In recent times,Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)gained much attention in medical services and healthcare management *** healthcare sector generates massive volumes of data like personal details,historical medical data,hospitalization records,and discharging records,IoMT devices too evolved with potentials to handle such high quantities of *** and security of the data,gathered by IoMT gadgets,are major issues while transmitting or saving it in *** advancements made in Artificial Intelligence(AI)and encryption techniques find a way to handle massive quantities of medical data and achieve *** this view,the current study presents a new Optimal Privacy Preserving and Deep Learning(DL)-based Disease Diagnosis(OPPDL-DD)in IoMT ***,the proposed model enables IoMT devices to collect patient data which is then preprocessed to optimize *** order to decrease the computational difficulty during diagnosis,Radix Tree structure is *** addition,ElGamal public key cryptosystem with Rat Swarm Optimizer(EIG-RSO)is applied to encrypt the *** the transmission of encrypted data to cloud,respective decryption process occurs and the actual data gets ***,a hybridized methodology combining Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)with Convolution Neural Network(CNN)is exploited as a classification model to diagnose the *** sets of simulations were conducted to highlight the performance of the proposed model on benchmark *** experimental outcomes ensure that the proposed model is superior to existing methods under different measures.

In the wet semiconductor process, abrasive nanoparticles are widely used in the chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process to polish wafer surfaces for high planarization. During polishing, nanoparticles move with a high-speed three-dimensional (3D) position in the solution. In the 3D particles's moving positions, Z is a perpendicular longitudinal distance between the surface to the nanoparticle that plays a significant role in polishing, which could not be measured by general microscopy without longitudinal scanning. To understand nanoparticle phenomena near-surface, we have proposed and developed the apparatus with real-time fastmotion tracking on optical multi-wavelength evanescent fields microscopy to measure the 3D motion of the nanoparticle in water without scanning. In euspen's 2020, we could verify the relative distance ?Z of nanoparticles in water, but the absolute distance Z is unknown yet. In this manuscript, we have therefore developed an invisible nano-step height in water to verify the absolute height Z of an individual nanoparticle. The invisible nano-step height in water is made from an optical resin with a refractive index of 1.35 that is close to a refractive index of water to avoid unnecessary light during experimental verification. The nano-step height was less than 100 nm on a glass surface, fabricated using nanoimprint lithography. Polystyrene f100 nm standard particles in water were used to verify the height Z. The results of height Z of nanoparticles could be measured less than 100 nm with the measurement uncertainty ±10 nm (2s), which is related to the interferometer result of the nano-step height. © European Society for Precision Engineering and Nanotechnology, Conference Proceedings - 22nd International Conference and Exhibition, EUSPEN 2022. There are some defects on the surface of steel that are difficult to detect, so we propose an improved algorithm based on YOLOv8 for detecting defects that are difficult to be detected. This improvement includes the introduction of an SPD module to minimize the problem of information loss due to downsampling;the addition of a small object detection head combined with EMA attention to further enhance the detection capabilities for small targets;the use of BiFPN to replace the original PANet, applying different weights to different features to strengthen feature fusion. Experiments were conducted on the NEU-DET dataset, and the algorithm improved mAP to 80.2%, an improvement of 3.9% over the baseline model. © 2024 IEEE.

In addressing issues like an excessive number of network parameters and the loss of fine texture details in image super-resolution reconstruction approaches based on diffusion models, this passage introduces a novel image super-resolution model (FELSDiff). This model relies on the fusion of diffusion models, feature extraction, and latent space. FELSDiff utilizes a Pre-trained CNN for initial super-resolution to extract the primary low-band features and part high-band features of the image. The preliminary super-resolved image is then concatenated as a condition to this model. We introduce a cross-attention mechanism guided by the high-band features of the preliminary super-resolved image to enhance the network's feature extraction capability and obtain more effective features. In the U-Net structure, we incorporate a latent space strategy, enabling the model's training and inference processes to be conducted in the latent space, thereby reducing the number of network parameters. Experimental results on multiple standard datasets indicate that this method outperforms other advanced methods overall. © 2024 IEEE.

In the wake of the outbreak of the new coronavirus, the countries in the world have fought to combat the spread of infection and imposed preventive measures to compel the population to social distancing, which led to a global crisis. Important strategies must be studied and identified to prevent and control the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 disease 2019. In this paper, the effect of preventive strategies on COVID-19 spread was studied, a model based on supervised data mining algorithms was presented and the best algorithm was suggested on the basis of accuracy. In this model, three classifiers (Naive Bayes, Multilayer Perceptron and J48) depended on the questionnaires filled out by Basra City respondents. The questionnaires consisted of 25 questions that covered fields most related to and that affect the prevention of COVID-19 spread, including demographic, psychological, health management, cognitive, awareness and preventive factors. A total of 1017 respondents were collected. This model was developed using Weka 3.8 tool. Results showed that quarantine played an important role in controlling the spread of the disease. By comparing the accuracy of the algorithms used, the best algorithm was found to be J48. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Digital transformation is about transforming processes, business models, domains, and culture. Studies show that the failure rate of digital transformation is quite high up to 90%. Studies show that the transformational leadership model has a significant impact on digital transformation adoption. This paper identifies the positive and negative attributes of transformational leadership including the components that support and are affected for successful adoption of digital transformation. Furthermore, the paper combines several findings related to the attributes and components in the form of a conceptual framework. Recent developments on Internet and social networking have led to the growth of aggressive language and hate *** provocation,abuses,and attacks are widely termed cyberbullying(CB).The massive quantity of user generated content makes it difficult to recognize *** advancements in machine learning(ML),deep learning(DL),and natural language processing(NLP)tools enable to detect and classify CB in social *** this view,this study introduces a spotted hyena optimizer with deep learning driven cybersecurity(SHODLCS)model for *** presented SHODLCS model intends to accomplish cybersecurity from the identification of CB in the *** achieving this,the SHODLCS model involves data pre-processing and TF-IDF based feature *** addition,the cascaded recurrent neural network(CRNN)model is applied for the identification and classification of ***,the SHO algorithm is exploited to optimally tune the hyperparameters involved in the CRNN model and thereby results in enhanced classifier *** experimental validation of the SHODLCS model on the benchmark dataset portrayed the better outcomes of the SHODLCS model over the recent approaches.

Fever accompanied by a skin rash is the most common disease of the pediatric age group. They are diverse and characterized by similar symptom, which makes it difficult to distinguish between them. This work presents an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference system (ANFIS) to diagnoses five diseases (measles, rubella, infantile rosella, scarlet fever, and chickenpox). Dataset about symptoms and diagnosis were collected from specialized physicians then they were analyzed using the Chi-Square test to identify symptoms that play a significant role in the diagnosis process including shared symptoms like temperature, type of rash and its location. In addition, some several distinctive signs such as Koplik's spots, lymphadenopathy, tongue color and itching. This paper proposed a hybrid method between Mamdani's fuzzy inference controller and multi-layered neural network to overcome the drawbacks of using each technique alone and enhance the classification process. Finally, the model was validated using 250 real-world cases and the experimental results showed that the proposed system succeeded in detecting and recognizing diseases with high accuracy close to that of human diagnosis with an average accuracy of 95.50%. The results were compared with the accuracy obtained using the fuzzy logic technique separately and with the results of previous studies. © 2022 IEEE.

As World Health Organization reports show more than 1.3 million people die each year from traffic accidents and more than twenty to fifty million people are harmed by non-fatal accidents. Understanding and identifying the major factors of road traffic accidents can help the stakeholders to take appropriate measures to minimize the accidents. Support Vector Machine (SVM), J48, and Naïve Bayes (NB) classification techniques are implemented to build a model that predicts accident severities and to identify road traffic accident factors. As experimental findings showed weather conditions, number of lanes, road lighting conditions, and speed limit are the determinant factors that cause more accident severity. Finally, the classification and prediction performance of the models are compared using various performance evaluation techniques. J48 classifier has better classification performance than Support Vector Machine and Naïve Bayes classifiers. Naïve Bayes is the classifier that showed the lowest performance than others, but it has good performance in classifying fatal accident severities rather than serious and slight accident severities. © 2023 IEEE.
