Image deraining typically involves synthesizing low-quality degraded data for training using a predefined degraded model of a single weather condition. While in real world scenarios, varying rain intensities result in different sizes and densities of raindrops and rain streaks, increasing the complexity of image degradation. In this paper, we proposed a multi-stage deraining framework based on pre-trained diffusion model, it can efficiently perform the rain removal task under a variety of weather situations. We diffuse degraded images into a noisy state where various types of degradation are transformed into Gaussian noise. Then, during the denoising process, the low-frequency information of the image is replaced through iterative refinement, guiding the pre-trained diffusion model for image reconstruction. Our method effectively utilizes the generative priors in diffusion models and avoid the computational burden of retraining conditional diffusion models. Experimental results on four rainy degradation image datasets show its robustness to different types and severities of degradation (such as raindrops and rain streaks). Compared to recent deraining algorithms, our method achieves a maximum improvement of 0.96 dB (3.5%) in PSNR and 0.021 dB (2.7%) in SSIM for the restored images. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of Natural Language Processing (NLP) within Human-computer Interaction (HCI) to identify trends, challenges, and future directions. Analyzing 1,710 SCOPUS-indexed documents (1983-2024) using a PRISMA flowchart, the results show that the United States and China are leading contributors. Key developments include emotion recognition, chatbot interfaces, and speech processing, highlighting NLP's role in user-centered technologies. Despite growing applications, challenges such as reliability and ethical concerns persist. This analysis emphasizes the need for ethical frameworks and technological advancements to address deployment issues and align NLP innovations with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By mapping global research trends, this study provides insights into the transformative potential of NLP in HCI for developing inclusive and responsive systems. © 2024 IEEE.

Urban traffic flow management faces increasing challenges due to accelerating urbanization. Traffic data collected from roadside sensors contain complex temporal and spatial dependencies that interact simultaneously. Although Graph Neural Networks and Recurrent Neural Networks have been successful in capturing these dependencies, two critical issues remain: 1) Treating all traffic signals equally fails to capture the nuanced spatiotemporal dependencies hidden in time series data;2) Dynamic traffic conditions hinder the accurate capture of local spatial dependencies, thereby limiting prediction accuracy and reliability. To address these challenges, we propose an innovative model, FDDSGCN. To resolve the first issue, we introduce Fractional Residual Decomposition, which effectively separates traffic data into spatial and temporal signals. For the second issue, we employ Dynamic Spatial-Temporal Graph Convolution with fractional-order weight adjustments to dynamically capture local dependencies. Additionally, the Long Short-Term Dependency module analyzes both long-term and short-term dependencies. Extensive experiments on three public datasets demonstrate the superior performance and practical value of our model. © 2025 IEEE.

This article investigates the optimal cooperative tracking control problem for unknown nonlinear multiagent systems with a real dynamic leader and uncertainties. Its main difficulty lies in eliminating effect of the unmatched uncertainty and noncooperation in the event-triggered manner. To overcome this difficulty, a distributed robust event-triggered control algorithm is developed with the aid of a disturbance observer and robust approximate dynamic programming (ADP). Specifically, this problem is converted into a cooperative multiplayer game for the distributed auxiliary systems employing observer-based feedforward compensation, which contributes to reducing conservatism;via an adaptive event-triggered mechanism and a new weight tuning law, a distributed robust ADP approach is proposed with hope to obviate judging the existence of the saddle point beforehand. Moreover, the local neighbor tracking error and the weight estimation error are demonstrated to be uniformly ultimately bounded by means of Lyapunov stability theory. We also prove that Zeno behavior is excluded. A comparative simulation example for multiquadrotor systems is carried out to verify the effectiveness and superiority of our algorithm. © 2020 IEEE.

Binary code analysis serves as the foundation for research in vulnerability discovery, software protection, and malicious code analysis. However, analyzing binary files is challenging due to the lack of high-level semantic information, leading to heavy dependence on analysts’ expertise and significantly impacting the efficiency of binary code analysis. Recent years has witnessed the blossom of machine learning models for binary analysis, but few researches address the problem of binary code datasets. In this paper, we review all the existing and available datasets, and make classification according to their application. We set up experiments to illustrate how dataset quality could affect the performance of machine learning models in binary function recognition. The data warehouse is based on the development of relational databases, parallel processing and distributed processing technologies, as well as online analytical processing technologies. SAP BW is widely used in many enterprise data warehouses. It can issue reports of enterprises at the group level, manage the group's business operations, help find the laws and trends behind the performance of corporations and ultimately provide decision-making support for decision makers of enterprises. Therefore, how to use the SAP BW model architecture to better realize enterprise data warehouses is one of the hot topics in the data warehouse industry today. For a large corporation, its branches and subsidiaries have deployed multiple sets of enterprise data warehouses. At the same time, because there are multiple sets of data warehouse systems, when the data model needs to be modified at the group level, the data model of the branch also needs to be modified accordingly, and the flexibility of maintenance is poor. Finally, every time the corporation needs to upgrade the version of the data warehouse, it needs to maintain and upgrade the version of the data warehouse of each branch and the maintenance cost is high. Therefore, how to integrate multiple sets of data warehouses distributed in various subsidiaries into a corporation enterprise data warehouse by designing the model hierarchy, so as to ensure the reliability of data, enhance the flexibility of model modification and reduce the cost of data warehouse. This paper completes the design of an enterprise data warehouse of a large corporation, which can be used for the summary and collation of data from multiple branches such as finance and sales of a corporation, effectively improving the efficiency of data utilization and ensuring the authenticity of data. At the same time, through hierarchical design, the problems of poor flexibility in model modification and high system maintenance costs are solved. © 2023 IEEE.

The Israel-Palestine conflict that occurred on October 7, 2023, resulted in a boycott of brands known to be pro-Israel. Twitter or X, as one of the largest social media platforms in the world, became a platform for people to voice their opinions regarding the boycott. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Twitter or X users towards the boycott of pro-Israel brands using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method with the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) approach. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) method is a machine learning method used for classification and regression. SMOTE is a technique used to overcome data imbalance. The data used in this study is Indonesian language tweet data from October 7, 2023, to April 7, 2024. The data was collected using data crawling techniques. The results of the study from the 80:20 data split, show that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) polynomial kernel model with the SMOTE technique has better performance in analyzing the sentiment of Twitter or X users towards the boycott of pro-Israel brands, with an accuracy value of 98,47%. © 2024 IEEE.

Flood extraction is a critical issue in remote sensing analysis. Accurate flood extraction faces challenges such as complex scenes, image differences across modalities, and a shortage of labeled samples. Traditional supervised deep learning algorithms demonstrate promising prospects in flood extraction. They mostly rely on abundant labeled data. However, in practical applications, there is a scarcity of available labeled samples for flood change regions, leading to an expensive acquisition of such data for flood extraction. In contrast, there is a wealth of unlabeled data in remote sensing images. Self-supervised contrastive learning (SSCL) provides a solution, allowing learning from unlabeled data without explicit labels. Inspired by SSCL, we utilized the open-source CAU-Flood dataset and developed a framework for cross-modal change detection in flood extraction (CMCDFE). We employed the Barlow Twin (BT) SSCL algorithm to learn effective visual feature representations of flood change regions from unlabeled cross-modal bi-temporal remote sensing data. Subsequently, these well-initialized weight parameters were transferred to the task of flood extraction, achieving optimal accuracy. We introduced the improved CS-DeepLabV3+ network for extracting flood change regions from cross-modal bi-temporal remote sensing data, incorporating the CBAM dual attention mechanism. By demonstrating on the CAU-Flood dataset, we proved that fine-tuning with only a pre-trained encoder can surpass widely used ImageNet pre-training methods without additional data. This approach effectively addresses downstream cross-modal change detection flood extraction tasks. © 2024 Wenqing Feng et al.
