In response to the issues within the traditional teaching evaluation system for comprehensive practical courses, this study constructed a comprehensive teaching evaluation system based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept. Subsequently, the study introduced the Random Forest algorithm to conduct an in-depth analysis of the weightings of various indicators within the existing evaluation system. Leveraging the relative importance provided by the Random Forest method, it precisely optimized the weights assigned to the four key components. Ultimately, a rational evaluation system was successfully established, capable of accurately assessing students' learning outcomes and practical abilities in the comprehensive practical course, ensuring the accuracy and fairness of the evaluation. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of comprehensive practice courses in mechatronic engineering, guided by the results of the professional certification of engineering education, relying on the provincial higher education teaching reform project, and based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) engineering education, systematically carry out the teaching reform of comprehensive practice courses in mechatronic engineering. Through the close connection between teaching projects and engineering applications and disciplinary competitions, this paper has constructed an OBE teaching mode of "comprehensive practice"courses oriented to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability, with a multi-level and diversified teaching evaluation system, to cultivate students' ability to comprehensively utilize their knowledge, their engineering practice ability, and their sense of innovation to meet the new requirements of "New Engineering"and "Made in China 2025"for the electromechanical engineering majors and to promote the quality of talent cultivation of Mechatronics Engineering majors. © 2023 ACM.

The principle and application of single-chip microcomputer is a strong theoretical and practical course. By the analysis on traditional teaching mode of principle and application of single-chip microcomputer, the current problems existing in the single-chip microcomputer teaching process is obtained. The current teaching methods are unfavorable to the cultivation of learner's personality and innovative talents. Flipped classroom can transform the students' passive learning to active learning, so it is completely necessary and urgent that flipped classroom method apply and practice in the teaching process of principle and application of single-chip microcomputer. Two different types flipped classroom teaching model of the single-chip microcomputer based on teaching mode of the single-chip microcomputer based on micro-lesson is designed. The teaching mode design of the single-chip microcomputer based on flipped classroom is realized. Some achievements are obtained. Application of flipped classroom teaching method in the single-chip microcomputer course plays a key role for improving engineering students' practical operation and technical innovation ability. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to the problems of poor scalability, difficult experimental evaluation, and the lack of teaching data analysis and collaborative sharing in traditional experimental teaching platforms, this paper designs an interactive and scalable intelligent experimental teaching auxiliary platform BERTDS based on deep learning algorithms and computer technology. The platform provides a wide range of functions, such as the release of experimental resources, online Q&A, cloud storage sharing, automatic evaluation, similarity detection, evaluation and assignment management, etc. This paper first introduces the design idea and overall architecture of the experimental platform based on the deep learning BERT framework;then expounds the design of the organization module and automated evaluation engine that support a variety of experimental schemes and the distributed deployment scheme of the server;finally, through the actual application data analysis and user Research feedback to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the platform. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Predicting the shelf life of Trachinotus ovatus during frozen storage using a back propagation(BP)neural network model

The research aimed to create a shelf life prediction model for Trachinotus ovatus in different freezing temperatures by using back propagation(BP)neural network *** pH,total volatile basic nitrogen(TVB-N),thiobarbituric acid(TBA),water retention(water holding capacity[WHC];cooking loss),and sensory evaluation were measured under 266 K,255 K,243 K,233 K,and 218 K *** results of TVB-N and water retention during 266 K,255 K,233 K,and 218 K conditions were selected to build a BP neural network model and verify the model at 243 *** indicated that low temperatures retarded the rise of pH,TVB-N,and TBA values,improving water retention capacity of Trachinotus *** BP neural network model had high regression coefficients(r2:0.8642-0.9904),low mean square error(MES:0.1658-1.7882),and relative error within 10%and could accurately predict the quality change of Trachinotus ovatus under the freezing temperatures of 266 K-218 ***,(BP)neural network model has great potential in predicting the shelf life of Trachinotus ovatus in frozen storage.

Clustering by fast search and find of density peaks (DPC) is a new kind of clustering algorithm based on density and distance, which can obtain arbitrary shape of the clusters efficiently. It chooses the cluster centers based on the high value of density and distance. However, in the process of calculating density and distance, the wrong selection of cutoff distance will lead to the clustering performance because initial cluster centers are not selected correctly. In addition, the allocation strategy of one-step is not robust and easy to cause subsequent assignment errors. To overcome these defects, the density peak algorithm based on K-nearest neighbors with pre-screening strategy (PADPC) is proposed in this paper which can effectively increase the robustness of the original algorithm and achieve better experimental results. Experiments on classic datasets show the proposed clustering algorithm outperforms other competitive clustering algorithm greatly. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

With the development of neural network, the method based on neural network is widely used in affective analysis. This model can get better results than the traditional machine-based learning method. However, it ignores a large number of existing emotional knowledge, such as emotional lexicon. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes a features construction method based on emotional lexicon, and incorporates features into Bi-LSTM. Early-life galacto-oligosaccharides supplementation alleviates the small intestinal oxidative stress and dysfunction of lipopolysaccharide-challenged suckling piglets

Background:Galacto-oligosaccharides(GOS)are non-digestible food ingredients that promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the *** study investigated the protective effect of the early-life GOS supplement on the piglets’gut function against the oxidative stress induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-***:Eighteen neonatal piglets were assigned to three groups including CON,LPS and LPS+GOS *** piglets in CON group and LPS group received physiological saline,while those in LPS+GOS group received GOS solution for 13 d after *** d 14,the piglets in LPS group and LPS+GOS group were injected with LPS solutions,while the piglets in CON group were injected with the same volume of physiological ***:The results showed that the early-life GOS supplement blocked the LPS-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)secretion,malondialdehyde(MDA)production and the increase of pro-apoptotic factor ***,the early-life GOS supplement improved the activities of antioxidant enzymes,disaccharidase enzymes activities,and digestive enzymes activities,and increased the mRNA abundance of the gene related to nutrient digestion and absorption and the relative protein expression of tight *** study also showed that the early-life GOS supplement improved the expression of Hemeoxygenase-1(HO-1)and NAD(P)H/quinone acceptor oxidoreductase-1(NQO-1),and activated the AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK).Conclusions:These results suggested that GOS enhanced the gut function,reduced the ROS production and proapoptotic factors gene expression,and activated the AMPK signaling pathway in LPS-challenged piglets.
