Raley is an Electronics Engineer in the Computer Resource Branch of the Integrated Ship Defense Directorate at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division in Louisville Kentucky. He is responsible for design development and fleet support of PHALANX weapon system software. In addition he is a member of the PHALANX Integrated Maintenance System (PIMS) development team which directs the design and development of an interactive electronic technical manual and integrated maintenance system. Mr. Raley received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Louisville Speed Scientific School.
