Effective management of burn patients in the early stages of treatment is crucial for ensuring survival and optimal recovery. A key element of this process is proper fluid resuscitation, which is essential for maintaining organ function and preventing potentially fatal complications such as shock. Accurate and timely assessment of fluid needs, depending on the Total Body Surface Area (TBSA) affected and the patient’s Hourly Urine Output (HUO), is therefore critical. To address these challenges in burn care, this research introduces a modern web application specifically designed for healthcare providers. The application modern technologies, including Spring Boot, React, ***, MySQL Database and a Java fuzzy logic library, to implement fuzzy logic design and modeling based on the Rule of Nines. This application facilitates rapid analysis of burn extent and provides continuous 24-hour monitoring. By offering accurate, hourly recommendations for fluid resuscitation rates, the tool significantly enhances decision-making in critical care settings. The application includes secure doctor login functionality, allowing healthcare professionals to manage patient data efficiently. Patient information is stored in a database for real-time access and ongoing monitoring. The user-friendly interface allows for seamless data entry and quick interpretation of results, making it highly practical in high-pressure emergency situations.

As a basic task in point cloud analysis, classification is always challenging due to the irregularity and disorder of point clouds. Since the introduction of pointNet++, many point-based hierarchical networks have been proposed with excellent results. However, most of such networks use only point coordinates as geometric descriptions, and then go through multiple layers of sampling and learning in order to extract abstract and implicit structural features in high-dimensional space. To compensate for the lack of geometric information provided by coordinates, and to model the potential relationship between low-level structural channels and high-dimensional feature channels, we propose PointSaT. Specifically, we design the Explicit Structure Embedding Module (ESEM) to obtain explicit structural features of the original point cloud to complement the geometric cues. On the other hand, we propose the Structure-aware Transformer (SaT) module, which encodes and filters the channels of high-dimensional features to retain the channels faithful to the geometric space. Extensive experiments on ModelNet40 and ScanobjectNN datasets demonstrate the superiority and competitiveness of our network. For patients with normal cognition but motor impairments, brain-computer interfaces (BCI) offer a beacon of hope for regaining motor abilities. Currently, motor imagery (MI) tasks based on electroencephalogram (EEG) signals have been employed in various medical applications. The deep learning (DL) models for their classification tasks are primarily convolutional neural networks (CNN) and recurrent neural networks (RNN). However, the data structure stored purely in tensor form, commonly used in the DL field, struggles to integrate the typical spatial features and inherent relationships of the original data. This paper proposes DMT-GAT, a model that uses a CNN to extract temporal features and a graph attention network (GAT) to fuse spatial features, aimed at the classification task of MI-EEG signals. The experimental findings demonstrate that this method exhibits good performance and generalizability across different subjects.
