One of the most important jobs of a self-driving vehicle's visual system is to identify and categorize obstacles along the route. Cars need to be detected, categorized, localized, and linked across frames if they are to be tracked. With the low cost and high utility of visual information, vision-based technologies have gained popularity for this purpose. In this paper, we develop a deep learning-based motion tracking from high-speed video frames. The model is developed using deep convolutional neural network that makes it to be applicable for classification of objects in the video frames. The deep convolutional neural network classifies the obstacles present in the pathway and offers a better classification pattern than the conventional models. © 2023 IEEE.

Recent breakthroughs in the internet of Issues (IoT), computing through the cloud, and the use of AI have changed the standard healthcare system, making a case for smart health care. By combining key technologies including IoT and AI, there is a major improvement in medical services. The merging of IoT and AI offers multiple possibilities within the healthcare industry. This study piece presents a new artificial intelligence- and internet of things convergence-based framework for disease detection in smart health care systems, emphasizing especially on cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. The suggested model includes separate steps, including data collection, preparation, classification, and parameter modification. Utilizing Internet of Things devices like smartwatches along with sensors enables smooth collection of information, while AI methods harness this data for the detection of illnesses. The technique presents a new approach, applying to the Crowd Search Optimizer algorithm-based Flowed Long and Short-Term Memory (CSO-CLSTM) approach to disease detection. CSO is applied to improve both 'weights' while 'bias' factors of the CLSTM framework, while the isolation Fg (iForest) method is implemented to remove outliers. Through testing with health care information, the CSO-LSTM model got excellent accuracy ratings of 96.16% when 97.26% in identifying heart disease while diabetes, respectively. Consequently, the suggested CSO-LSTM model appears as a solid and reliable method of disease evaluation in digital healthcare systems, showing its potential for broad application. © 2024 IEEE.

The world population relies on agricultural plants for food, and illnesses reduce yield, but proper plant disease monitoring can help to resolve such issues. computer vision and machine learning methods can detect plant illnesses early, reducing their negative consequences and overcoming the drawbacks of continual human monitoring. After pre-processing of input images, the target region needs to be isolated. The proposed models analyzes images for detection and classification to identify edges, colors, and textures. This research has agricultural applications for early disease identification. This study examined ResNet, MobileNet, DenseNet, InceptionV3 and modified CNN model on the PlantVillage dataset to classify tomato illnesses. The F1 score, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity can evaluate models. This paper evaluates these models using a diverse collection of tomato leaf pictures, contributing to automated disease detection systems and may be helpful for improving farm management and sustainability.

In cognitive radio networks(CRNs),multiple secondary users may send out requests simultaneously and one secondary user may send out multiple requests at one time,i.e.,request arrivals usually show an aggregate ***,a secondary user packet waiting in the buffer may leave the system due to impatience before it is transmitted,and this impatient behavior inevitably has an impact on the system *** to investigate the influence of the aggregate behavior of requests and the likelihood of impatience on a dynamic spectrum allocation scheme in CRNs,in this paper a batch arrival queueing model with possible reneging and potential transmission interruption is *** constructing a Markov chain and presenting a transition rate matrix,the steady-state distribution of the queueing model along with a dynamic spectrum allocation scheme is derived to analyze the stochastic behavior of the ***,some important performance measures such as the loss rate,the balk rate and the average delay of secondary user packets are ***,system experiments are carried out to show the change trends of the performance measures with respect to batch arrival rates of secondary user packets for different impatience parameters,different batch sizes of secondary user packets,and different arrival rates of primary user ***,a pricing policy for secondary users is presented and the dynamic spectrum allocation scheme is socially optimized.

A wide range of disparate variety of heterogeneous and even disparate data sources has been integrated into the computer science research principles through the assistance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) delivering excellent results in accuracy and data quality. Even so, taking machine learning approaches to very broad and dynamic datasets is both logistically and computationally costly. Some people are generating so much data regularly, which means that advanced analytics platforms have greater importance than ever before. Spark Machine Learning has extensive capabilities for a variety of ML activities such as regression, grouping, dimension reduction, and extraction of rules. While it has numerous datasets of high quality and consistency of structure. The specification of the MapReduce programming model was intended for the massive density of large-volume computation. It accomplishes this by splitting the job into several well-defined sub-sized units. There are various sets of data mining frameworks that link to a distributed device. Hadoop serves as the infrastructure for the distributed system. Several resources claim that Mahout will scale to handle massive datasets. This article discusses and demonstrates the use of algorithms and their significant impact on Bigdata, as well as a comparison between their implementations among Apache Spark and Apache Mahout. © 2022 IEEE.

The personalized suggestions using the intelligent methods are becoming promising ways to change eating habits to-ward more desirable diets. This has necessitated the requirements of intelligent food recommender system (FRS). This paper has designed a FRS using the Fuzzy Inference system (FIS) to suggest the food preference (FP). This is achieved using the different system blocks such as Rule Base, Database, Decision-making Unit, Fuzzification Interface Unit (FIU), and Defuzzification Interface Unit (DIU). The FP is decided by processing the input variables such as Age, Income and Calorific values. This is achieved with an accuracy of higher than 95%. Efficacy of proposed FRS is established by comparing the performance with the rule based FRS reported in literature. Study is performed using the coding environment of MATLAB. © 2023 IEEE.

Quickloop: An Efficient, Fpga-Accelerated Exploration of Parameterized Dnn Accelerators

FPGAs facilitate prototyping and debug, and recently accelerate full-stack simulations due to their rapid turnaround time (TAT). However, this TAT is restrictive in exhaustive design space explorations of parameterized RTL generators, especially DNN accelerators that unleash an explosive full-stack search space. This paper presents Quickloop, an efficient and scalable framework to enable FPGA-accelerated *** first abstracts away the cumbersome flow of RTL generation, software stack, FPGA toolflow, workload execution and metrics extraction by wrapping these stages into isolated Quicksteps, featuring cascadability, scalability, and replay. Then, we analytically minimize the FPGA toolflow TAT via a novel, data-driven strategy that intelligently utilizes build fragments from previous iterations, enhancing the loop efficiency and simultaneously lowering the toolflow's compute utilization. Quickloop is built around the OpenAI Gym environment framework and thus supports drop-in regression and reinforcement learning explorations. With a Quickloop around a reference Berkeley's Gemmini DNN accelerator, we exhaustively explore its parameter space and discover complex performance patterns, based on full-stack simulation of Imagenet benchmarks as a workload. Compared to conventional FPGA toolflow, we further show that Quickloop effectively reduces episodal time by above 30\%, as the episode approaches realistic lengths. © 2024, The Authors. There are a lot of technologies have been implemented in the modern cars these days, ranging from preventive braking system to driving assistance. It is believe that equipping car with modern technology would enhance safety. However, there are other aspects need to be considered in safety driving, that is human factor. Human factors are believed have high contribution in road accidents. Human factors such as emotional control and distraction may leads to dangerous driving behaviours. This study investigates the driver pose distraction. The distracted driver pose detected through pose detection using landmark feature extraction. The dataset used in this study is State Farm Distracted Driving Detection which is a secondary dataset. The extracted driver pose are in numeric form and used as the input for the classification model to detect ten kinds of driving distraction ranging from safety driving to talking to passenger. Four classifiers used to detect distracted driver are CatBoost, Decision Tress, Random Forest and SVM. The model performance evaluated using Precision, Recall, Accuracy, and F1-score. Furthermore, prediction time recorded to determine the best model to detect driver distraction. The results shows that CatBoost model outperformed all other model with F1-score and prediction time of 0.899 and 0.014 second. Random Forest model performance is the second highest compared to four other with F1-score and prediction time of 0.881 and 0.028 seconds. CatBoost model is the best model even though Cat Boost model execution time is not the highest and the model performance is not significantly different compared to Random Forest. © 2023 IEEE.

Accurate traffic flow forecasting is crucial for managing and planning urban transportation systems. Despite the widespread use of sequence modelling models like Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) for this purpose, the potential of Transformer models remains underexplored. This is particularly true for the simplest form of a single block encoder-decoder Transformer model, which can be finely tuned through optimised hyperparameters. This paper examines the performance of a singular horizon-step forecasting method for multi-step traffic flow forecasting using a proposed Single Block Encoder-Decoder Transformer model optimised with a Grid Search algorithm. Results demonstrate that this model can enhance forecasting accuracy compared to the state-of-the-art LSTM model typically used for multi-step forecasting. The model effectively captures long-range temporal dependencies within a single road traffic flow dataset. It was tested on hourly traffic flow data to forecast the next 24 hours for the I5-North freeway in California, sourced from the Caltrans Performance Measurement system. The optimal configuration included an embedding dimension of 32, a feed-forward dimension of 128, and 8 attention heads. Results show a significant improvement, with a 4.7% reduction in Root Mean Squared Error compared to an LSTM model with two hidden layers of 100 neurons each, showcasing the potential of Single Block Encoder-Decoder Transformer models for real-world traffic prediction applications. © 2024 IEEE.
