As we know already MANET means Mobile ad-hoc network that works made by two words Mobile and Ad-hoc Network collection of moving nodes shows mobile and kind of temporarily network which do not have any fixed point or centralised administration. Here assortment of nodes forms a *** can be adjust mobility to bandwidth in high or low level. In this paper, we evaluate performance of DSR protocol. In this unique design shows the results in terms of how protocol changes quickly according to nodes movement along with compare by correlation method. The result of this paper is coming after analysing of different behaviour of DSR can be applied in other new protocols that are using DSR framework. In this paper I showed results in term of break time, PDF, delay, throughput etc by simulation. These simulation results are applied on correlation method and finding out in which point DSR protocol parameters are performing good performance. In this result shows when pause time is increases along with no of nodes then correlation will be high. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Measuring Size of Enterprise Applications: Using Data Transaction Points in the Field

ContextEnterprise Applications are complex, effort-intensive applications that include most of the business processes of the enterprises. They differ from traditional software applications by their high reuse rates. Effort predictions for these applications are usually performed in ad-hoc fashion and results in large variation. Prediction models utilizing traditional software size measures do not produce accurate results as *** this paper, we aim to evaluate a novel size measurement method for Enterprise *** developed a size measurement method considering unique characteristics of EA projects. This method measures "changes" where pre-built functionality is not sufficient for customer requirements. With the claim that the number of data groups executed for a transaction should be reflected in the size, we defined the size measurement unit, Data Transaction Point (DTP). We proposed to measure size of an EA project as DTP in three categories: "unchanged"," changed" and "new". In order to understand the applicability of the method in real life, we evaluated the accuracy of effort estimations using DTP for multiple *** size measurement method has been evaluated through two different SAP implementation projects. For assessing the effort estimation accuracy, MMRE, MdMRE and PRED (30) metrics were calculated. For the first project, results were "0.21", "0.17", "0.90" respectively, and for the second project, results were "0.24", "0.19", "0.78" respectively. These results showed that accuracy of effort estimations for both projects were in acceptable and reliable *** empirical study revealed that the proposed size measurement method is an applicable method for EA projects. With promising effort estimation results, this method can contribute to reducing project schedule and budget overruns. Optimal sizing of SCUCP with solar energy and PEVs is crucial for electric power system operation and planning. This paper presents a Chaotic Arithmetic Optimization Algorithm to minimize cost while optimizing the sizing of solar energy and PEV systems. The proposed framework integrates probabilistic forecasting models for solar power generation and realistic EV charging profiles based on travel patterns and infrastructure characteristics. It aims to find optimal sizes for Solar power plants and EV charging infrastructure, considering system demand, cost, emissions, and reliability. The Chaotic Arithmetic Optimization Algorithm efficiently solves the optimization problem by accounting for the complexities of SCUCP. The research evaluates the proposed approach using benchmark test systems of varying dimensions and power systems. The results enable informed decision-making by identifying optimal capacities for solar power plants and charging infrastructure, leading to improved system reliability, reduced emissions, and minimized costs. © 2023 IEEE.

Sri Lanka faces drinking water related issues often due to many reasons like weather changes, floods, droughts, and tsunamis, affecting the drinking water availability. In such instances, people find difficult to gather information regarding consumable drinking water availability. In order to facilitate the meeting of commercial water sellers and customers and to engage the general public and social services in addressing the drinking water problem, this study is focused on building both web and mobile applications. The web application was implemented with a selected set of functionalities such as social login, social sharing, geocoding, reverse geocoding, viewing, and filtering posts using Angular 6, *** web framework, and Leaflet. The mobile application was developed to direct the customers to the water availability location with a shortest path using the Dijkstra's algorithm. Case evaluation was conducted with the Rotaract Club members in Badulla and thinking aloud method was used to pick up the user's ideas while interacting with the system. It can be concluded that the created web and mobile applications would offer the public a clever way to draw attention to an issue with water availability, and the commercial water service providers are given a venue to market their services and locate potential customers. © 2023 IEEE.

The primary challenge across the field of automatic speech communication relies upon the understanding of creation of such acoustic models that are capable of representing distinct differences throughout the spoken languages. The design of such systems is undoubtedly affected by the parameters such as an Individual's age, gender, speaking style, dialectal variability, recording environment etc. This work investigates on the various challenges faced during designing an enriching corpus and analyzing the dialectal variations by tracking the variance of different acoustic parameters such as pitch contour, formant frequency, and intensity for different toneme sounds. The article also makes an attempt to discuss the process and problem of tone assimilation (tone sandhi) in di/multi-syllable words of Punjabi language where the occurrence of more than one tone is being anticipated. The pitch variations of the input signal are performed using PRATT toolkit, to establish a relation between the pitch variations across the various tonemes. The model is further evaluated using the ANOVA test for the comparative classification of dialects based on acoustic features. The entire work is based upon the four dialects of Punjabi language;classified as the 10th most spoken language across the world, with over 105 million native speakers. © 2021 IEEE.

Driven by the vision of integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) toward 6G technology, the WiFi-based respiration sensing approach has emerged as a highly competitive candidate for advanced healthcare services. Nevertheless, the indiscriminate perception of all the moving objects within the sensing area raises challenges for system stability and robustness for real-world deployment, especially for the susceptibility to motion interference from other people. Meanwhile, thanks to the emerging in-area wireless sensing technologies, i.e., beamforming, the dynamic environment tolerance of these technologies gives crucial opportunities for target-oriented WiFi-based healthcare services. This article discusses the compelling intersection of in-area WiFi sensing and the future of target-oriented intelligent respiratory healthcare network services. We first present a novel WiFi-based healthcare-assisting framework tailored for inter-user motion interference-tolerable (IMIT) sensing. The detailed components of low-level signal preprocessing, target-direction signal extraction, and healthcare-related services are discussed. By utilizing CSI beamforming technology, which adjusts a directional beam toward the desired direction and adaptively places beam nulls in noisy directions, we can mitigate motion interference and achieve target-oriented healthcare sensing. Finally, we discuss open challenges and potential solutions for target-oriented WiFi healthcare sensing. © 1986-2012 IEEE.

In this century fast growing and progressive change of technology, Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) which is a no centralized structure plays great role. The routing protocol in this network is objective to deliver efficient route since sender to receiver. One of the hybrid routing protocols example is Zone Based Hierarchical Link State Routing Protocol (ZHLS) that is can't allowable huge amount of inside attacks which arise from malevolent nodes. The third party in the routing system may drop the data, as well as disturbs the progression of the routing. To resolve this difficult, ZHLS Security is enhanced by integrating SHA256, AES, DH in MANETS. Security to routing protocols in MANETS is incorporated with different traditional Security mechanisms. My idea behind this thesis is to use integrated security ZHLS protocol by integrating Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) as well as secure hash algorithms to provide the data security. Also, it is, Deffi-Hellman to preserve privacy among the data transmission nodes. In the proposed method, AES is applied to symbol, also authentication to provide the confidentiality of the message in the routing system. This work will be simulated on NS2 environment and it may highly improve the security of data transmission among wireless mobile nodes. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Due to the Internet of Things (IoT) devices' processing and memory constraints, the processing and analysis of data acquired by such devices are generally performed in a fog or cloud environment, which offers more processing power. When delegating data processing to third parties, it is necessary to ensure their confidentiality and their owners' privacy, which can be achieved using a Trusted Execution Environment, such as Intel SGX. In this paper, we present a systematic mapping study to review recent works related to the use of Intel SGX architecture in IoT scenarios. We conduct the study by selecting 35 papers published between 2017 and 2020 and providing a comprehensive overview of the application scenarios and solutions when combining Intel SGX and the IoT paradigm. © 2021 IEEE.

Age-of-Information and Energy Optimization in Digital Twin Edge Networks

In this paper, we study the intricate realm of digital twin synchronization and deployment in multi-access edge computing (MEC) networks, with the aim of optimizing and balancing the two performance metrics Age of Information (AoI) and energy efficiency. We jointly consider the problems of edge association, power allocation, and digital twin deployment. However, the inherent randomness of the problem presents a significant challenge in identifying an optimal solution. To address this, we first analyze the feasibility conditions of the optimization problem. We then examine a specific scenario involving a static channel and propose a cyclic scheduling scheme. This enables us to derive the sum AoI in closed form. As a result, the joint optimization problem of edge association and power control is solved optimally by finding a minimum weight perfect matching. Moreover, we examine the one-shot optimization problem in the contexts of both frequent digital twin migrations and fixed digital twin deployments, and propose an efficient online algorithm to address the general optimization problem. This algorithm effectively reduces system costs by balancing frequent migrations and fixed deployments. Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed scheme in terms of low cost and high efficiency. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

People can act out fake social exchanges in the Metaverse, which is an online community. Security has become a problem in the Metaverse because there are so many online transactions and digital assets. In this thesis, a Blockchain-based security system for the Metaverse is proposed. This would be a decentralised way to keep the virtual world safe. Our system uses Blockchain's autonomous structure to make sure that all financial transactions in the Metaverse are safe, anonymous, and true. We suggest a new consensus process that combines Proof of Stake (PoS) and Proof of Authority (PoA) to make networks safer and allow them to grow. We also have a user-focused, decentralised identity management system that keeps their information safe. We also suggest a way to process Metaverse transactions safely that is based on smart contracts. Our method makes sure that transactional proof, recording, and validation are done in a safe and reliable way. We also show a reputation system that benefits people who follow the law and punishes people who break the law. Lastly, we test how well our suggested structure works with simulations and real-world tests. The results show that our way works to reduce possible security risks in the Metaverse and create a safe, scalable environment for online business. Overall, our Blockchain-based Security Framework for Metaverse: A Decentralised Approach is a good way to keep the security and privacy of digital activities in Metaverse. © 2023 IEEE.
