In the wet semiconductor process, abrasive nanoparticles are widely used in the chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process to polish wafer surfaces for high planarization. During polishing, nanoparticles move with a high-speed three-dimensional (3D) position in the solution. In the 3D particles's moving positions, Z is a perpendicular longitudinal distance between the surface to the nanoparticle that plays a significant role in polishing, which could not be measured by general microscopy without longitudinal scanning. To understand nanoparticle phenomena near-surface, we have proposed and developed the apparatus with real-time fastmotion tracking on optical multi-wavelength evanescent fields microscopy to measure the 3D motion of the nanoparticle in water without scanning. In euspen's 2020, we could verify the relative distance ?Z of nanoparticles in water, but the absolute distance Z is unknown yet. In this manuscript, we have therefore developed an invisible nano-step height in water to verify the absolute height Z of an individual nanoparticle. The invisible nano-step height in water is made from an optical resin with a refractive index of 1.35 that is close to a refractive index of water to avoid unnecessary light during experimental verification. The nano-step height was less than 100 nm on a glass surface, fabricated using nanoimprint lithography. Polystyrene f100 nm standard particles in water were used to verify the height Z. The results of height Z of nanoparticles could be measured less than 100 nm with the measurement uncertainty ±10 nm (2s), which is related to the interferometer result of the nano-step height. © European Society for Precision Engineering and Nanotechnology, Conference Proceedings - 22nd International Conference and Exhibition, EUSPEN 2022. Hand, Foot and Mouth disease (HFMD) is a common viral childhood disease affected by the family of enterovirus and Coxsackie. Current laboratory identification is based on the RT-PCR test, which is expensive, time-consuming, and unsuitable for the pandemic. The SPR- TFBG was biofunctionalized with monoclonal antibody (Mab). Mab is a bioreceptor with an affinity for the virus for detecting EV-A71. A dataset of reflectance spectra of 660 samples of different virus impurities measured with SPR-TFBG biosensor to detect EV-71 virus was developed. The extracted signal has around 4000 different features based on wavelength information. The first subset was selected based on the region of interest analysis, and the dimension has reduced from 4000 to 1496 features. The dimensionality of the large feature set is reduced based on the statistical feature engineering procedure using 10 features including mean, variance, skewness, RMS, kurtosis, standard deviation, range, crest factor, impulse factor and shape factor. Subsequently, classification of the virus (signal) data is achieved through SVM and it is evaluated with different types of kernels. For the evaluation of classifiers, we used accuracy, sensitivity, precision and F1 score performance metrics. The obtained results of accuracy are 87.88 for linear SVM, 86.06 for radial basis, 75.76 for sigmoid SVM, and 75.15 for polynomial SVM, respectively. The results show that for our experiments, Linear SVM performs better than radial, polynomial and sigmoid kernels. This is because projecting the data onto higher dimensions is not required as data exhibits linear properties confirmed by White Neural Network (WNN) test for nonlinearity. © 2022 IEEE.

In response to the escalating demand for machine learning techniques capable of handling real-time data streams, particularly in applications like stock markets, this research dives deep into the domain of stream regression. The objective is to adeptly navigate challenges posed by evolving data over time, differentiating it from conventional static regression. Existing models, such as Fast and Incremental Model Trees with Drift Detection (FIMT-DD), k-Nearest Neighbours (KNN), and Adaptive Linear Regression (ALR) and some other studies, though competent, exhibit certain limitations like learning based on certain portions of data, using a significantly large memory and not capable of handling each data in every timestamp it arrives. We propose the Dynamically Adjustable Linear Regression Model (DALR) to address these shortcomings. DALR introduces an adaptive regression model that dynamically evolves based on historical knowledge and newly acquired data, providing an innovative solution to the intricacies of dynamic data streams. This endeavor has also highlighted that the DALR algorithm consistently demonstrates strong performance across various datasets according to the RMSE metric, surpassing other state-of -the-art algorithms in most instances.

Robotic arms play a crucial role in factory automation, offering immense versatility, precision, and the capability for autonomous operation, thereby eliminating the need for manual labor. In this study, we have developed a robotic slag removal system with automatic position compensation and defect detection capabilities, which is capable of locating the features of workpieces, perform deslagging, and detect defects using the YOLO (You Only Look Once) algorithm. The experimental workpiece in this study is a knee femoral implant. Firstly, a position compensation method is employed to precisely locate the clamping hole of the workpiece. The robot trajectory is then automatically generated by the software for the deburring of the clamping hole slag. Subsequently, the system utilizes the detected defect locations to generate a re-deslagging path, ensuring that all remnants are thoroughly cleaned. © 2023 IEEE.

In general, public or private organizations or companies have used information-based technology as a support to improve business performance to be more effective and efficient in order to achieve a company's business goals. Given the large contribution of information technology in the application of hotel applications as a supporting information system, it is a vital system that must avoid risks that can hinder and cause harm to the hotel management business processes. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management using the COBIT 5 framework to manage possible risks that may occur based on the APO12 (Manage Risk) domain. From the evaluation results of the data obtained through observation and interviews as well as the calculation of the results of the questionnaire based on 6 APO12 subdomains, the results of the risk management level capability assessment in hotel applications are still at level 3 or have reached the level of established process with the target to be achieved at level 4 resulting in a gap of 1 level. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to propose recommendations that can be used by hotels in improving the application of information technology risk management so that in the future it can achieve the expected target level so that the APO12 level of capability can increase and become more optimal. © 2023 IEEE.

Watermarking and Steganography are methods of embedding digital information within images or other media, such as text or audio, for the purpose of Copyright Protection or covert communication. This field of study is not recent and has been ongoing for several years, culminating in its current advanced stage. The utilization of Artificial Intelligence algorithms has played a pivotal role in revolutionizing various aspects, including security concerns and the precision of outcomes, as compared to traditional methods. This paper focuses on doing an in-depth analysis of cutting-edge research, techniques, and methodologies employed in the domain of Watermarking and Steganography, specifically in conjunction with Artificial Intelligence. By thoroughly examining and evaluating a collection of recent studies in this domain, we have scrutinized the outcomes of each study with respect to its research goal, the acquired results, the employed algorithm, and the research's robustness in terms of susceptibility to various forms of attacks and the technique of data embedding. Our findings indicate that the use of Artificial Intelligence algorithms has a substantial influence on enhancing result precision, system resilience, and establishing data ownership. Deep Neural Networks (DNN) are essential in Watermarking and Steganography due to their robustness, effectiveness, and accuracy. Novel methodologies and systems improve security, incorporation rates, precision of detection, and speed of convergence. Deep learning is being investigated in techniques such as data concealment, information hiding, and steganography to improve security. © 2024 IEEE.

Different types of heterogeneous multiple service robots are working in the same environment to help humans in many ways in a smart house. These service robots have different capabilities based on the different control and communication systems. The complexity of the programming of the robots is now reduced by using middleware like Robot Operating system (ROS). However, the communication and control of the heterogeneous service robots using very high-level instruction is still tricky because of differences in ROS topics. If a user has issued a high-level instruction to all multiple heterogeneous robots in the same environment, then all robots must complete the given task without considering the software differences in each robot. This research has developed a web-based interface where users can input high-level instruction to all multiple heterogeneous robots running in the same environment. We have used three levels of instructions. Level 01 moves robot forward for the given speed for some distance without obstacles. Level 02 is to move the robot to a specific location without obstacles. Level 03 is to navigate the robot to a goal with some obstacles in the environment. Initially, all robots need to register their software specifications and hardware specification Format (URDF) in the robot registration engine with the help of the ontology. Then all service robots act according to the instruction given by the interpreter. The proposed system was evaluated using a simulated environment with a gazebo using "Turtlebot"and "Tiago"robots. Time complexity analysis of all algorithms was completed using the Big O notation. © 2022 IEEE.

AttnGan – Attentional Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) is a type of GANs that is used for text to image generation. Unlike other art models, it focuses on fine-grained word level information and once the model is trained by mapping the images and the corresponding text in the dataset, the model will generate image part-by-part using the image description given by the user as an input to the model. Current paper, focuses on the conversion of text into images based on the description provided by the user. This enables them to translate their ideas in the form of text into images of their required choices. The model is initially trained by the description of the text and images and when the user provides the text as an input to the system, it is used as a testing data. By analyzing the text word-by-word, the respective images pertaining to the text is generated part-by-part by considering the text description into account.
