Fundamentally, the study's findings show how important machine learning algorithms are to improving solar power forecasts and system optimization. The study illustrates how well the ANN algorithm predicts solar energy generation by utilizing large datasets and advanced computational methods. Transfer learning has been adopted more widely to automate detection in recent years. It enables trained models to work well on new data with great transfer learning benefits. In this study, novel advanced transfer learning technique is proposed to identify leukemia. An integration of ResNet50, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Big Bang Big Crunch (BBBC) optimization algorithm is proposed. The early, accurate detection of leukemia is no small feat in medical imaging-especially when it comes to huge amounts of complex image data. A transfer learning model called ResNet50 which extracts important features of microscopic images of leukemia cells is used. As there are too many features which made it complex to understand and interpret, PCA is used to reduce some dimensionality and selected only the best few parameters for the further analysis. In addition, the BBBC algorithm inspired by theories concerning the expansion and contraction of the universe is finally utilized for the optimization to take place efficiently and acutely. Experiments on a CNMC_2019 dataset of leukemia demonstrated the superiority and accuracy of the proposed method when compared with other classification methods, especially in terms of reliability. The findings indicate that such an approach may enhance the early diagnosis of leukemia, enabling more reliable diagnosis and individualized treatment planning. © 2024 IEEE.

A CAPTCHA is used to reduce the misuse in the case of rising automated bots or software systems and also to avoid any corruption of the web services. The Captcha is used as solving a turing test problem by the users, before they get access to the software system. The paper discusses about the model that extracts the alphanumeric characters from either of audio or text-based captchas. Neuroprosthetics have experienced a remarkable evolution in recent times, particularly with the advent of intelligent neuroprosthetics that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) technology. These devices have the potential to improve both the input and output of neurological systems, allowing individuals to control prosthetic limbs with their thoughts and perform everyday tasks such as picking and placing objects. the key to this innovative technology lies in the ability to collect brain signals through electroencephalography (EEG) devices, which can be then deciphered and utilized by the mechatronic components of the prosthetic limb. However, effectively separating relevant signals from irrelevant ones has been a significant challenge for the design and development of neuroprosthetics, as these signals fall into three distinct categories of brain communication. In this research paper, we explore the utilization of split signals in neuroprosthetics using LDA and how this varies from person to person depending on their mental state. Incorporating LDA methods into these devices seems to be the most viable solution for society to build a system that can efficiently differentiate and utilize brain signals, bringing us one step closer to unlocking the full potential of neuroprosthetics. It is found that with the adaptation of the LDA approach, 91% of the results are properly categorized and are best among the existing literature available to date. © 2023 IEEE.

Recently, a fuzzy system having learning and adaptation capabilities is gaining lots of interest in research communities. In the current approach, two of the most successful soft computing approaches – neural network and genetic algorithm with learning capabilities are hybridised to approximate reasoning method of fuzzy systems. The objective of this paper is to develop a coactive neuro-fuzzy inference system with genetic algorithm-based database intrusion detection system that can detect malicious transactions in database very efficiently. In order to improve solar energy collecting, this study investigates the development of an affordable dual-axis sun tracking apparatus. This technological attempts to increase efficiency by continuously altering the orientation of solar panels to follow the course of the sun throughout the day, as solar power gains popularity worldwide as a clean alternative to fossil fuels. The study begins with a historical overview of solar energy evolution and focuses on practical implementation using basic components like solar panels, servo motors, and light sensors. By constantly adjusting based on sunlight angles, the dual-axis system boosts energy generation efficiency. Mathematical calculations optimize panel angles for maximum sunlight exposure. Its affordability and practicality provide a sustainable solution for regions with abundant solar radiation, such as India. This research highlights the dual-axis system's potential to promote sustainable energy practices, reduce fossil fuel dependence, and mitigate environmental impact. Its cost- effectiveness makes it viable for widespread adoption in residential and commercial settings, contributing to increased global solar energy use. © 2024 IEEE.

When multiple cars compete for the same parking space, congestion arises. As it turns out, individuals waste an extensive amount of time looking for parking spaces, which increases fuel consumption and emissions. A few researchers proposed a fog-based smart car parking approach to address the drawbacks of cloud-based approaches. The researchers were unable to reach the global optimum for picking an empty parking space, and they neglected to consider quality of service (QoS) when a fog node can’t process a request. Therefore, to achieve such goals, we proposed QoS aware task scheduling and congestion avoidance in fog enabled car parking systems. This approach breaks down into three layers: the data layer, the fog layer, and the cloud layer. Data from car parking lots are gathered in the data layer using IoT devices. The relevant fog node will receive the gathered data in the fog layer. The task will be scheduled to a different suitable fog node using the multi-objective artificial flora optimization (MoAFO) algorithm. The available free parking spaces in each fog node are also estimated using the adaptive coati optimization algorithm (ACOA). The cloud server layer then stores and manages the data that the fog nodes have collected. The Java platform is used to implement the proposed methodology. The energy, time, searching time, and latency metrics are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the recommended approach. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer applications and Management 2024.
