The rapid growth in the smart era of Internet of Things (IoT) relies on the various applications that lead to the design wide range of routing protocols utilizing Machine learning techniques. Third party interference in the open network to perform malicious activities by using location information of the node is high. Many researchers have designed a wide range of protocols to improve security and energy efficiency but the dynamic nature of the Internet of Things suppressed the performance of those algorithms. This may lead to data drop, node death, delay, less network lifetime, and increased third party malicious activities. In this paper, a novel routing mechanism is developed to preserve source location privacy and prevent adversaries from doing backtracking attacks and traffic analysis for energy preservation. The proposed model consists of two key functions Node/Network Condition based Dynamic Phantom Node selection (NCDPNS) and Ant colony optimization Algorithm Aided Multi-Path based Routing (ACOMPR). Here, NCDPNS selects the phantom node based on the node/network conditions like node availability, link availability, node energy level, distance from other nodes in the network, and number of neighboring hops to preserve the location privacy. ACOMPR selects the path based on the ant colony optimization algorithm to choose more than one path for data transmission with very less common resources shared among multiple paths between the source and destination for energy efficient data transmission. The proposed mechanism is achieving the source location privacy at the first stage and energy efficient routing at the second stage. The proposed mechanism is implemented using a Network Simulator-2 (NS2) simulator with predefined network parameters. The results depict that it achieves high throughput, less delay, increased network lifetime, and low energy dissipation for data transmission by preserving the location of the node. Aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) also known as phrase level, is a specific level of sentiment analysis task which tries to find the polarity of various aspects of an entity. It identifies aspects with in the given opinion and predicts the polarity corresponding to each aspect with in the text. In this research work, we proposed an aspect-based sentiment analysis for hotel services in Afaan Oromo texts using deep learning approach. Implementing this technique for hotel industries will have many significances. Tracking users’ opinions on the services they provide will help the organization understand their value in a competitive environment and to understand their customer opinion about the services. As there is no publicly available dataset used for this task, we have prepared an aspect-based sentiment analysis dataset from scratch by manually collecting the opinions from hotel customers by distributing a questionnaire. We have collected 1155 datasets for this research work through manually distributed questionnaires. The proposed solution has four steps: manual data collection, preprocessing, aspect category classification, and sentiment polarity classification. The classification process compares five deep learning models, CNN, LSTM, GRU, BiLSTM, and CNN-BiLSTM. In aspect category classification, we have six categories of aspects: Nyaata (Food), Dhugaatii (Drink), Bakka (Location), Gatii (Price), Keessummeessu (Reception), and Ciisicha (Room). In sentiment polarity classification, the polarity of each aspects is classified into either Negative or Positive classes. The result shows that the BiLSTM performed better than all the other models in both aspect category classification and sentiment polarity classification tasks. The BiLSTM model achieved an accuracy of 93.4% and an F1 score of 93% in the aspect category classification tasks. The issue of brightness in strong ambient light conditions is one of the critical obstacles restricting the application of augmented reality(AR)and mixed reality(MR).Gallium nitride(GaN)-based micro-LEDs,renowned for their exceptional brightness and stability,are considered the foremost contenders for AR ***,conventional heteroepitaxial growth micro-LED devices confront formidable challenges,including substantial wavelength shifts and efficiency *** this paper,we firstly demonstrated the high-quality homoepitaxial GaN-on-GaN micro-LEDs microdisplay,and thoroughly analyzed the possible benefits for free-standing GaN substrate from the material-level characterization to device optoelectronic properties and microdisplay application compared with sapphire *** GaN-on-GaN structure exhibits a superior crystal quality with ultra-low threading dislocation densities(TDDs)of~105 cm^(-2),which is three orders of magnitude lower than that of *** an in-depth size-dependent optoelectronic analysis of blue/green emission GaN-on-GaN/Sapphire micro-LEDs from 100×100 shrink to 3×3μm^2),real that a lower forward voltage and series resistance,a consistent emission wavelength(1.21 nm for blue and 4.79 nm for green@500 A/cm2),coupled with a notable reduction in efficiency droop ratios(15.6%for blue and 28.5%for green@500 A/cm^(2))and expanded color gamut(103.57%over Rec.2020)within GaN-on-GaN 10μm *** but not least,the GaN-on-GaN micro-display with 3000 pixels per inch(PPI)showcased enhanced display uniformity and higher luminance in comparison to its GaN-on-Sapphire counterpart,demonstrating significant potentials for high-brightness AR/MR applications under strong ambient light.
