In this paper an analytical conclusion is present on the adjustment for the various transmission overheads, in order to upgrade bandwidth efficiency. The ad hoc network environment applications mostly have a lone sender, one or multiple end receivers and of course a number of intermediate nodes. The whole transmission scenarios can thus make it possible to classify nodes on the basis of various transmission states. The sender node has thus a prime impact on the performance of the whole transmission. Here we improve the sender performance dynamically which makes a ripple effect (improvement) on the overall transmission performance. Taking in consideration the aggregate throughput as the performance indicator across the nodes for bandwidth efficiency evaluation. It is taken into account the various overheads like minimum contention window etc. which lead to bandwidth deficiency in the ad hoc scenario. The results are being generated for the throughput across the nodes by reducing contention window, which help us to analyze the efficiency ratio of the various nodes for the current standard. The results are generated at various standard bandwidths and hence provide the insight about the distributed variation of throughput with respect to bandwidth. Our analysis is based on existing IEEE-802.11b standard. Finally we propose our conclusion by analytical description of the efficiency of the proposed solution at various standard bandwidths. © 2010 IEEE.

In view of agricultural information and communication environment of the status quo, based on the principle of government-led push forward. In this paper, in order to build a city-led information service center to districts and counties for the backbone network of services, information services to the township for assistance, information services to the village for four units supporting platform structure. The establishment of intelligent gateway integrated telephone, radio, television, text messaging, the Internet, intelligent voice, multimedia and other information platforms, and the development of smart terminal has solved the "last mile" problem of information service. Investment in small and easy promotion, high universality, etc., for the realization of an integrated regional agricultural information services is of has a certain reference significance.

The intellectualized agriculture synthesis information integration gateway is the agricultural informationization system integration key technologies equipment. The agricultural synthesis information integrates gateway's architecture was proposed, and the main modules function of software and hardware were given, besides we analysised data attributes and the exchange mechanism of text, voice, video,etc. to be suitable for the agricultural informationization system multiplicity and complexity in the information the agricultural synthesis. A design method on milliard fold NAT-PT (Network Address Translation-Protocol Translation) transforms gateway is put forward, based on discussing resource distribution, the task scheduling and the exchange mechanism, which plays an important role on designing integrates gateway.

With the increasing numbers of Web services and service users on World Wide Web, predicting QoS (Quality of Service) for users will greatly aid service selection and discovery. Due to the different backgrounds and experiences of users, they have different QoS experiences when interacting with the same service. Even two users who have similar experiences on some services can have diverging views when considering services. This paper proposes an approach to predict QoS based on other users' QoS experiences. This method employs similarity mining and prediction from users' experience by firstly selecting a set of web services that have the highest degree of similarity with the target service by comparing the target service with the others services used by target user. Secondly, the missing value can be calculated through the data of similar services. On the basis of that, we calculate the user similarity and predict QoS data for target user. Experimental results show that it can improve the prediction accuracy of QoS for Web service by using this method.

A novel algorithm, the k-means clustering algorithm based on immune genetic algorithm (KMCIGA) is put forward. To improve the Genetic operators, the conception of concentration in the immune algorithm and the dynamic chromosome coding are used. Strategies and methods of selecting vaccines and constructing an immune operator are also given. KMCIGA is illustrated to be obviously better than the traditional K-Means clustering algorithm in clustering division, and can improve the searching ability and adaptability, greatly increase the converging speed.

In this study, Multiwall Carbon Nanotube (MWNT)/ Acrylonitrile-Butadiene- Styrene (ABS) nanocomposites were prepared via direct compounding or twice fabrication method. MWNT was firstly modified by several modifiers, which are maleic anhydride (MA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), allyl amine (AA) and vinyl trimethoxy silane (VTMOS).After selecting the best modifier of carbon nanotube, VTMOS, we prepared the masterbatches MWNT/ABS nanoconposites. First, we carried out the manufacturing of masterbatches by using high temperature banbury, moreover, went on the twice fabrication by diluting masterbatches to get the better dispersion effect of carbon nanotube. And then, we used the different equipments which are twin screw extruder and high temperature banbury to compare the effect of carbon nanotube dispersion in polymer matrix. The results showed that the EMI SE value was 30 dB by adding 2.8 wt% of MWNT. The twice fabrication of twin screw extruder to diluting masterbatches can get the better physical properties of nanocomposites than that of directly compounding ones.

This paper presents an entity answer extraction method based on list web table. Firstly, extract table from page using the features of web page table and label, segment the table that includes the potential entity answers by calculating the relevance of web table's title and query context, merge the table elements of each column according to table properties, and merge the web table's title with the merged elements of column again. Secondly, using merged passage as context of entity recognition, and recognize the entity for each element of the table, thus get the probability of the column elements belongs to the same type of entity answer, and locate the passages of entity answers and the entity answers. Finally, we conduct the experiment in the task of Entity Track of TREC2009. It turns out that the proposed method shows a very good result, the accuracy of entity answer extraction for web table has achieved 99.08%. ©2010 IEEE.

This paper presents two methods for self-adapting the semantic sensitivities in a recently proposed semantics-based crossover: Semantic Similarity based Crossover (SSC) [1]. The first self-adaptation method is inspired by a self-adaptive method for controlling mutation step size in Evolutionary Strategies (1/5 rule). The design of the second takes into account more of our previous experimental observations, that SSC works well only when a certain portion of events successfully exchange semantically similar subtrees. These two proposed methods are then tested on a number of real-valued symbolic regression problems, their performance being compared with SSC using predetermined sensitivities and with standard crossover. The results confirm the benefits of the second self-adaption method. © 2010 IEEE.
