The control of dynamical systems under temporal logic specifications among uncontrollable dynamic agents is challenging due to the agents’ a-priori unknown behavior. Existing works have considered the problem where either all agents are controllable, the agent models are deterministic and known, or no safety guarantees are provided. We propose a predictive control synthesis framework that guarantees, with high probability, the satisfaction of signal temporal logic (STL) tasks that are defined over a controllable system in the presence of uncontrollable stochastic agents. We use trajectory predictors and conformal prediction to construct probabilistic prediction regions for each uncontrollable agent that are valid over multiple future time steps. Specifically, we construct a normalized prediction region over all agents and time steps to reduce conservatism and increase data efficiency. We then formulate a worst-case bilevel mixed integer program (MIP) that accounts for all agent realizations within the prediction region to obtain an open-loop controller that provably guarantee task satisfaction with high probability. To efficiently solve this bilevel MIP, we propose an equivalent MIP program based on KKT conditions of the original bilevel formulation. Building upon this, we design a closed-loop controller, where both recursive feasibility and task satisfaction can be guaranteed with high probability. Because pixel values of foggy images are irregularly higher than those of images captured in normal weather(clear images),it is difficult to extract and express their *** method has previously been developed to directly explore the relationship between foggy images and semantic segmentation *** investigated this relationship and propose a generative adversarial network(GAN)for foggy image semantic segmentation(FISS GAN),which contains two parts:an edge GAN and a semantic segmentation *** edge GAN is designed to generate edge information from foggy images to provide auxiliary information to the semantic segmentation *** semantic segmentation GAN is designed to extract and express the texture of foggy images and generate semantic segmentation *** on foggy cityscapes datasets and foggy driving datasets indicated that FISS GAN achieved state-of-the-art performance.

In this work, an attempt is made for the first time to use the measurement pattern generated by morphological transformation quantified by Hausdorff fractal dimension (HFD) and classified with ensemble learning based on bagging. The proposed work uses three morphological transformations for image preprocessing: hit-and-miss transform (HMT), white (WHT), and black top-hat (BHT). The pattern texture of US breast images is described by extracting the HFD from the regions of interest (ROI) after the ultrasound (US) images have been preprocessed. The main objective of this study was achieved by comparatively analyzing the classification performance of features using the Random Forest (RF), Extra Trees (ET) classifier, and bagging ensemble method based on XGBoot classifier. In presented study, the XGBoost classifier and BHT image processing method give an accuracy of 89.8% in a binary classification, benign versus malignant breast cancer.

In traditional control methods, Series Elastic Actuator (SEA) joint manipulators are limited by their hardware and can only perform simple tasks with low stiffness. To address this issue, we propose a stiffness adjustment control strategy for SEA manipulators based on Dynamic Systems (DS) with good generalization performance. By enhancing the generalization capability of DS in complex tasks and combining posture control, the SEA manipulators can autonomously adjust control gains and postures according to task requirements to achieve higher stiffness at the end-effector. Experimental results involving the activation of air switches with different stiffness levels and installation angles have demonstrated the effectiveness of our proposed method. The results indicate that compared to traditional methods of adjusting the control gain and retraining DS for similar tasks, our approach exhibits superior generalization performance while maintaining end-effector stiffness during interactions.

A LEARNING SYSTEM FOR MOTION PLANNING OF FREE-FLOAT DUAL-ARM SPACE MANIPULATOR TOWARDS NON-COOPERATIVE OBJECT

Recent years have seen the emergence of non-cooperative objects in space, like failed satellites and space junk. These objects are usually operated or collected by free-float dual-arm space manipulators. Thanks to eliminating the difficulties of modeling and manual parameter-tuning, reinforcement learning (RL) methods have shown a more promising sign in the trajectory planning of space manipulators. Although previous studies demonstrate their effectiveness, they cannot be applied in tracking dynamic targets with unknown rotation (non-cooperative objects). In this paper, we proposed a learning system for motion planning of free-float dual-arm space manipulator (FFDASM) towards non-cooperative objects. Specifically, our method consists of two modules. Module I realizes the multi-target trajectory planning for two end-effectors within a large target space. Next, Module II takes as input the point clouds of the non-cooperative object to estimate the motional property, and then can predict the position of target points on an non-cooperative object. We leveraged the combination of Module I and Module II to track target points on a spinning object with unknown regularity successfully. In the context of Industrial Anomaly Detection (IAD), ensuring the quality of manufactured products is critical. Traditional 2D based methods often fail to capture anomalies present in complex 3D shapes. For effective anomaly detection in 3D shapes, it is essential to incorporate global semantic context, local geometric structure, and color information of the object. To fully leverage these features, we propose a network named 2M3DF, that leverages knowledge from multi-view RGB images and corresponding point cloud information for enhanced anomaly detection performance. Our model initially employs pre-trained feature extractors that generate local features from multi-view RGB images and corresponding point clouds. The novel inter-modality feature representation and fusion module first adapts these inter-modality features and then effectively aligns and aggregates these multimodality features on a pixel-to-point basis. To learn the normality from point-wise fused multimodal features, we fit a multivariate Gaussian distribution to model the normal feature distribution. Comprehensive experimental evaluations using the MVTec3D-AD and Eyecandies dataset validate the effectiveness of our propose model and demonstrate significant improvements in comparison to existing state-of-the-art methods. Our model achieves a 96.6% mean I-AUROC while delivering real-time results. © 1991-2012 IEEE.

The main contribution of the research is the neural network concept of Ukrainian-language text embedding with a two-level architecture. Basic embedding is implemented based on main lexical structures (Noun-Verb, Noun-Adjective, Verb-Adverb). To preserve the semantic component of complex, long sentences characteristic of the Ukrainian language, the post-embedding procedure is analytically defined. Both levels of the concept are implemented as autoencoder-type neural networks with appropriate topologies. To evaluate the complexity of the proposed conglomerate training process, a generalized loss function was formalized. Testing of the proposed concept in comparison with classic (BOW, Word2Vec) and progressive (MCB BERT) analogues showed that the author’s solution prevails over the former and lags behind the latter in the selected quality metric.

The literature presents a vast array of advanced metaheuristic methods for photovoltaic parameter estimation. However, the focus of this study is not to introduce another new method into this already crowded field. Instead, we examine two important but often overlooked questions: (i) are existing results globally optimal, and (ii) can a simpler method achieve comparable performance. We conduct case studies using two widely used I-V curve datasets. To address the first issue, we develop a branch and bound algorithm that, despite its sluggishness, either certifies the global minimum or provides a tight upper bound. These values serve as useful benchmarks for fair metaheuristic evaluation and further development. To answer the second question, our extensive examination and comparison surprisingly reveal that a basic differential evolution (DE) algorithm can achieve the certified global minimum or obtain the best known result. Additionally, the DE algorithm's runtime is much shorter than that of current state-of-the-art metaheuristic methods, making it a great choice for time-sensitive applications. This remarkable finding suggests that using increasingly complex metaheuristics in ordinary PV parameter estimation problems might be unnecessary. Finally, we discuss the implications of these outcomes and propose the simple DE method as the premier choice for industrial applications.
