the performance of top models. We take a broad approach to AI-driven drug design, allowing for both micro-level comparisons of various methods within each subtask and macro-level observations across different fields. We discuss parallel challenges and approaches between the two applications and highlight future directions for AI-driven de novo drug design as a whole. In software development, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and creative computing can be adopted to utilize multiple-domain knowledges to construct service software possessing creative properties, i.e., novel, useful, and surprising. In the past, several theoretical evaluation metrics have been proposed to measure creativity of a software system. However, a systematic practical method to construct creative service software is rarely considered in current researches. In this paper, we propose a model for creative service software development based on semantic web, which is applied in two phases: domain-creative requirement specification and semantic-based service design. The model can reduce communication work between domain experts and software engineers, improve traceability of the specifications, and improve machine readability during the generation of creativity. After the model of service design is validated for completeness and consistency, the creative service software is well-designed and can be implemented and reused effectively without losing of creativity. © 2021 IEEE.

Presidential actions on Jan 20, 2025, by President Donald Trump, including executive orders, have delayed access to or led to the removal of crucial public health data sources in the USA. The continuous collection and maintenance of health data support public health, safety, and security associated with diseases such as seasonal influenza. To show how public health data surveillance enhances public health practice, we analysed data from seven US Government-maintained sources associated with seasonal influenza. We fit two models that forecast the number of national incident influenza hospitalisations in the USA: (1) a data-rich model incorporating data from all seven Government data sources;and (2) a data-poor model built using a single Government hospitalisation data source, representing the minimal required information to produce a forecast of influenza hospitalisations. The data-rich model generated reliable forecasts useful for public health decision making, whereas the predictions using the data-poor model were highly uncertain, rendering them impractical. Thus, health data can serve as a transparent and standardised foundation to improve domestic and global health. Therefore, a plan should be developed to safeguard public health data as a public good. © 2025 The Author(s)
