Based on the formulation of the problem to be discussed by the writer is to know: the influence of 0.4 mm spark gap variation, and standard spark plug type, to CO and HC, the influence of 0.5 mm spark plug gap variation, and variation of platinum spark plug on CO and HC, influence of spark gap variation 0,6mm, and variation of iridium spark plug type to CO and HC emission Method used to obtain data needed to support the writer that is research method with experiment, literature study method or literature study The result of this research concludes that there is spark gap influence 0.4 mm, with variations of standard plug, platinum and iridium spark plugs against CO and HC emissions, where the lowest CO value is 0.27% and HC 98 ppm, 0.5 mm spark plug with lowest CO 0.15% and HC 46 ppm, 0.6 mm spark plug gap the lowest CO value of 0.19% and HC 24 ppm. The results of this research will be disseminated using the website

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method is a linear programming approach that has been widely used as a framework for evaluating efficiency and measurement. DEA decision making is often faced with situations where the existing DMU has input and output that contains fuzzy and hesitant elements so that it is difficult to make efficiency measurements. This study will design a DEA model in the state of inputs and outputs that contain hesitant elements by using polyhedral uncertainty sets. The results of this study are expected to produce a benchmarking model with DEA that can overcome the hesitant element and have the advantage of using a polyhedral uncertainty set that can measure the linearity of the nominal problem.

This paper presents the application program of fingerprint detection using wavelet transform for authentication. Fingerprints are obtained from the site of crime, old documents and excavated things. This paper proposes a fingerprint recognition technique based on wavelet-based texture pattern recognition method. By collecting incomplete fingerprints of 2 people with 6 images each. The original seven of uncompleted fingerprint images were undetected and only one was detected. After enhancing image quality using wavelet transform method, it was found that those of seven images were completed. The comparison method was a matching technique. This work focuses on the ability of the program and knowledge of image processing by studying algorithms of image processing. In design algorithm process, different technique enhancements were employed as well as the study of different of filters and algorithms based on existing research results from literature. © 2016 IEEE.

A process-scheduling algorithm is a fundamental operating system function that manages the assignment of CPU (Central Processing Unit) processes. It aims to make the system efficient, fast, and fair, allowing as many processes as possible to make the best use of the CPU at any given time. Understanding scheduling algorithms and their impact in practice is a challenging and time-consuming task for students, given the differing features of each operating system. Operating system simulators are usually based on either a command line or bidimensional front-end interface. This paper presents a process-scheduling simulator based on virtual reality technology that allows students to develop their empirical skills while learning process-scheduling algorithms. The simulator allows the learner to navigate inside a computer motherboard and interact with its components in multi-projection environments such as CAVE-like systems (Cave Automatic Virtual Environment), on a desktop, in a Web browser, or using an HMD (head-mounted display) such as Google Cardboard. © 2016 IEEE.

The security of information in this global era is increasingly becoming a vital need in various aspects of life. An information will have a higher value when it comes to aspects of business decisions. This study presents a learning application to explain how to secure data using cryptographic techniques. This study aims to design a prototype learning application of cryptographic techniques using algorithm RC4 method. Based on the results of data analysis and after completing the design of RC4 algorithm cryptographic learning software, the authors found this software shows every step and stages of the processes (data input process (Plaintext or Ciphertext string), Key padding process (U), formation process in S-Box table, the Key-Flow formation process (K-keystream), encryption process and decryption process) contained in RC4 algorithm cryptography, so it can help understanding or learning work procedures of algorithms in the cryptographic method. Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 is an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) application that is used to create and develop software. In this application there were various features that facilitate programming such as compilation, debugging, project settings, designing and editing visual interfaces, and so on.

We show how faceted search using a combination of traditional classification sys-tems and mixed-membership topic models can go beyond keyword search to inform re-source discovery, hypothesis formulation, and argument extraction for interdisciplinary research. Our test domain is the history and philosophy of scientific work on animal mind and cognition. The methods can be generalized to other research areas and ul-timately support a system for semi-automatic identification of argument structures. We provide a case study for the application of the methods to the problem of identi-fying and extracting arguments about anthropomorphism during a critical period in the development of comparative psychology. We show how a combination of classifi-cation systems and mixed-membership models trained over large digital libraries can inform resource discovery in this domain. Through a novel approach of \drill-down" topic modeling|simultaneously reducing both the size of the corpus and the unit of analysis|we are able to reduce a large collection of fulltext volumes to a much smaller set of pages within six focal volumes containing arguments of interest to historiansand philosophers of comparative psychology. The volumes identified in this way did not appear among the first ten results of the keyword search in the HathiTrust digital library and the pages bear the kind of \close reading" needed to generate original in-terpretations that is the heart of scholarly work in the humanities. Zooming back out, we provide a way to place the books onto a map of science originally constructed from very different data and for different purposes. The multilevel approach advances un-derstanding of the intellectual and societal contexts in which writings are interpreted. Copyright © 2017, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Companies have increasingly distributed their teams to increase productivity and quality, and to reduce their costs in software development processes. This scenario has brought new challenges to effective collaboration and to enhance communication across peers. Pragmatic interoperability has been considered as one of the key requirements to tackle these challenges. However, there is lack of research investigating how to support development of pragmatic interoperability across globally dispersed groups. This paper proposes a model to support pragmatic interoperability in software projects to foster collaboration in distributed environments. The proposed model was implemented and evaluated in a collaborative architecture which supports collaborative scientific experiments development.

Legal decision-making support is key for legal security in any legal system. This paper describes a new scope and method for Business Intelligence applied in the legal domain. We describe a legal case processing model based on the transformation of relevant data from a legal case file by a judge, to produce what we call the judge's perception of the case. That is a representation of the case that stresses (1) the relevance of the different attributes of the case, and (2) the relationships among attributes that the judge considers relevant for argumentation purposes.
