Public-key infrastructure (PKI) is poised to play a crucial function in the use of secure data technology systems. The prominence of social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram have given rise to Cyber crime, notably in the form of Cyber bullying. This unique manifestation of harassment involves individuals exploiting social networks to engage in harmful behaviors such as posting toxic comments or sharing embarrassing content, often causing severe reputation damage to victims, particularly among teenagers. This Paper gives a comprehensive survey of technical approach to tackle this escalating issue, employing advanced machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machines (SVM), Convolution Neural Networks (CNN), and J48. This article suggests a method for diminishing the voltage unbalance in a three-phase five-level diode-clamped inverter (DCI) through the use of hexagonal hysteresis space vector modulation (HHSVM). Capacitor voltage balancing leads to enhanced system efficiency, reduced stress on components, enhanced performance, abridged electromagnetic interference, and reduced total harmonic distortion. The proposed modulation technique and its implementation are thoroughly examined in this study, along with modeling and experiment data that show how efficient the method is at lowering the capacitor voltage unbalance in the proposed five-level DCI. Capacitor voltage unbalance is reduced with the use of this HHSVM approach to 0.95%, which is a superior reduction compared to traditional PWM methods. The paper also discusses the advantages of the proposed method over other existing methods, making it a promising solution for practical applications in power electronics systems.

Enhanced Privacy-Preserving WiFi Fingerprint Localization from CL Encryption

The WiFi fingerprint-based localization method is considered one of the most popular techniques for indoor localization. In INFOCOM'14, Li et al. proposed a wireless fidelity(WiFi) fingerprint localization system based on Paillier encryption, which is claimed to protect both client C 's location privacy and service provider S's database privacy. However, Yang et al. presented a practical data privacy attack in INFOCOM'18, which allows a polynomial time attacker to obtain S's database. We propose a novel WiFi fingerprint localization system based on CastagnosLaguillaumie(CL) encryption, which has a trustless setup and is efficient due to the excellent properties of CL encryption. To prevent Yang et al.'s attack, the system requires that S selects only the locations from its database that can receive the nonzero signals from all the available access points in C 's nonzero fingerprint in order to determine C's location. Security analysis shows that our scheme is secure under Li et al.'s threat model. Furthermore, to enhance the security level of privacy-preserving WiFi fingerprint localization scheme based on CL encryption, we propose a secure and efficient zero-knowledge proof protocol for the discrete logarithm relations in C's encrypted localization queries.

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV's) safe flight is one of the most important tasks of ground control stations (GCS). However, sometimes due to communication failure between ground data terminal (GDT) and UAV, GCS is not able to ensure a safe flight, which could be hazardous. In such conditions, the accurate UAV position finding prediction becomes essential to serve as sustenance for UAVs. Hence, this article proposes a UAV's position finding prediction model using a deep neural network application for successfully pointing the GDT toward UAV in real time. The proposed work consists of three components, namely data preprocessing, long short-term memory autoencoder (LSTM-AE)-based deep learning model, and mathematical formulation to calculate the ground radar look angle. First, we use different preprocessing techniques on a historical raw dataset for better visualization and generate patterns. To achieve this, Tensor flow along with Keras packages have been used. Next, an LSTM autoencoder deep learning model is applied to the same dataset in order to predict an accurate 4-D position of the UAV. Finally, the output from the LSTM autoencoder model is used in a mathematical model to calculate the GDT look-angles called Azimuth and Elevation. Both the parameters have been used to point the GDT toward the predicted point on the Airspace. We evaluate our proposed model against famous evaluation matrices, namely mean absolute error, mean square error, and root-mean-square error to validate the experimental results. © 2022 IEEE.

Early defect detection and prediction are essential in software engineering to reduce costs and improve quality. This study presents an AI-driven approach for fault detection and prediction employing ML techniques on the CM1 dataset from NASA's software metrics program. The data preprocessing steps include normalisation, feature selection, and the use of the ADASYN algorithm to enhance minority class detection. Faults are predicted using ML classifiers: Extra Trees (ET), Support Vector Machine (SVM), KNN, RF, MLP, and NB. F1 score, recall, accuracy, and precision are a metrics utilised to assess a models. When it comes to defect prediction, the Extra Trees Classifier (ETC) model outperforms all of the others with an accuracy91.51%, precision91.76%, and recall99%. Although the Naive Bayes model shows lower accuracy (77.61%) and efficiency, it offers a simpler approach for fault detection. Future research in this area should be guided by these findings, which highlight the promise of AI-driven approaches to enhance frameworks for software defect prediction and quality assurance. © 2025 IEEE.

In the capricious digital dominion, conventional online lottery systems come across consequential impediment regarding transparency, fairness, and security. This paper presents an inventive solution by merging Blockchain technology and smart contracts into online lotteries to take forward these challenges. The preferred disperse implementation capitalizes on Blockchain's decentralized category to covenant the translucency and immutability of lottery transactions, thereby undoing the requisite for trusted interceders. Urban heat island (UHI) effects, especially in highly urbanised areas, and greenhouse gas emissions from human activity are two elements that accelerate global climate change (GCC). Sustainable city planning and modification may benefit from the quantification of the surface UHI (SUHI) effect utilising land surface temperature (LST), local climate zones (LCZ), and deep learning methods like convolutional neural networks (CNN) and pix2pix. The findings show that socioeconomic variables account for 12–20% of variability in UHI intensity. In general, the contribution rate of urban economic scale is higher than that of population and industrial structure variables. The increase in urban economic expansion increased summertime heat discomfort. This research propose novel method in socioeconomic analysis based on urban heat pattern analysis with public healthcare system using decision-making with DL (deep learning) model. Input is collected as urban heat pattern dataset and processed for noise removal and normalisation. This data has been features are extracted and classified using convolutional fuzzy Q-Gaussian neural network and variational K-C-means regressive learning. The simulation analysis has been carried out based on training accuracy, average precision, recall, and F-measure. The proposed model attained average precision was 94%, recall was 90%, training accuracy was 97%, and F1-score was 92%. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.
