In today's circumstances, there is a phenomenon for people to want to find out culture outside their neighborhood. This can be realized by collaborating technology with cultural tourism. This study discusses the application of ICT technology in the cultural tourism domain by conducting peer-reviewed articles using keywords and analyzing their content. This study finds trends and technology themes in the visualized cultural tourism domain so that it can make it easier for researchers in this field to understand and further develop the cultural tourism domain. The growing impact of industrial dynamics will be a challenge to increase productivity. Productivity is a demand for improving organizational performance. ERP systems are a way to increase productivity. Therefore, ERP implementation is important to ensure that ERP runs well. Critical factors in ERP implementation must get serious attention to project management. Even so, the reality of ERP implementation is slowly, even tends to experience failure, resulting in highly expensive. The previous research that carried out ERP implementation showed that the failure reached 40%, and the achievement of the benefits of ERP implementation in Indonesia is still not optimal. It can be said that ERP implementation is a complexity project. For this reason, it is necessary to consider other implementation methods that can overcome the problem in implementing ERP. An agile method is a proactive and reactive alternative to handle the problem in implementing of ERP. The development of an agile ERP model is one way to achieve success in ERP implementation. This research methodology is a survey approach to the study of literature. This research will propose an agile ERP model which will be used as an effective guide for achieving the success of ERP implementation. © 2019 IEEE.

The use of instant messaging (IM) application is very communal among smartphone users, as it delivers ease in interaction and communication. The speed at which technologies, growth, and expansion of networks infrastructure for high-speed data networks (e.g. wifi, 4G, etc.) are changing and the high number of IM applications are available. IM application usage is significantly escalating, also for doing illegitimate purposes, particularly to organize and coordinate criminal acts. They are practically exploited by the criminality groups involved when they target and interact with the victims, or try to run away from criminal occurrences. By systematically conducting a review to understand and to investigate IM applications topic coming from a number of scientific sources (e.g. manuscripts, metadata, files, etc.), a broader picture and opportunity to regain the valuable evidence in the investigation is academically provided. © 2018 IEEE.

A data model supporting the unification of the management of temporal XML document databases and version control, i.e., a Temporal Version Data Model (TVDM), is proposed. TVDM is temporally change-centric and represents the change between two consecutive versions by means of temporal delta (tDelta). A tDelta employs a temporal XML expression (tXex) which is an extension of ordinary XML elements by incorporation into them temporal as well as ordinary variables. In addition to valid time, TVDM introduces version time and associates it with each version. All versions including the base or the current one can be uniformly represented by tDeltas. A technique to implement TVDM is also presented. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2004.

A user's profile, for the purpose of location management in a PCS network, is formalized as a subgraph of the network graph. This subgraph, the so-called individual profile graph (IPG), is determined after a period of observation with the intent of predicting and codifying the user's diurnal routine. The IPG is easily-motivated, robust, straightforwardly computed from observed data, and, under fairly intuitive assumptions, provably predictive of the user's diurnal routine. An IPG-based paging and update strategy is proposed and analyzed. © 2005 IEEE.

Pen-based computing devices have become more popular and more important, because it facilitates a natural way of input to users. To develop pen-based systems, automatic interpretation of sketches is crucial. However, this task is sensitive to drawing styles. This paper proposes a stroke grouping method based on Gestalt theory. The proposed algorithm group strokes into regions, each stroke is split into smaller stroke segments according to its corners and junctions. Then, for every stroke segments that can form closed loops, all possible regions are searched. Applying the notion of law of continuity in Gestalt theory to a set of all possible regions, scores of good continuity and convexity of all regions can be computed. The region with the best score is stored and extracted from the sketch. This iterative process is repeated until no stroke segments are left in the set of closed-loop segments. The algorithm implemented and tested on a tablet PC showed good results.

The problem considered is that of recognizing if a given convex polygon comes from a known collection by applying probes. Existing approaches use a number of probes that is linear in the number of sides of the polygon. The current premise is that probing is expensive, while computing is cheap. Accordingly, a method is proposed that recognizes a polygon from the collection, with high probability, using only a constant number of probes, at the cost of fairly large computing resources, particularly, in setting up and applying a range tree data structure. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2005.

Monitoring every single email takes a lot of effort especially when the size of email transaction log is very large. This study proposed to find a wise option to monitor only the contents of important emails. Depth First Search algorithm, multi-digraph, email scoring model, WordNet, and Vector Space Model are used to create a model for filtering important emails and mining email contents. The findings showed that using email filtering module together with term enhancing module can help in reducing the processing time and keeping high precision and recall values of the system. © 2011 AICIT.

Students can use social media such as Twitter for online learning (E-Learning). This study aims to analyse an accuracy for the sentiments of students about E-Learning who use Indonesian on Twitter social media both positive and negative opinions. The algorithms used are Naive Bayes (NB). Then to optimize the accuracy of the calculation results, the Particle Swarm Optimization (NB-PSO) approach is used. In order to optimize accurate results, this study uses three experimental sequences (scenario 1, scenario 2, and scenario 2) for both NB and NB-PSO algorithms. Each scenario uses different positive and negative comments. The results of the experiment show that in scenario 1 an increase in accuracy is 10.00% for NB-PSO. Scenario 2 there is an increase in accuracy of 13.33% on NB-PSO. Meanwhile, in scenario 3 an increase in accuracy is 27.22% for NB-PSO. These results prove that the accuracy of NB-PSO is better than NB for all scenarios. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.

The proliferation of data has become an inevitable consequence of the digital age as individuals across all domains increasingly rely on data for various purposes. Both companies and governments have a significant need for data. However, the sheer volume and complexity of this data, along with the potential risks associated with mishandling it, necessitate the establishment of a framework known as data governance. The primary objective of this research paper is to examine the factors that contribute to the effective implementation and utilization of Data governance. This study employs qualitative methods and adopts a systematic literature review approach to address the research inquiry: 'What are the important factors that determine the utilization of data governance technology?' Through the systematic literature review, a total of 41 key factors were identified from 20 research literatures that have been found to significantly impact the effective implementation of data governance. There are thirteen primary technological factors that hold significance in the realm of data governance. These factors encompass technology, application and use, storage of data, sharing, archiving, and preservation, big data algorithmic systems, data flow, deletion, diversity of data, mechanisms, size of data, control, and data integrity. © 2023 IEEE.
