Application architecture and information technology systems in the company should be able to support the company’s policy that leads to their alignment with the business objectives. The alignment of the implementation of information technology systems to the needs and goals of the organization will be able to be answered by taking into account the integration in the development, so that the gap of these two things can be minimized. As a company engaged in IT consulting, project management system is one form of application systems that support core business objective of the company: to produce high-quality software. Nevertheless, the project management system should be able to work together with other supporting information systems, so that the flow of information within the company can run effectively. To achieve these objectives, required the analysis and design of an integrated system, which can be achieved through a service-oriented architecture based system. which includes the stages of requirements and analysis, design and development, and the last is the IT operations. The final result expected is the design of the service-oriented architecture based project management system which built through top-down approach that focuses on improving the effectiveness of business process.

Background: Decades of steady improvements in life expectancy in Europe slowed down from around 2011, well before the COVID-19 pandemic, for reasons which remain disputed. We aimed to assess how changes in risk factors and cause-specific death rates in different European countries related to changes in life expectancy in those countries before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: We used data and methods from the Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study 2021 to compare changes in life expectancy at birth, causes of death, and population exposure to risk factors in 16 European Economic Area countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden) and the four UK nations (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales) for three time periods: 1990–2011, 2011–19, and 2019–21. Changes in life expectancy and causes of death were estimated with an established life expectancy cause-specific decomposition method, and compared with summary exposure values of risk factors for the major causes of death influencing life expectancy. Findings: All countries showed mean annual improvements in life expectancy in both 1990–2011 (overall mean 0·23 years [95% uncertainty interval [UI] 0·23 to 0·24]) and 2011–19 (overall mean 0·15 years [0·13 to 0·16]). The rate of improvement was lower in 2011–19 than in 1990–2011 in all countries except for Norway, where the mean annual increase in life expectancy rose from 0·21 years (95% UI 0·20 to 0·22) in 1990–2011 to 0·23 years (0·21 to 0·26) in 2011–19 (difference of 0·03 years). In other countries, the difference in mean annual improvement between these periods ranged from –0·01 years in Iceland (0·19 years [95% UI 0·16 to 0·21] vs 0·18 years [0·09 to 0·26]), to –0·18 years in England (0·25 years [0·24 to 0·25] vs 0·07 years [0·06 to 0·08]). OBJECTIVE:To assess the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) of medical stakeholders regarding the use of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools. METHODS:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among stakeholders in medicine. Participants included researchers, clinicians, and medical journal editors with varying degrees of familiarity with GAI tools. The survey questionnaire comprised 40 questions covering four main dimensions: basic information, knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to GAI tools. Descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, and multivariable regression were used to analyze the data. RESULTS:The overall awareness rate of GAI tools was 93.3%. Participants demonstrated moderate knowledge (mean score 17.71 ± 5.56), positive attitudes (mean score 73.32 ± 15.83), and reasonable practices (mean score 40.70 ± 12.86). Factors influencing knowledge included education level, geographic region, and attitudes (p < 0.05). Attitudes were influenced by work experience and knowledge (p < 0.05), while practices were driven by both knowledge and attitudes (p < 0.001). Participants from outside China scored higher in all dimensions compared to those from China (p < 0.001). Additionally, 74.0% of participants emphasized the importance of reporting GAI usage in research, and 73.9% advocated for naming the specific tool used. CONCLUSION:The findings highlight a growing awareness and generally positive attitude toward GAI tools among medical stakeholders, alongside the recognition of their ethical implications and the necessity for standardized reporting practices. Targeted training and the development of clear reporting guidelines are recommended to enhance the effective use of GAI tools in medical research and practice.

In its development, information technology has become an important in people's everyday lives. Security and confidentiality of the data on computer networks today become a very important issue and continues to grow. Some of the cases relating to computer network security today become a job that requires handling fee and security has been tremendous. Vital systems, such as the defense system, the banking system, the hospital system, and other systems, requires such a high level of security. This is mainly due to the advancement of the field of computer networks with the concept of open system so that anyone, anywhere and at any time, have the opportunity to access these vital areas. To maintain the security and confidentiality of messages, data, or information in a computer network would require some encryption to create messages, data, or information that is not read or understood by any person, except for eligible recipients.

Cryptography is the science and art of maintaining the security of messages when messages are sent from one place to another. One of the ways securing the form of text message information is by the encryption process using the Vigenere Cipher algorithm and utilizing the One Time Pad (OTP) algorithm as a key generator, where the message will be random when it is opened. The message encryption process used the vigenere cipher algorithm while OTP is used to secure the key with the same formula. After this research has been done, an application was designed to secure text messages by converting the text message into a random message so that the message was unreadable due to a secret message that could not be known by others. The results achieved can secure an encrypted message that cannot be reopened and if those messages were reopened, they must be decrypted.

As a company which relates its customer service, a software company (this case is PT Boon Software) is induced to give the good service to its customer. The existing information technology (IT) system service is made by patchwork. It brings some problems in service catalog, problem managment, change management, and service level agreement (SLA). The purpose of this research is to implement helpdesk system to software company with information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework as a standard reference to solve various problem related information technology service on a company. This research starts by investigation all stakeholders of the company with some questionnares. Implementation ITIL is strated by finding the gap between the current condition and the standard base line in ITIL. After implementation IT service using ITIL, the stakeholders are asked the same questionnares. The result shows that there is significant different before and after implementing system service using ITIL.
