Domain adaptation techniques help models generalize to target domains by addressing domain discrepancies between the source and target domain data distributions. These techniques are particularly valuable for cross-domain hashing retrieval, as they reduce training costs while maintaining high retrieval efficiency. However, existing unsupervised domain adaptative hashing methods often require access to both source and target domain data, which may raise privacy concerns regarding source domain data. To address these concerns, restricting access to source domain data is crucial, but this restriction also makes the alignment process between domains more challenging. In this paper, we propose a Source-free Domain Adaptive Hashing with Multiple Alignment (SFDAH-MA) approach for image retrieval. SFDAH-MA integrates model structure alignment, class moment alignment, and semantic relationship alignment to maximize inter-domain knowledge transfer. This comprehensive alignment strategy not only enhances retrieval performance across domains but also minimizes reliance on source domain data, thereby supporting data privacy protection. Extensive experiments show that SFDAH-MA achieves state-of-the-art performance in source-free settings and achieves comparable results to existing unsupervised domain adaptive hashing methods under conventional settings. Due to its efficiency and versatility, the preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm has long been a staple in the realm of iterative linear system solvers. In this paper, we proposed an optimized preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm tailored for the SW26010-Pro manycore processor, The main work includes: Optimizing data block sizes based on the processor's storage structure;combining thread-level and data-level parallelism, utilizing manual SIMD to improve efficiency;optimizing the memory access pattern by employing direct memory access and overlapping of computation and communication;employing a shared-memory approach to store long vectors across all cores. Furthermore, we design an accelerated algorithm for reduction operations, to avoid data communication. Experimental results show that the hcaPCG yields up to 28.1× speedups on average compared to the original implementation. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper introduces a system for the classification and decomposition of electrical loads, addressing the shortcomings of current non-intrusive load decomposition methods that are prone to errors. We propose a method that first classifies electrical loads and then performs decomposition, along with the corresponding system workflow. Initially, we collect household electricity consumption data using a proprietary load collection device developed by the company, constructing an electrical load dataset. Subsequently, we train classification and decomposition methods using this dataset, conducting comparative experiments with various methods to select the most effective one. Based on the trained electrical load classification and decomposition models, we develop an electrical load inference program. The key implementation lies in applying the electrical load classification and decomposition inference program to edge devices. Leveraging the cloud server hosting a backend web service for the mobile app, we interact with users through the app, achieving precise decomposition and monitoring of electrical loads. Integrating edge computing and cloud computing, coupled with a mobile app serving as the interaction platform, this paper presents a high-precision, simplified, and highly scalable solution for electrical load analysis and management. In experimental comparisons, we find that using the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) method from deep learning and the Sequence-to-Point Neural Network (Seq2point) method outperform other methods in classification and decomposition, significantly improving the accuracy of electrical load classification. Therefore, we select the GRU method and Seq2Point method as the core techniques for the electrical load classification and decomposition system. Along with the development of smart energy, we take typical integrated energy systems (IES) into research considering various coupling modes and constraints, building a model of the IES for combined cooling, heating and power system, and propose the using of gas micro-turbine as a power supply. On this basis, the three dimension particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to conduct operational and management research in one typical day, which provides a reference for the economic and low-carbon planning and operation of the IES, moreover demonstrates the superiority and effectiveness of the integrated energy systems compared to the traditional discrete energy systems. Furthermore, the paper gives the effective steps of allocation and optimization methods and vision of integrated energy systems. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid development of information technology, a large number of vehicles and roadside units can be communicated through vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET). The information collected by vehicles can be shared with other entities such as vehicles and traffic management department to improve traffic condition. In order to facilitate the storage of massive data, it is a better way to maintain data at clouds, and allow some supervisors to audit data integrity. This paper introduces a secure cloud storage scheme with designated supervisor (SODS) on bilinear groups, which allows vehicles to upload the collected data to clouds, and only the designated supervisor to verify data integrity before using these data. security and performance analyses demonstrate that the proposed scheme is secure and efficient. © 2022 IEEE.

This study details an astrometric observation campaign of the Near-Earth Asteroid 1998 HH49,conducted with the aim of refining our understanding of its physical *** the 50 cm telescope located at the Wumingshan Mountain in Daocheng,Sichuan,images were obtained over four nights,from 2023 October 19 to October *** observations were processed using Astrometrica software,facilitating the precise determination of the asteroid's *** observational results were compared with the ephemerides from three distinct sources to verify accuracy:the Jet Propulsion laboratory(JPL)Horizons system,the Institut de Mécanique Céleste et de Calcul deséphémérides(IMCCE)Miriade,and the Near-Earth Objects Dynamic Site(NEODyS-2).When compared with the JPL ephemeris,a mean observed-minus-calculated(O-C)result of 0.″07 in the *** and-0.″35 in the *** was ***,the comparison with the IMCCE ephemeris yielded mean O-C results of 0.″08 in the *** and-0.″06 in the *** comparison with the NEODyS-2 ephemeris yielded the mean O-C results of 0.″06 in ***-0.″49 in *** study's findings demonstrate a general consistency between the observed data and the ephemeris predictions,with minor discrepancies observed across the data ***,both the JPL and NEODyS-2 ephemerides show that the residuals in the *** exceed those in the *** disparities may result from atmospheric differential color refraction,ephemeris discrepancies,observational errors,and other ***,it is worth noting that further investigation is required due to the potential influence of additional ***,the Daocheng 50 cm Telescope exhibits the ability to conduct high-precision positional measurements.

Deep Learning (DL) technologies have been widely adopted to tackle various tasks. In this process, through software dependencies, a multi-layer DL supply chain (SC) is formed, with DL frameworks acting as the root, DL packages acting as the bridge nodes, and downstream DL projects acting as the periphery. However, most Open Source Software (OSS) projects may fail. Considering the crucial position of DL packages in the DL SC, to foster the sustainable development of DL SCs and DL packages, we aim to forecast the long-term sustainability of DL packages. Here, sustained activity is adopted as the main proxy of sustainability, and the sustainability status is classified as 'sus-tainable' or 'dormant'. Relatedly, a DL package is considered as 'sustainable' if it has sustained activity in its last 12 months. Otherwise, it is deemed as 'dormant'. To this end, we propose an approach that begins with obtaining longitudinal features for each DL package in each month. Then, we develop a model to forecast the sustainability of DL packages by incorporating the longitudinal features, which can aptly predict sustainability with an accuracy of up to 0.81. Subsequently, an interpretable module is developed to interpret the determinants (i.e., important features) that impact the sustainability of DL packages. Finally, we generate sustainability trajectories for each DL package to better understand the monthly changes of their sustainability status. Our findings uncover that for most DL packages, fewer but more centralized developers and a balanced collaboration are more likely to help sustain the DL packages. Furthermore, although some DL packages are sustainable, their sustainability trajectories present statistically decreasing trends over time. Based on the findings, we shed light on the dynamic sustainability of DL packages, highlight future research directions, and provide practical suggestions to DL package maintainers, developers, users, and software engineering researchers. ©

Human–robot interface(HRI)electronics are critical for realizing robotic ***,we report graphene-based dual-function acoustic transducers for machine learning-assisted human–robot interfaces(GHRI).The GHRI functions both an artificial ear through the triboelectric acoustic sensing mechanism and an artificial mouth through the thermoacoustic sound emission *** success of the integrated device is also attributed to the multifunctional laser-induced graphene,as either triboelectric materials,electrodes,or thermoacoustic *** systematically optimizing the structure parameters,the GHRI achieves high sensitivity(4500 mV Pa^(–1))and operating durability(1000000 cycles and 60 days),capable of recognizing speech identities,emotions,content,and other information in the human *** the assistance of machine learning,30 speech categories are trained by a convolutional neural network,and the accuracy reaches 99.66%and 96.63%in training datasets and test ***,GHRI is used for artificial intelligence communication based on recognized speech *** work shows broad prospects for the development of robotic intelligence.
