Augmented Reality is a technology that allows users to see the real world, with virtual objects placed on it or combined with the real world. Augmented Reality itself can be applied to various things, including as an educational media. In the field of education, technology can be used a culture introduction to society. One part of Indonesian culture is traditional houses. Traditional house is a building that symbolizes the culture of the local community. In North Sumatra itself, there are several traditional houses that have different forms. The use of Vuforia SDK in the construction of this application can display augmented objects in the form of 3-dimentional objects and also provide information on the house. This application will run on the Android mobile platform to make it easier for users to access it. In addition, users can choose their own objects to be used as markers to make the application use much easier.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one method that is often used in the benchmarking process. The benchmarking process with DEA is often faced with problems where there is a Decision Making Unit (DMU) both Input and Output which is not in the form of qualitative data but in the form of qualitative data. Qualitative data requires an assessment from the appraiser so that it can become quantitative data. This study will use the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting method to convert qualitative data into quantitative. The results of this study will produce a model that integrates DEA with Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting.

Decision making is sometimes faced with a situation where assessment is given in the form of linguistic variables, which have a certain range of values so that decision making cannot be given in the form of numerical values. One approach commonly used is Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets (HFLTS) which is a multi-criteria and multi-alternative decision making method. In TOPSIS which has the concept of distance measurement, basically the chosen one is the best alternative is an alternative that has the closest distance to a positive solution and the farthest distance with a negative solution. The incorporation of HFLTS-TOPSIS has the advantage that decision making can be done in the form of variable linguistics and also a situation where there are benefit criteria and cost criteria. This study will use the HFLTS-TOPSIS approach that has been modified in the distance calculation section so that distance calculation is based on the difference of preference degree between the two HFLTS. The results of research conducted by a number of researchers show that using pseudo-distance will provide advantages compared to the standard HLFTS-TOPSIS. Pseudo-distance HFLTS-TOPSIS will be applied in the selection of the best lecturers. The criteria used in this study are: Student Satisfaction, Research, Number of late, and number of complaints from students.

Species-level classification for 16S rRNA gene sequences remains a serious challenge for microbiome researchers. The existing methods either lack solid probabilistic-based criteria to evaluate the confidence of their taxonomic assignments, typically ignoring other database sequences except the best hit, or use nucleotide kmer frequency as the proxy for sequence similarity measurement, a design driven by the pursuit of computational speed instead of classification accuracy. We have developed a method that shows significantly improved species-level classification results over existing methods. Our method calculates true sequence similarity between query sequences and database hits using pairwise sequence alignment. Taxonomic classifications are assigned from the species to the phylum levels based on the lowest common ancestors of multiple database hits for each query sequence, and further classification reliabilities are evaluated by bootstrap confidence scores. The novelty of our method is that the contribution of each database hit to the taxonomic assignment of the query sequence is weighted by a Bayesian posterior probability based upon the degree of sequence similarity of the database hit to the query sequence. Our software, called BLCA, is implemented in Python and freely available at https://***/qunfengdong/BLCA.

Hybrid cryptosystem RSA – CRT optimization and VMPC

Hybrid cryptosystem combines symmetric algorithms and asymmetric algorithms. This combination utilizes speeds on encryption/decryption processes of symmetric algorithms and asymmetric algorithms to secure symmetric keys. In this paper we propose hybrid cryptosystem that combine symmetric algorithms VMPC and asymmetric algorithms RSA – CRT optimization. RSA – CRT optimization speeds up the decryption process by obtaining plaintext with dp and p key only, so there is no need to perform CRT processes. The VMPC algorithm is more efficient in software implementation and reduces known weaknesses in RC4 key generation. The results show hybrid cryptosystem RSA – CRT optimization and VMPC is faster than hybrid cryptosystem RSA – VMPC and hybrid cryptosystem RSA – CRT – VMPC. Dysbiosis of microbial communities is associated with various human diseases, raising the possibility of using microbial compositions as biomarkers for disease diagnosis. We have developed a Bayes classifier by modeling microbial compositions with Dirichlet-Multinomial distributions, which are widely used to model multi-categorical count data with extra variation. The parameters of the Dirichlet-Multinomial distributions are estimated from training microbiome datasets based on maximum likelihood. The posterior probability of a microbiome sample belonging to disease or healthy category is calculated based on Bayes' theorem, using the likelihood values computed from the estimated Dirichlet-Multinomial distribution, as well as a prior probability estimated from the training microbiome dataset or previously published information on disease prevalence. When tested on real-world microbiome datasets, our method, called DBMC, consistently shows better classification accuracy than a previously published Bayesian method based on a Dirichlet-Multinomial Mixture model. A unique advantage of DMBC is its builtin automatic feature selection, capable of identifying a subset of microbial taxa with the best classification accuracy between different classes of samples based on cross-validation. This unique ability enables DMBC to maintain and even improve its accuracy at modeling species-level taxa.

Legal decision-making support is key for legal security in any legal system. This paper describes a new scope and method for Business Intelligence applied in the legal domain. We describe a legal case processing model based on the transformation of relevant data from a legal case file by a judge, to produce what we call the judge's perception of the case. That is a representation of the case that stresses (1) the relevance of the different attributes of the case, and (2) the relationships among attributes that the judge considers relevant for argumentation purposes. © 2016 IEEE.
