Blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT) are revolutionizing healthcare, presenting the potential for transformation. The IoT is achieving more and more confidence as the infrastructure for future applications. Therefore, based on the comprehensive integration of Blockchain (BC) technology with IoT, security requirements are provided through security frameworks built into BC. Healthcare IoT applications in BC technology are revolutionizing industries. It also analyzes the potential benefits of BC implementation in IoT and healthcare for securely transferring medical data. Blockchain's decentralized and immutable nature of medical data sharing offers secure ways to store and transmit data. However, it is necessary to protect the data's privacy stored and shared securely. This review paper evaluates the algorithm based on Rivest, Shamir, and Adelman (RSA), Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Lionized Golden Eagle-based Homomorphic Elapid Security (LGE-HES), and BC-Assisted Secure Data Management Framework (BSDMF). This survey paper describes Blockchain technology-based medical data transfer based on IoT medical systems. The performance evaluation regarding Root Mean Square Error (RMAE), MSE, time complexity, and security performance compared to standard technologies can be analyzed. © 2024 IEEE.

Customer Segmentation plays a vital role in CRM, where we are managing all your organization's relationships and interactions between the customers. It helps to find potential customers and to take proper decisions in digital marketing. Segmenting or grouping the customers based on various attributes like age, gender, interest, and purchase behavior helps e-commerce companies to increase their revenue. One of the major problems today in customer segmentation is the level of noise in the data, which increases the data storage as well as impacts the data mining analysis results. This research focuses on filtering the noise in the data and a comparison study of various clustering algorithms will be done, and results will be analyzed, and a new generic data model will be built that works with any e-commerce platform data. More than doing the customer segmentation in this study we will also analyze how customers responded to the marketing campaigns. © 2023 IEEE.

Image deblurring is an important branch of image restoration tasks. In order to eliminate blurring in a single image, an image deblurring strategy is proposed. Specifically, first enhance the image, then delimit the special area, calculate the initial iterative Point spread function according to the initial state of the special area and the enhanced state, and finally restore the original image according to the blind image Iterative method method combined with guided filtering. Compared with the Iterative method directly used for image blind deblurring, the strategy in this paper can give an initial Point spread function that is closer to the true value. At the same time, due to the existence of guided filtering, the iterative strategy in this paper can achieve the estimation of the original image faster. © 2023 IEEE.

An investor always moves forward with well-thought-out plans that, over time, maximize earnings. The share market is where most investments are made globally. Investments in the share market carry risk, therefore investors must choose when it is best to make their decisions. Prior to investing, a significant amount of forecasting and computation is required. Using an engine that forecasts corporate share prices is crucial for making well-informed investing decisions and creating tangible financial strategies for investors. It has been suggested that the engine use suggested machine learning techniques to predict future corporate share values of corporations. The application models forecast a dependable and significant share price by incorporating market indicators, sentiment research, and previous financial data on share price. The comprehensive model's mission is to identify a significant share price for the company by using machine learning methods to forecast future share prices of companies with a high degree of dependability. The yfinance library, which gives users access to a substantial database of stock market data, is utilized by the model. This information is gathered from prior financial data in order to construct the model. Past share prices, trading activity, and other significant market indexes are included in this data. After that, the data is pre-processed to address disparities that can reduce the prediction model's precision. SVR, random forests, and LSTM machine learning systems were used in the construction of the models. After the models are trained on the prepared dataset, their performance is evaluated using appropriate metrics such as accuracy or mean squared error. Cross-validation techniques are employed to ensure the robustness of the models and prevent overfitting. To validate the model, the outcomes are compared with the share prices of the current day and the day before. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2024.

This research focuses on developing a Peer-to-Peer Encrypted Chat application, offering secure, decentralized communication without reliance on centralized servers. Utilizing SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layers and Transport Layer Security) encryption ensures the confidentiality and integrity of user data. Built with the Qt framework, the application provides a user-friendly interface for establishing encrypted connections, exchanging messages, and managing communication sessions. Another important aspect of the project is the Certificate-based authentication system which further enhancements of security by validating peers. The SSL/TLS encryption mechanism helps to prevent unauthorized access by ensuring that the messages exchanged between peers are encrypted and that only the intended recipients can read the communication. It also protects against Eavesdropping as in a P2P network, the data travels through various intermediate nodes. The TLS encryption ensures that even if an attacker intercepts the data somehow, the captured data cannot be deciphered. Another advantage of this level of security is that data integrity is maintained throughout the system, The communication network remains reliable, and the system remains tamper-proof. This project also demonstrates the ability of peers to connect and communicate without relying on centralized servers and ensures scalability as more users join. A special emphasis is given to its decentralized aspect ensuring benefits such as fault tolerance, the ability to handle high volumes of traffic, and high resilience. We have also ensured intuitive user interface design created with the help of the Qt framework ensuring seamless interactions for even the users that might not have any technical expertise. © 2024 IEEE.

There has been a significant increase in road and rail accidents owing to driver drowsiness, which results in massive deadly incidents. When the driver falls asleep, he loses control, resulting in an accident. People know that driving while drowsy is dangerous, but they may not know how to detect their own level of sleepiness. The proposed solution will provide you with information on how to look for signs of potential driver drowsiness and take appropriate action. The existing methods are classified into three primary categories: vehicular-based, behavioral-based, and physiological-based. The main aim of this research is to design a real-time smart alert system for the prevention of vehicle accidents and a fire system for intelligent vehicles that spontaneously can avoid drowsy driver loss. The necessity of an anti-sleep alarm system is increasing day by day to curb the misfortune. In this study, we have developed an anti-sleep alarm device through IoT. Here the alarm will be activated automatically if a driver falls asleep for more than 2 s during the driving of a vehicle. The vehicle engine will stop automatically in the case of sleepiness of the driver exceeds 5 s. Moreover, an auto "fire alarm System" was also established to prevent accidents due to fire in the vehicle. Here the fire alarm will be activated automatically in case of the occurrence of fire. An emergency phone no is attached to the system for sending the messages related to fire detection where the vehicle owner will be informed about the incident and take the necessary steps in this regard. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Previous studies have shown that coronary artery occlusion can cause myocardial ischemia, which can induce ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation. According to the time sequence, myocardial ischemia can be divided into different pathological stages: the ischemia 1a stage (0-15 minutes), the ischemia 1b stage (15-45 minutes), the short-term myocardial infarction (MI) (within a few days) and the long-term MI (within a few weeks). However, few studies give attention to antiarrhythmic drugs directly acting on ion channels for the treatment of myocardial ischemia. The main reason is that the effective targets in myocardial ischemia are unclear. Therefore, based on the technology of electrophysiological simulation, the paper modeled the human ventricular cell model in myocardial ischemia. On this basis, the parameter sensitivity of the model was analyzed and the effective drug targets are selected. Firstly, human ventricular cell models were modeled in ischemia 1a, ischemia 1b, short-term MI and long-term MI based on the experimental data. Then, the sensitivity analysis of output parameters (APA, APD and RP) of the cell model in ischemia was analyzed based on the Sobol method. The results of parameter sensitivity analysis in this paper showed that APD of cell models in ischemia 1a, ischemia 1b and short-term MI was the most sensitive to the change of IKATP, and APA and RP of cells were the most sensitive to the change of [K+]o. The parameter sensitivity analysis of the cell model in long-term MI showed that APD of cell models was sensitive to IKs and ICaL, and APA was most sensitive to INa. Therefore, according to the results of parameter sensitivity analysis, the possible effective targets for the treatment of myocardial ischemia can be preliminarily selected: [K+]o, IKATP, ICaL and INa © 2023 IEEE.

The future of Internet of Vehicles (IoV) technology has significant potential for development. Since the introduction of smart vehicles (automobiles that are equipped with sensors, electronic control units (ECUs) and on-board units, the IoV has gained a significant prominence area of research and development. The concept of IoV involves the integration of vehicular ad hoc network with the Internet of things (IoT). The development of this category of networks known as vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) is the result of recent substantial development in the wireless communication system. Digital communication between cars and roadside infrastructure is utmost important for implementation of IoV. To improve the experience of drivers, passengers and to the traffic control, the use of VANET is vital. For this, choosing the right routing protocol that supports mobility in an extremely dynamic environment (rapid topology change) is crucial. Because of frequent change in topology of VANET, its protocols face many challenges. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of four well known routing protocols, namely - Ad-hoc on-demand distance vector routing protocol (AODV), Dynamic source routing protocol (DSR), Destination sequenced distance vector routing protocol (DSDV), Ad hoc on demand multipath distance vector routing protocol (AOMDV). For this, different tools such as NS-2.35 and SUMO-0.32 are used. The obtained results are analyzed based on different routing parameters to select the most efficient routing protocol. © 2023 IEEE.

With the continual expansion of the scale of these massive volumes of data, one of the most difficult tasks is storing them. Large data sets are challenging to handle as they grow quickly over time. Companies that manufacture assets or offer any physical services, including industrial automation, are experiencing a change in their operations. It has drastically changed in the modern day, especially compared to many industries that offer efficient assets to differentiate by offering digital services changes in industrial behavior, and an emphasis on automation using IoT devices along with server agents. The purpose of this paper is to run server-based data, which enables the easier scaling of device metrics performances and manages the IoT resources. In this study, the toolchain components influx DB, telegraf, and grafana are used along with the digital twin in a realistic edge server setup. © 2023 IEEE.
