Factors have always played an important role in stock analysis, but they are only effective for specific problems in specific scenarios. Therefore, constructing factors timely and quickly for different scenarios is an urgent problem to be solved. Although some experts have constructed factors, they need to manually construct factors for each scenario, and the construction process consumes time and effort. The annual report is an important and common scenario. It is an important form of information disclosure and financial reporting. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for automatically constructing factors based on genetic programming that combines expert experience for this scenario. It incorporates the knowledge and insights of experts in the field of stock analysis into the process of automati-cally constructing factors, and continuously adjusts and improves the combination of factors through genetic programming to adapt to the needs of the scenario. The effectiveness of this method is verified through empirical analysis and its advantages in specific scenarios are demonstrated. © 2024 IEEE.

Zero-shot anomaly detection (ZSAD) identifies anomalies without needing training samples from the target dataset, essential for scenarios with privacy concerns or limited data. Vision-language models like CLIP show potential in ZSAD but have limitations: relying on manually crafted fixed textual descriptions or anomaly prompts is time-consuming and prone to semantic ambiguity, and CLIP struggles with pixel-level anomaly segmentation, focusing more on global semantics than local details. To address these limitations, We introduce KAnoCLIP, a novel ZSAD framework that leverages vision-language models. KAnoCLIP combines general knowledge from a Large Language Model (GPT-3.5) and fine-grained, image-specific knowledge from a Visual Question Answering system (Llama3) via Knowledge-Driven Prompt Learning (KnPL). KnPL uses a knowledge-driven (KD) loss function to create learnable anomaly prompts, removing the need for fixed text prompts and enhancing generalization. KAnoCLIP includes the CLIP visual encoder with V-V attention (CLIP-VV), Bi-Directional Cross-Attention for Multi-Level Cross-Modal Interaction (Bi-CMCI), and Conv-Adapter. These components preserve local visual semantics, improve local cross-modal fusion, and align global visual features with textual information, enhancing pixel-level anomaly detection. KAnoCLIP achieves state-of-the-art performance in ZSAD across 12 industrial and medical datasets, demonstrating superior generalization compared to existing methods. © 2025 IEEE.

The influence maximization (IM) problem aims to identify a budgeted set of nodes with the highest potential to influence the largest number of users in a cascade model, a key challenge in viral marketing. Traditional IM approaches consider each user/node independently as a potential target customer. However, in many scenarios, the target customers comprise motifs, where activating only one or a few users within a motif is insufficient for effective viral marketing, which, nevertheless, receives little attention. For instance, if a motif of three friends planning to dine together, targeting all three simultaneously is crucial for a restaurant advertisement to succeed. In this paper, we address the motif-oriented influence maximization problem under the linear threshold model. We prove that the motif-oriented IM problem is NP-hard and that the influence function is neither supermodular nor submodular, in contrast to the classical IM setting. To simplify the problem, we establish the submodular upper and lower bounds for the influence function. By leveraging the submodular property, we propose a natural greedy strategy that simultaneously maximizes both bounds. Our algorithm has an approximation ratio of τ·(1−1/e−Ε) and a near-linear time complexity of O((k+l)(m+η) log η/Ε2). Experimental results on diverse datasets confirm the effectiveness of our approach in motif maximization. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. All rights reserved.

The rising prevalence of mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, underscores the critical state of physical and mental health issues in contemporary society. Automatic emotion recognition technology emerges as a potential tool for monitoring mental health disorders, and offering valuable guidance through human-computer interfaces. However, existing technologies grapple with limitations, such as emotional concealment, potential privacy leakage, and specific device location restrictions. To overcome these limitations, we propose a mobile wearable emotion recognition system called EmoTracer incorporating ubiquitous multi-source sensors to measure physiology signals, and address challenges such as the intricate signal-emotion relationship, sparse data processing, and notable disparities among different subjects. We implement a real-time prototype and carry out comprehensive experiments to evaluate its performance. For six basic emotions, the results show that EmoTracer can achieve 95.6% accuracy in intra-subject emotion classification and 80.7% accuracy with 5 shots in cross-subject emotion classification. © 2024 IEEE.

As the most common data structure for key-value stores, LogStructured Merge Tree (LSM-tree) can eliminate random write operations and keep acceptable read performance. However, write stall and write amplification introduced by the leveled compaction of LSM-tree significantly degrade the system performance. The emerging non-volatile memory (NVM) provides byte-addressable access and low-latency data persistence. Integrating DIMM-interface NVM in the design of the LSM-tree can potentially alleviate the write stall and write amplification issue, as the access speed of NVM is several orders of magnitude faster than hard disk drives or flash memory-based solid-state drives. This hybrid storage should be carefully designed, requiring new architectural and key-value structural support. This paper presents ZigZagDB, an NVM-enabled data man-agement scheme for LSM-tree-based key-value stores. ZigZagDB adds additional layers of key-value stores and uses non-volatile memory as the storage media to hold these additional layers of data. The newly designed key-value stores alternately access the data from either SSD or NVM. This 'ZigZag' shape of storage collaboration and synchronization can benefit write efficiency and space utilization. By utilizing the NVM with very limited capacity, the redesigned organization of LSM-tree can effectively solve the write stall and write amplification issue. We demonstrate the viability of the proposed ZigZagDB using a set of extensive experiments. Experimental results show that ZigZagDB can significantly reduce the write amplification and boost the throughput in comparison with representative schemes. © 2024 IEEE.

Log-structured merge-tree (LSM-tree) is a storage architecture widely used in key-value (KV) stores. To enhance the read efficiency of LSM-tree, recent works utilize the learned index to learn the mapping between keys and locations. However, in existing learned-index-aided KV stores, inefficient design of the learned index and disk access significantly impact the read performance. How to design a learned KV store to improve index efficiency and minimize disk access remains a critical problem. This paper presents LeaderKV, a read-optimized LSM-tree-based KV store. LeaderKV employs decoupled KV tables (DK-Table) and efficient learned indexes for data retrieval. DKTables are storage files in Leader Kvbecause they avoid reading irrelevant data in collaboration with learned indexes during queries. A learned index called Leader is proposed to accelerate data retrieval within DKTable. Leader is composed of precise models and approximate models. A redirect mechanism is designed to reduce the cost of mispredictions in Leader. We integrate DKTable and Leader into LeaderKV and demonstrate its effectiveness using a variety of datasets and workloads. Experimental results show that LeaderKV significantly improves the read performance compared to representative schemes. © 2024 IEEE.

Recent studies have achieved remarkable results for action recognition with human skeletal data by utilizing graph convolutional models. Traditional approaches typically aggregate local spatio-temporal information bottom-up to form a single spatio-temporal global understanding. However, this method may fail to achieve multi-location perception for fine-grained action capture and may struggle to model subactions due to their varying durations. To solve these challenges, we design a Distributed Spatio-temporal Perception (DSP) module that innovatively treats each joint as an independent perception unit, performing joint-wise distributed multi-location perception in both spatial and temporal dimensions. In addition, we introduce an Anchor Pose-driven Subaction Encoding (APSE) module, which enhances informative clues for subaction reasoning through identifying the correlations between anchor pose and subactions formed by integrating distributed spatio-temporal perception features. Based on the above work, we propose a Joint-wise Distributed Perception Graph Convolutional Network (JDP-GCN). The experiments on three widely used datasets: NTU RGB+D 60, NTU RGB+D 120, and NW-UCLA, demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance. © 2025 IEEE.

Ocean data collection via unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has received widespread attention due to its flexibility and low cost. To further improve the efficiency of large maritime data collection between the UAVs and the ocean surface buoys, optical wireless transmission is considered as a promising technique because of its low latency and high bandwidth. However, the waves and other disturbances in the complex oceanic environment result in drift and instability of the buoy, which deteriorate and even interrupt the line-of-sight (LOS) optical transmission. To tackle these challenges, in this paper, we propose a reliable data collection scheme based on a deep reinforcement learning (DRL) approach. We first model the optical channel and calculate the maximum transmission range that satisfies a pre-defined bit error rate (BER) to ensure the quality of service (QoS). Then, we formulate the data collection procedure as a Markov decision process (MDP) aiming at maximizing the received signal intensity and minimizing the energy consumption, in which the system uncertainty caused by the oceanic environmental disturbances is taken into account. Finally, we propose a beam pointing adjustment algorithm based on deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) approach to alleviate the performance deterioration and maintain a stable LOS communication. Through extensive simulations, the results demonstrate that the proposed scheme is effective and achieves reliable data collection via the optical links. © 2023 IEEE.
