Based on a thorough literature review of social tagging and on technology acceptance models, we developed and empirically validated a motivational model to predict users' acceptance to add and share tagging content. Four factors successfully predicted users' intention to add and share metadata tagging content. Unlike previous studies on virtual communities, Reciprocity was found to be positively related to attitude whereas, in line with previous research, Ease of Use and Personal Productivity were confirmed to have substantial influence on users' attitude, which in turn affects the intention towards creating and sharing tagging content. Our findings are expected to shed light on developing strategies to understand and promote tagging content contribution and sharing which have the potential to increase the collective power and intelligence of the community. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.

Monitoring every single email takes a lot of effort especially when the size of email transaction log is very large. This study proposed to find a wise option to monitor only the contents of important emails. Depth First Search algorithm, multi-digraph, email scoring model, WordNet, and Vector Space Model are used to create a model for filtering important emails and mining email contents. The findings showed that using email filtering module together with term enhancing module can help in reducing the processing time and keeping high precision and recall values of the system. © 2011 AICIT.

In this paper we consider the problem of clustering snippets returned from search engines. We propose a technique to invoke semantic similarity in the clustering process. Our technique improves on the well-known STC method, which is a highly efficient heuristic for clustering web search results. However, a weakness of STC is that it cannot cluster semantic similar documents. To solve this problem, we propose a new data structure to represent suffixes of a single string, called a Semantic Suffix Net (SSN). A generalized semantic suffix net is created to represent suffixes of a set of strings by using a new operator to partially combine nets. A key feature of this new operator is to find a joint point by using semantic similarity and string matching; net pairs combination then begins at that joint point. This logic causes the number of nodes and branches of a generalized semantic suffix net to decrease. The operator then uses the line of suffix links as a boundary to separate the net. A generalized semantic suffix net is then incorporated into the STC algorithm so that it can cluster semantically similar snippets. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improves upon conventional STC.

With the tremendous volume of email messages, it is difficult to determine significant messages and users in an email system without knowing the message contents. This paper presents a simple and intuitive model to mine an email transactions log for significant messages and users. No use is made of NLP or semantic analysis. The model is based only on scoring messages and users from a graph-theoretic analysis of the communication pattern represented in the transaction log. Practical experiments indicate the potential of the model.

Delicacy recommendation services are the trend of the future. In this paper, we propose an effective decision support systems (DSS), the Cloud-Based Recommender System (CBRS), which provides the introduction and commentaries of delicacies and restaurants with relevant recommendation. CBRS provides the web content retrieval agent (WCRA) and multiple document summarization (MDS) technology to generate summary of commentaries. Finally, CBRS combines with the cloud computing for MDS to provide delicacy recommendation services.

This paper discusses the role of casual attributions and positive emotion in trust repair of *** equation modeling(SEM) was used in our study to analyze 517 valid online *** empirical results indicate that casual attributions(locus and stability) have a negative impact on positive emotion;however,controllability opposing our initial expectation has a positive impact on positive *** the same time,positive emotion not only influences trust but also mediates the effect of casual attributions on trust.

In this research we investigate that user's stickiness of virtual community would affect the trust and the stickiness is mediator between trust repair and *** questionnaire through"Happy Farm"from the Facebook,we used the Structural equation modeling(SEM) to analyze the data,in order to understand repair methods and the community trust the persons concerned after the stickiness of the impact of *** result shows that functional and informational of trust repair has positive relationship with stickiness.
