The principle and application of single-chip microcomputer is a strong theoretical and practical course. By the analysis on traditional teaching mode of principle and application of single-chip microcomputer, the current problems existing in the single-chip microcomputer teaching process is obtained. The current teaching methods are unfavorable to the cultivation of learner's personality and innovative talents. Flipped classroom can transform the students' passive learning to active learning, so it is completely necessary and urgent that flipped classroom method apply and practice in the teaching process of principle and application of single-chip microcomputer. Two different types flipped classroom teaching model of the single-chip microcomputer based on teaching mode of the single-chip microcomputer based on micro-lesson is designed. The teaching mode design of the single-chip microcomputer based on flipped classroom is realized. Some achievements are obtained. Application of flipped classroom teaching method in the single-chip microcomputer course plays a key role for improving engineering students' practical operation and technical innovation ability. © 2024 IEEE.

Background High-grain(HG)diets affect lipid metabolism in the liver and mammary tissue of dairy cows,but its effects on muscle and adipose tissue have not been wide ***,the aim of this study is to clarify this *** Twelve Holstein cows were randomly divided into two groups:conventional diet group(CON,n=6)and the HG diet group(n=6).On day 7 of week 4,rumen fluid was sampled to measure pH,milk was sampled to meas-ure components,and blood was sampled to measure biochemical parameters and fatty acid *** the experiment,cows were slaughtered to collect muscle and adipose tissue for fatty acid composition and transcriptome *** HG feeding decreased the ruminal pH,milk’s fat content and long-chain fatty acid proportion(P<0.05)and increased the proportion of short-and medium-chain fatty acids in the milk(P<0.05)as compared with CON *** concentrations of blood cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the HG cows were lower than those in CON cows(P<0.05).In muscle tissue,HG feeding tended to increase the triacylglycerol(TG)concentration(P<0.10).Transcriptome analysis revealed changes in the biosynthesis of the unsaturated fatty acids pathway,the regulation of lipolysis in the adipocytes pathway,and the PPAR signalling *** adipose tissue,HG feeding increased the concentration of TG and decreased the concentration of C18:1 cis9(P<0.05).At the transcrip-tome level,the fatty acid biosynthesis pathway,linoleic acid metabolism pathway,and PPAR signalling pathway were *** HG feeding leads to subacute rumen acidosis and a decreased milk fat *** fatty acid profiles in the milk and plasma of dairy cows were changed by HG *** muscle and adipose tissue,HG feeding increased TG concentration and up-regulated the expression of genes related to adipogenesis,while down-regulated the expression of genes related to lipid *** results complement our knowledge of the

The practical teaching for the majors of rail transit in colleges and universities involves a large number of high-cost, high-consumption, large-scale or comprehensive training. It will often encounter high-risk or extreme environment, inaccessible or irreversible operation, which seriously affects the cultivation of students professional engineering ability. In this paper, a practical teaching system based on virtual simulation technology is constructed for rail transit specialty. The system integrates the professional advantages and practical platform in the university, develops virtual simulation experimental teaching resources and practical teaching cases, and enables students to carry out "independent, cooperative and inquiry" learning in an open, safe, realistic and interactive virtual environment. This system will enhance students professional engineering practice ability and innovation ability, promote the training level of rail transit professionals and the overall quality of students. Unsupervised distributed novelty detection on scientific simulation data

Novelty detection has recently become an important problem in scientific data mining applications. Very often, the large scale simulation data set from which novel events have to be found are located at multiple local machines and cannot be merged due to communication overhead and computation inefficient. In this paper, a novel general framework for distributed novelty detection on simulation mesh data is proposed. The proposed method consists of three steps: (i) building local models from all distributed local machines using unsupervised novelty detection methods, (ii) evaluating local models' quality, and (iii) sharing all local rare events and local models' results and considering both quality and diversity of unsupervised models to detect novel events in a global view. Experiment performed on the LARED-P dataset which simulate the interaction between laser and plasma has shown the proposed method achieved comparable or even slightly better performance than the global novelty detection algorithm applied on the dataset obtained when all distributed datasets were merged. Proteomic identification of ruminal epithelial protein expression profiles in response to starter feed supplementation in pre-weaned lambs

The pre sent study aimed to comparatively characterize the ruminal epithelial protein expression profiles in lambs fed ewe milk or milk plus starter diet using proteome *** new-born lambs were randomly divided into a group receiving ewe milk(M,n=10)and a group receiving milk plus starter diet(M+S,n=10).From 10 d old,M group lambs remained with the ewe and suckled ewe milk without receiving the starter *** lambs in the M+S group were separated from the ewe and received starter *** lambs were slaughtered at 56 d *** rumen epithelia samples(4 per group)were collected to characterize their protein expression profiles using proteomic *** analysis showed that 31 upregulated proteins and 40 downregulated proteins were identified in the rumen epithelium of lambs in response to starter diet *** results showed that starter feeding regulates a variety of biological processes in the epithelium,especially blood vessel development and extracellular matrix protein ***,the expression of proteins associated with synthesis and degradation of ketone bodies,butanoate metabolism,and citrate cycle signaling transduction pathway were upregulated in the group with starter diet supplementation,including 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A synthase(HMGCS2,fold change[FC]=1.93),3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase 1(BDH1,FC=1.91),and isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1,FC=8.12).The metabolic processes associated with ammonia detoxification and antioxidant stress were also affected by starter diet supplementation,with proteins,microsomal glutathione S-transferase 3(MGST3,FC=2.37)and IDH1,linked to the biosynthesis of glutamate and glutathione metabolism pathway being upregulated in the group with starter diet *** addition,starter feeding decreased the expression of Rasrelated protein rap-1 A(RAP1 A,FC=0.48)enriched in Rap1 signaling pathway,Ras signaling pathway,cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)signaling pa

Objectives:The nutrient rich sea bass is prone to oxidation of lipid and protein during *** and Methods:The research was to investigate the effect of different concentrations of Melissa officinalis *** oil(MOEO)nanoemulsions on myofibrillar protein(MP)and lipid oxidation in sea bass(Lateolabrax japonicus)during refrigeration at 4°***:The results of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and mitochondrial membrane potential showed that carboxymethyl chitosan/locust bean gum active coating solutions incorporating 2%MOEO nanoemulsions(C/L-2M)was the most effective in inhibiting lipid oxidation that occurred in sea bass under attack by reactive oxygen ***-field nuclear magnetic resonance results showed that C/L-2M maximally slowed the conversion of bound water to free water during *** oxidation of lipids and MP disrupted the secondary and tertiary conformations of MP and accelerated protein aggregation and ***:C/L-2M slowed the oxidation of lipids and proteins by inhibiting the oxidation of reactive oxygen species.C/L-2M is a very promising preservative emulsion for the preservation of sea bass.

Low-temperature storage is extensively used to optimize the postharvest life of various fresh ***,red pitahaya(Hylocereus polyrhizus)fruits are sensitive to chilling injury(CI),which leads to the limitation of low-temperature *** this study,red pitahaya fruits were stored at 2,4,6,8,and 10℃,respectively,for 27 days to determine the appropriate storage *** the storage of red pitahaya fruits,storage at 8℃ was more effective in suppressing decay and maintaining quality than other low ***(2,4,and 6℃)storage decreased weight loss(WL)and maintained higher content of titratable acidity(TA),soluble sugars(SS),and total phenolics(TP)but different degrees of CI were *** CI was observed at 8℃ and 10℃.Red pitahay as stored at 8 and 10℃ were associated with better color evaluation,lower electrolyte leakage(EL),respiration rate,and lipoxygenase(LOX)activity,and higher fruit firmness,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,and catalase(CAT)***,higher storage temperature(10℃)resulted in higher metabolic activity leading to lower quality and antioxidant capacities compared with 8℃.Therefore,our results demonstrated that red pitahaya stored at 8℃ exhibited a protective effect on fruit quality and resisted CI development during storage.

Numerical simulations were used to investigate the distribution of the internal pressure, velocity, and temperature fields in the vortex tube (VOTU) at inlet pressures of 1-4 MPa to reveal the causes of temperature separation. A three-dimensional model with a nozzle flow channel number of 5 was drawn, and the simulation was performed in Fluent 19.0 with CO2 as the working fluid. The simulation results show that when the inlet pressure of the VOTU is greater than 2 MPa, the temperature separation between the hot and cold air streams of the VOTU gradually increases with the increase of the inlet pressure. The maximum temperature is 285 K and the minimum temperature is 257 K at an inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa, and the maximum temperature is 319 K and the minimum temperature is 243 K at an inlet pressure of 4.0 MPa. As the inlet pressure increases, the temperature difference inside the VOTU will also increase. In the high-pressure condition, the wall thickness and sealing degree of the VOTU design should be increased accordingly, while the inner wall side of the VOTU needs to use wear-resistant materials to delay the long-term scouring of the VOTU caused by high-speed airflow. The results of the study have certain guiding significance for the design and manufacture of VOTUs. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.
