Ethereum is one of the most popular blockchain platforms with a high number of adoption in the blockchain world today. Ethereum token (ERC-20) can tokenize any real-world object while it is also possible to exchange the token across the network participants. This utility from the token drives many blockchain enthusiasts to create decentralized applications. ERC-20 token could be used to collect project funds, decision voting, or even can be used to provide investment platforms for people that want to hedge the volatility of the currency with buying an asset that is back to back with the crypto-token. This research shows the main characteristics of asset-backed token and its implementation on a complete end-to-end "digitalization assets system" (assets buy and assets redemption). Citrus Limon L. (Lemon) is a type of fruit that is currently widely consumed, because it contains abundant vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. This fruit have high potential in the agribusiness sector and is widely cultivated by traditional farmers. However, during harvest time, traditional farmers generally still use manual methods using the human eye in distinguishing the maturity level of lemons which is less efficient because it has a low accuracy. Digital image processing is one solution to this problem. In the research on the classification of lemon maturity levels using digital image processing with the feature extraction method of the Mean RGB, HSV, and LBP methods and the K-Nearest Neighbor classification algorithm in this study, a total of 120 lemon images were used which were divided into 80 training image data and 40 image data. testing. The results of model performance measurements in the form of the highest accuracy level in the Mean RGB method of 100%, the highest accuracy in the HSV method of 98%, and the highest accuracy in the LBP method of 82.5%.

Full-marathon and Half-marathon distances are categorized as road running. Full-marathon running is becoming increasingly popular, and Half-marathon is increasing worldwide in both sexes and all age groups. Some aspects might relate to Full-marathon and Half-marathon running performance during training and races. Technology also plays an essential role in supporting runners and running races. Technology like artificial intelligence (AI) now supports the running athlete, not only predicting performance and results. It can also be used later to help the coach generate training programs for the athlete. This research aimed to find many aspects of marathons and performance and analyze them to see if artificial intelligence could later support them. It used secondary data and a systematic literature review proposed by Kitchenham. Out of the 58 articles, 21 of them (36.21%) received a score of 1 from Q1. Additionally, 19 articles (32.76%) received a score of 1 from both Q2 and Q3. Among the 58 articles, 9 (15.52%) received a total score of 3, with all three Q1, Q2, and Q3 scores being 1. This indicates that artificial intelligence will likely support the content of these nine articles. Several factors were also discovered to be connected to marathons and athletic performance. These findings suggested that additional investigation into marathons and performance, later backed by artificial intelligence, remained pertinent and essential.

This paper examines several widespread assumptions about artificial intelligence, particularly machine learning, that are often taken as factual premises in discussions on the future of patent law in the wake of 'artificial ingenuity'. The objective is to draw a more realistic and nuanced picture of the human-computer interaction in solving technical problems than where 'intelligent' systems autonomously yield inventions. A detailed technical perspective is presented for each assumption, followed by a discussion of pertinent uncertainties for patent law. Overall, it is argued that implications of machine learning for the patent system in its core tenets appear far less revolutionary than is often posited. © 2022 Published by OUP and CH Beck on behalf of GRUR e.V.

This paper studies the complex ecological dynamics of Batumi on the Black Sea coast, through adetailed analysis of environmental factors and their impact. We use Business Intelligence (BI) methods to explore the complex interactions between natural and human impacts on the local ecosystems. By using data-focused approaches, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling, we aim to distinguish patterns and trends in ecological dynamics. This study aspires to make clear the complex relationships between environmental factors such as climate change, pollution levels, habitat degradation, and biodiversity loss, and their impacts on the coastal ecosystem of Batumi. Through this study, we aim to provide valuable information on sustainable management practices and conservation measures to protect the ecological integrity of this important coastal region.

In Software engineering, context can be understood as the overall set of information used to characterize the situation of an entity. A software system is context-aware if it uses the context to provide relevant information or services to the user. Nowadays, different types of software systems with a profound impact on the user's life can be considered context-aware (e.g., ubiquitous and Internet of Things software systems). Therefore, it is crucial to guarantee that they behave correctly. Software Testing is the primary process for verifying system behavior. Because of the particularities of Context-Aware Software systems (CASS), conventional testing methods are not enough to test such systems. Based on that, we propose CATS#, a technique to support software engineers with the specification of CASS test cases and capture not only the context itself but its variation as well. CATS# is an evolution of the CATS (Context-Aware Test Suite) Design technique. It introduces two relevant evolutions: test case models and a new test template. The test case models were proposed after we searched for context-aware applications through the literature and realized that the context could affect the test process in different manners. The test template was proposed to capture the variation of context by specifying which variation should occur during the test case and when it should occur. We selected one example application to apply our technique, deriving different types of test cases and showing its relevance in these initial steps. © CIbSE 2020.

Maritime authorities (MA) must track fishing vessels to ensure that fishing activities are limited to permitted areas. If illegal fishing is suspected, resources must be allocated to intercept and inspect the vessels. Thus, a false flag by the MA is costly, so it is important to use accurate detection methods. We compare the accuracy and computational time of the main approaches for detecting fishing activities described in the literature, using the Global Fishing Watch (GFW) dataset. We find that Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural networks achieves an optimal accuracy of 1.00, while the random forest approach comes second with an accuracy of 0.87. Given the high cost of mistakes for MA, we conclude that the LSTM's high computational cost is worthwhile.

In the era of the global village, frequent cross-border trade in goods has made container transportation a significant part in delivery of cargo. However, rollover accidents of container trucks often occur because of tall truck height, improper cargo stowage or crooked roads. Therefore, how to find the optimal center of gravity (CG) of the packed cargo remains an issue that the transportation industry should not neglect. To optimize cargo stability and reduce the incidence of rollovers, this paper proposes a genetic algorithm that scores the cargo stacking process to find the best CG of the cargo based on the CG of the vehicle. According to the deviation angle and the point closest to the best CG, we can Figure out the optimal cargo stacking method. © 2022 IEEE.

computer vision has been used in many areas such as medical, transportation, military, geography, etc. The fast development of sensor devices inside camera and satellite provides not only red-greed-blue (RGB) images but also multispectral dataset with some channels including RGB, infrared, short-wave, and thermal wave. Most of the dataset is panchromatic (black and white) and RGB, for example Google Map and other satellite-based map applications. This study examines the effects of multispectral dataset for semantic segmentation of land cover. The comparison between RGB with band 2 to band 7 of Landsat 8 Satellite shows an improvement of accuracy from 90.283 to 94.473 for U-Net and from 91.76 to 95.183 for DeepLabV3+. In addition, this research also compares two well-known semantic segmentation methods, namely U-Net and DeepLabV3+, that shown that DeepLabV3+ outperformed U-Net regarding to speed and accuracy. Testing was conducted in the Karawang Regency area, West Java, Indonesia.

The accurate annotation of transcription start sites(TSSs)and their usage are critical for the mechanistic understanding of gene regulation in different biological *** fulfill this,specific high-throughput experimental technologies have been developed to capture TSSs in a genome-wide manner,and various computational tools have also been developed for in silico prediction of TSSs solely based on genomic *** of these computational tools cast the problem as a binary classification task on a balanced dataset,thus resulting in drastic false positive predictions when applied on the genome ***,we present Dee Re CT-TSS,a deep learningbased method that is capable of identifying TSSs across the whole genome based on both DNA sequence and conventional RNA sequencing *** show that by effectively incorporating these two sources of information,Dee Re CT-TSS significantly outperforms other solely sequence-based methods on the precise annotation of TSSs used in different cell ***,we develop a meta-learning-based extension for simultaneous TSS annotations on 10 cell types,which enables the identification of cell type-specific ***,we demonstrate the high precision of DeeReCT-TSS on two independent datasets by correlating our predicted TSSs with experimentally defined TSS chromatin *** source code for Dee Re CT-TSS is available at https://github.-com/Joshua Chou2018/Dee Re CT-TSS_release and https://***/biocode/tools/BT007316.
