This research is aimed to develop and evaluate an Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) system called WorkEv to assist in monitoring and improving employee's performance. The application was developed based on Website using Django and Bootstrap framework. The evaluation process was conducted using Delphi method. Based on the results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) with the Delphi method, the WorkEv application can be accepted by the target user because the design and development results meet the expectations of the target user's needs, namely easy-to-use navigation and control, simple and clear User Interface (UI) design, and the existing functions and features are effective in helping small to medium scale businesses/businesses in performing human resource management (HR).

Supercapacitors are known for longer cycle life and faster charging rate compared to batteries. However, the energy density of supercapacitors requires improvement to expand their application space. To raise the energy density of redox supercapacitors, this work demonstrates electro-polymerization on both sides of electrodes to increase material loading, reduce overall device mass, and consequently increase the capacitance, power, and energy density of supercapacitors. We achieved an energy density of 1823 mWh kg-1 and a power density of 16.5 W kg-1 with a wide potential window of 3 V. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the authors investigate the current state of the lighting design and control sector in Thailand’s creative industry. The government aims to promote the creative industry as a key source of income, but there needs more skilled professionals in the industry. The authors have found that successful cases have used the Internet for remote controlling in the creative industry in other countries. Therefore, the paper will explore the potential of using technology to improve professional efficiency and assess the feasibility of implementing remote lighting control systems via the Internet with Thai lighting designers and lighting console operators. Data will be collected through qualitative in-depth interviews and quantitative surveys. The results have shown a promising acceptance rate of wireless devices for lighting control due to their mobility, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and positive attitudes toward adopting Internet technology. The authors have also proposed a concept design for an internet-based control system tailored to Thai users, focusing on simplicity, ease of connection, and user-friendliness to accommodate those with limited network configuration knowledge. The proposed system aims to reduce professionals, save time, and increase convenience, leveraging Thailand’s extensive wireless internet coverage. These systems could significantly benefit Thailand’s creative industry by addressing the shortage of skilled professionals and improving efficiency.

A great number of deep learning-based models have been recently proposed for automatic piano classification. In this paper, we describe our contribution to the challenge of automatic piano classification when the performer performs at the concert or stage. Among these models in deep learning, we use init-1D-WaveNet and init-2D-MLNet for comparison the accuracy in the piano beginning level of the Christmas song (Jingle bells). Our experimental results show that the assessment using the init-2D-MLNet still achieve high accuracy of 87.5%.

In the intricate domain of software systems verification, dynamically model checking multifaceted system characteristics remains paramount, yet challenging. This research proposes the advanced observe-based statistical model-checking (OSM) framework, devised to craft executable formal models directly from foundational system code. Leveraging model checking predicates, the framework melds seamlessly with aspect-oriented programming paradigms, yielding a potent method for the analytical verification of varied behavioral attributes. Exploiting the transformative capacity of OSM framework, primary system code undergoes a systematic metamorphosis into multifaceted analysis constructs. This not only simplifies the model verification process but also orchestrates feature interactions using an innovative observing join point abstraction mechanism. Within this framework, components encompassing parsing, formal verification, computational analytics, and rigorous validation are intrinsically interwoven. Marrying the principles of model checking with aspect-oriented (AO) modularization, OSM framework stands as a paragon, proficiently scrutinizing and affirming system specifications. This ensures the unyielding performance of electronic health record systems amidst shifting preconditions. OSM framework offers runtime verification of both object-oriented and AO deployments, positioning itself as an indispensable open-source resource, poised to automate the enhancement of system performance and scalability. In this article we consider the estimation of static parameters for partially observed diffusion process with discrete-time observations over a fixed time interval. In particular, we assume that one must time-discretize the partially observed diffusion process and work with the model with bias and consider maximizing the resulting log-likelihood. Using a novel double randomization scheme, based upon Markovian stochastic approximation we develop a new method to unbiasedly estimate the static parameters, that is, to obtain the maximum likelihood estimator with no time discretization bias. Universities can employ information technology as one means of achieving their goals and objectives. Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology.

AI-powered solutions are increasingly woven into the fabric of children's digital worlds. They're found in interactive toys, home automation systems, everyday apps, and various online services that young users engage with. As we look ahead, it's almost certain that the prevalence of AI in tools and platforms designed for kids will grow, given AI's ability to offer rich, tailored, and dynamic experiences. However, the nuances of how these AI-centric platforms cater to children and how they can be optimized to meet the unique needs of younger users remain largely underexplored. Building on the momentum from our inaugural CCAI workshop at CHI 2023, our aspirations for this year's workshop include: (1) deepening the discourse on the essence of AI that prioritizes children, (2) focusing on actionable ethical strategies to operationalise child-centered AI design principles into practice, and (3) cultivating an ever-growing collective of professionals passionate about the future of child-focused AI innovations. © 2024 Owner/Author.

The healthcare industry uses AI, because it is more efficient. In Indonesia, the accuracy of measurements and transmission of children's growth and development is often wrong. Many small hospitals usually don't have length measuring equipment, so the results are inaccurate. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the stunting prevention program in Indonesia using an information system. The methodology used is a qualitative method, to conduct subjective research and analysis. The results of the research are to improve the website/mobile application information system which can display a child's growth and development history and simple educational information related to nutrition. Digital recording methods can speed up the process of updating data with a central database in real time. The value of this research is to reach the public to utilize technology and obtain personalized and interactive information directly to individuals. The theoretical implications of this research focus on information dissemination and understanding how chatbots influence knowledge acquisition and behavior change in the context of stunting prevention can contribute to advancing these theories in the field of public health. Managerial implications can provide cost effectiveness as Chatbots offer potentially cost-effective solutions and data-driven insights where managers can leverage chatbot analytics. © 2024 IEEE.
