We need to communicate with other applications using various methods and when communicating, we need to guarantee delivery. In the .NET environment, we generally use and develop MSMQ which creates outgoing queues for messages waiting to be sent and incoming queues for messages waiting to be received. MSMQ is message-oriented middleware whose queues, according to the developer, are very reliable, simple and more efficient than other skills. However, when developing a huge system, we found out that some problems occur when operating various queues (private/public). This paper shows the results of various tests using MSMQ, such as the status of mqsvc, CPU or memory usage, and whether or not the messages are sent and received. Also, we learned how to use MSMQ in order to develop Message Queuing-based applications.

In this paper, we propose a simplified iterative joint detection and decoding (IJdd) scheme for MIMO-OFdM communications, which reduces the extremely high computational complexity of conventional iterative joint detection and decoding receiver with negligible performance degradation. For the MIMO detection, we propose a simplified maximum likelihood detection (MLd), which reduce the complexity of conventional MLd. The performance and computational complexity of the proposed scheme are compared with those of minimum mean squared error-ordered successive interference cancellation (MMSE-OSIC) receiver and maximum likelihood detection with Qr decomposition and M-algorithm (QrM-MLd), which is known as to show near ML performance. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the QrM-MLd with the half of computational complexity at a 1 Gbps data rate with 4x4 MEMO configuration, 16 QAM, the low-density parity-check (LdPC) code of 5/6 code rate and 90MHz bandwidth.

In this paper, we present a formal process model to support the comprehension and maintenance of software systems. The model provides a formal ontological representation that supports the use of reasoning services across different knowledge resources. In the presented approach, we employ our description Logic knowledge base to support the maintenance process management, as well as detailed analyses among resources, e.g., the traceability between various software artifacts. The resulting unified process model provides users with active guidance in selecting and utilizing these resources that are context-sensitive to a particular comprehension task. We illustrate both, the technical foundation based on our existing SOUNd environment, as well as the general objectives and goals of our process model.

Output queuing is well known for its ability to provide Quality-of-Service (QoS) guarantees. Unfortunately, the high-speed memory requirements of output queued (OQ) switch limit its use for large capacity switching architecture. A lot of work in literature has investigated how to emulate OQ switch with other switch architectures. A novel approach is constructing switches with buffered crossbars. However, most of the presented schemes still need a mild speedup which will incur significant cost for high speed network application. This paper investigates how to build a buffered crossbar switch to emulate OQ switch with no speedup. We first present a 2-dimensional buffered crossbar as a switch fabric and prove that a combined input-crosspoint-output queued (CICOQ) switch with such a fabric can emulate a restrict PIFO-OQ switch with no speedup. Then, we present a pretreatment mechanism used in scheduling input queues. With such a pretreatment mechanism, the CICOQ switch is proved to be able to emulate a general PIFO-OQ switch with no speedup. All scheduling algorithms used in proving OQ emulation are distributed, hence are practical.

Language model is widely used in OCr *** this paper,based on language model,we propose a two-step method for post-processing of off-line handwritten Chinese address *** to the characteristics of high level and low level addresses,two different strategies are used:for high level addresses, word-based language model is used with weighed matching search algorithm proposed;for low level addresses,ME model is implemented with similar character *** post-processing,recognition accuracy rises from 41.60%to 78.19%,which means 62.65%errors reduction.

delay-constrained streaming of fully-scalable video over IEEE 802.11a/e wireless (WLANs) is of great interest for many emerging multimedia applications. In this paper, we consider the problem of video transmission over HCF controlled channel access (HCCA), which is part of the new medium access control (MAC) protocol of IEEE 802.11e. A cross-layer optimization across the MAC and application layers is used in order to exploit the features provided by the new HCCA standard, as well as by the versatility of new state-of-the-art scalable video coding algorithms. Under pre-determined delay constraints for streaming, the proposed cross-layer strategy leads to a larger number of stations being simultaneously admitted (without any loss in the video quality) than in systems that utilize application-layer only optimizations. At the same time, the fine-grain layering provided by the scalable bitstream facilitates prioritization and unequal retransmissions of packets at the MAC layer thereby enabling graceful quality degradation under channel-capacity limitations and delay constraints. The expected gains offered by the optimized solutions proposed in this paper are established through simulations

There are lots of attempts in automotive field to supersede mechanical parts with electrical ones owing to increasing needs of drivers' safety, comfort and convenience as well as recent tightened environmental regulation. In addition, continuous improvements of semiconductor technology make it speed up to use electric components instead of conventional mechanical and hydraulic ones. In accordance with these tendencies, the demand of electric power and energy used in vehicle has been increasing steadily, and it will cause overburden of conventional 14 V power generation and distribution system. A research on higher voltage system started in early 1990s and 42 V power system has been introduced for a future automotive power-net. In this paper, technical trend in energy storage system which implies one of the key technologies to implement 42 V power-net is reviewed, and development results of the improved energy storage system consisted of ultracapacitor, battery and management controllers are presented
