Games have been the perfect test beds for artificial intelligence (AI) research for the characteristics that widely exist in real-world scenarios. Learning and optimization, decision-making in dynamic and uncertain environments, game theory, planning and scheduling, design, and education are common research areas shared between games and real-world problems. Numerous open-source games or game-based environments have been implemented to study AI. In addition to single- or multiplayer, collaborative, and adversarial games, there has also been growing interest in implementing platforms for creative design in recent years. Those platforms provide ideal benchmarks for exploring and comparing AI ideas and techniques. This article reviews the games and game-based platforms for AI research, provides guidance on matching particular types of AI with suitable games for testing and matching particular needs in games with suitable AI techniques, discusses the research trend induced by the evolution of those games and platforms, and gives an outlook. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently,human healthcare from body sensor data has gained considerable interest from a wide variety of human-computer communication and pattern analysis research owing to their real-time applications namely smart healthcare *** though there are various forms of utilizing distributed sensors to monitor the behavior of people and vital signs,physical human action recognition(HAR)through body sensors gives useful information about the lifestyle and functionality of an *** article concentrates on the design of an Improved Transient Search Optimization with Machine Learning based BehaviorRecognition(ITSOMLBR)technique using body sensor *** presented ITSOML-BR technique collects data from different body sensors namely electrocardiography(ECG),accelerometer,and *** addition,the ITSOML-BR technique extract features like variance,mean,skewness,and standard ***,the presented ITSOML-BR technique executes a micro neural network(MNN)which can be employed for long term healthcare monitoring and ***,the parameters related to the MNN model are optimally selected via the ITSO *** experimental result analysis of the ITSOML-BR technique is tested on the MHEALTH *** comprehensive comparison study reported a higher result for the ITSOMLBR approach over other existing approaches with maximum accuracy of 99.60%.

Cooperative coevolution (CC) algorithms, based on the divide-and-conquer strategy, have emerged as the predominant approach to solving large-scale global optimization (LSGO) problems. The efficiency and accuracy of the grouping stage significantly impact the performance of the optimization process. While the general separability grouping (GSG) method has overcome the limitation of previous differential grouping (DG) methods by enabling the decomposition of nonadditively separable functions, it suffers from high computational complexity. To address this challenge, this article proposes a composite separability grouping (CSG) method, seamlessly integrating DG and GSG into a problem decomposition framework to utilize the strengths of both approaches. CSG introduces a step-by-step decomposition framework that accurately decomposes various problem types using fewer computational resources. By sequentially identifying additively, multiplicatively and generally separable variables, CSG progressively groups nonseparable variables by recursively considering the interactions between each nonseparable variable and the formed nonseparable groups. Furthermore, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of CSG, we introduce two innovative methods: a multiplicatively separable variable detection method and a nonseparable variable grouping method. These two methods are designed to effectively detect multiplicatively separable variables and efficiently group nonseparable variables, respectively. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that CSG achieves more accurate variable grouping with lower computational complexity compared to GSG and state-of-the-art DG-series designs. © 2024 IEEE.

Early identification and diagnosis of cancerous cells will focus on the symptomatic patients, to give the best way of successful treatment. When the detection of cancer is delayed, then there is a lower chance of survival, high problems with treatment and higher cost estimates. Considering Pancreas Cancer growth, a type of cancer that is difficult to identify because there are less or no symptoms found at the early stage. So, we introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to identify pancreatic cancer cells. This is the first insight that is provided to detect cancerous cells at the early stage. With the use of technologies, anything is possible, so we use the process of medical imaging analysis, data processing and Machine Learning (ML) for the recognition. Data is collected through MRI and CT scan reports, biomarkers tests, liquid biopsies, endoscopic techniques, early symptom monitoring, and genetic testing which is then categorized into train and test sets. Every training data set is analyzed to provide a standard image to extract the features with the use of OpenCV. Building an AI model with the use of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm with an efficient set of filters. Training the model with the training data set helps to improve the accuracy of predicting results. When it is ready, the testing data set is used to check the accuracy of predictions. Finally, by assessing the model based on the performance metrics from both training and testing datasets, accuracy is achieved. After achieving a certain level of accuracy, and leveraging ML algorithms such as Hybrid models, the system can provide treatment recommendations consistent with a separate training dataset. This training dataset comprises predicted treatments corresponding to the achieved accuracy. After, the system is prepared for deployment. The envisioned process can track the patient's status for future use. © 2023 IEEE.

Asynchronous Graph Neural Network (AGNN) has attracted much research attention because it enables faster convergence speed than the synchronous GNN. However, existing software/hardware solutions suffer from redundant computation overhead and excessive off-chip communications for AGNN due to irregular state propagations along the dependency chains between vertices. This paper proposes a chain-driven asynchronous accelerator, CDA-GNN, for efficient AGNN inference. Specifically, CDA-GNN proposes a chain-driven asynchronous execution approach into novel accelerator design to regularize the vertex state propagations for fewer redundant computations and off-chip communications and also designs a chain-aware data caching method to improve data locality for AGNN. We have implemented and evaluated CDA-GNN on a Xilinx Alveo U280 FPGA card. Compared with the cutting-edge software solutions (i.e., Dorylus and AMP) and hardware solutions (i.e., BlockGNN and FlowGNN), CDA-GNN improves the performance of AGNN inference by an average of 1,173x, 182.4x, 10.2x, and 7.9x and saves energy by 2,241x, 242.2x, 12.4x, and 8.9x, respectively. © 2024 Copyright is held by the owner/author(s). The utilization of multi-agent systems has been increasingly prevalent across various sectors, owing to their notable efficacy in execution. However, a multitude of hazards exist that possess the capability to undermine the integrity of the agent and pose a threat to the overall security of the system. Therefore, it is crucial to carefully evaluate and address security vulnerabilities during the process of creating Multi-Agent systems (MAS). This survey assesses different models that aim to guarantee the security of Multi-Agent systems (MAS). These models were developed based on principles related to the agents' functionality and communication. This study offers a comprehensive examination and categorization of the prevailing threats targeting Multi-Agent systems (MASs). Following this, we conduct a comprehensive analysis and assessment of diverse security strategies described in scholarly sources, classifying them into prevention, detection, and resiliency approaches based on their established credibility and reliability. In conclusion, we offer a suggestion for the optimal security approach to address particular types of threats, considering the most recent breakthroughs in the field of study. © 2023 IEEE.
