The cybersecurity act enforcement in Thailand has been promulgated since 2019. Especially the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) forces all organizations to comply. However, there is no security standard relying on PDPA. The most well-known security standard is ISO/IEC 27001:2013, which can use as a security guideline for various organization sizes. Unfortunately, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 requires a high budget to analyze and adapt it to the organization. Therefore, we proposed an online ISO/IEC 27001:2013 gap analysis to provide the preliminary guidance for the organizations to sketch up their cyber security policy. This proposed web application enables users to evaluate their organization based on the ISO/IEC 27001:2013, Annex A. The online gap analysis covers a1114 security standard domains, generating the average score and security safety level for the organizations. We evaluated this online system with twelve organizations in various sectors both from industry and government. The result reveals that the industrial sectors scored higher than the governmental sectors in overall security level. Therefore, the proposed system is practical to be implemented as one part of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Our heart can create and transmit electricity by sending electrical current from the upper right chamber to the upper left and lower chambers of the heart. This physical activity can stimulate the heart muscle, causing compression to expel blood. However, suppose the electrical system has a problem; it will cause the heart beats with an irregular or abnormal rhythm, or a short circuit occurs in the heart chambers that we call arrhythmia disease. The results in an irregular heartbeat; too fast or too slow cause the problem of pumping blood to different parts, sometimes very intensely, until causing death. In Thailand, there are a large number of patients suffering from arrhythmias, both knowingly and unconsciously. People know and receive treatment by using heat waves shot into the heart to cure and recover from symptoms, but some are incurable. Moreover, there is a lack of health care services for healing and recovering from the disease. Thus, a considerable number of patients are waiting for treatment. To reduce the gap, these patients should be able to care for themselves and perform continuously to improve every day. The critical factor is that the cardiologist needs more detailed information and disease symptoms to increase the efficiency of diagnosis. In this research, we design and develop a tracking and notification application for arrhythmia disease from the patient's daily checkup and the user's information. The proposed model is to create a mobile application to record data that could connect to a heartbeat detection device. Then, analyze the recorded data to suggest a consultation by the cardiologists about further treatment. Moreover, a notification system will remind the patients to take medicine and warn them of emergency events relatively close to them so that they can provide immediate help in the event of an emergency. This paper proposed the workload clustering method for extracting a frequent task assigned to the employees. The data was exported from an Electronic Portfolio (e-Portfolio) system. In this work an investigation on the effectiveness of workload clustering through various clustering algorithms and dimension-reduction techniques were conducted. This research deployed Natural Language Processing for word tokenizing and feature engineering. The Silhouette scores was adopted to measure across different clustering algorithms such as K-means, Hierarchical, Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM), Fuzzy C-means (FCM), and DBSCAN. As a result, the hierarchical clustering on three clusters achieved the best Silhouette score of 0.442. Subsequently, after performing the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and visualizing the clustering results in 2-dimensional space, the criteria on clear separation, and distinct employees' capability were observed. © 2023 IEEE.

Balance is the result of complex interactions among individuals, tasks, and the environment. It plays a crucial role in daily activities, relying on sensory systems and joint movement strategies to maintain postural stability. Effective balance not only improves movement and physical activities but also enhances overall quality of life. Balance strategies, such as ankle, hip, knee, and stepping strategies, are essential for maintaining stability in various situations and environments. This study focuses on utilizing public data from the Clinical Test of Sensory Interaction on Balance (CTSIB) to assess balance strategies. Traditional methods rely on subjective observations, limiting the identification of nuanced strategy combinations. To overcome this, motion capture (mocap) data and unsupervised machine learning techniques, clustering and dimensionality. reduction using Agglomerative, Gaussian Mixture, and K-Means and classify balance strategies. The results demonstrate the potential of this approach to identify distinct clusters of balance strategies, offering a more detailed, objective, and comprehensive understanding of postural stability. Among the clustering algorithms applied, K-Means proved to be particularly effective, achieving reliable groupings with consistent results. The Silhouette Scores indicated that k=3, identified as the optimal number of clusters from the elbow test, provided the best balance between cohesion and separation for K-Means. This suggests that K-Means delivers interpretable clusters of balance strategies. The three possible outcomes are good balance, A slight unbalance and a poor balance. This innovative methodology advances the field of balance assessment by providing a clear and systematic approach to classifying balance strategies, allowing for better understanding and targeted interventions.

In the enterprise wireless network, It is a significant challenge to discover unstable access points. Many thousands of APs may be difficult for network administrators to search the failure APs. To address this issue, we proposed an application called WiFi MAP which is a web application that is extremely helpful for monitoring AP’s status in the campus network and being able to track the location of each AP through a web *** this work, our development enables the network administrator to capture the real-time AP condition. In addition, we use the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to communicate between access points and our application. Then we show the performance and evaluation of our application in terms of real-world use. Moreover, we also apply our application to Mea Fah Luang University (MFU) and the Medical center hospital (MCH) of MFU.

Without trust, buyers may not join a coalition. Despite the tremendous need for trustworthy relationships in buyer coalitions, no current buyer coalition scheme explicitly tackles confidence issues with blockchain technology. This study proposes an algorithmic design, the blockchain-based trusty buyer coalition scheme, to satisfy the trust requirement among different actors while forming the coalition. All activities forming a coalition through a decentralized public ledger can be explicitly examined. Consequently, the proposed algorithm can ensure anonymity within a community, resulting in trusting relationships. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm can ensure correctness and accountability by recognizing misbehavior and enforcing alternative forms of punishment. Additionally, the discovered algorithm can be applied to mobile commerce applications. © 2021 River Publishers

This paper presents the comprehensive design and implementation of a Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL) educational benchmark system for smart grid scenarios. The system features an advanced electrical cabinet incorporating multiple bidirectional DC-DC converter legs with a common 100kW grid connection interface, a back-to-back front-end grid-side converter with galvanic isolation, and an internal DC link. The hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) architecture enables real-time control and monitoring through MATLAB-Simulink integration, supported by a real-time target system. The benchmark demonstrates various DC microgrid configurations through four operational scenarios: independent converter control, microDC network emulation, battery-to-battery energy transfer, and renewable energy integration. Operating at high efficiency (>95%), the system serves as a power electronics educational platform at the University of Lyon 1, providing hands-on experience with smart grid technologies. The design emphasizes energy-efficient operation through regenerative capabilities between DC legs, while maintaining robust safety protocols for both equipment and users. This educational benchmark system bridges the gap between theoretical power electronics education and practical smart grid implementation, offering a versatile platform for studying real-time control strategies and renewable energy integration.

Since lives generate in the world, more and more people have learnt and realized that 'There is no secret'. Even though, people best try to keep their personal data for private, secure, and confident. However, the digital era arises, open the gate of connection between people, and object wisely, over high-Technology network. Increasingly and rapidly the instances of breaches in the security of large amounts of electronically stored personal data users concern about their privacy issues. For the case, in health domain, all patients (data owners) are pleased to share their data for medical doctor (and hospital), expecting better healthcare treatment. Since people know their data and network behaviors are being observed all the time they shared. Unfortunately, they do not sure and know, how to evaluate the true quality of individual privacy data to sharing zone? In order to cross this obstacle, this paper suggests a model to manage the privacy of data in decentralized concept. This can ensure and more comfort for data owner to share their privacy information. As well as to provide decision makers, system providers, and all relevant parties are using with valuable data and improve their ability to make critical decisions on health related programs. © 2021 IEEE.

Currently, metabolic syndrome, the leading cause of most of non-communicable diseases, has been overlooked because it is common and does not cause illness at the early stage. The purpose of this study was to classify the group of metabolic syndromes including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and high blood pressure using machine learning based method. The data was collected from three sub-districts in the province of Chiang Rai: Mae Khao Tom, Nang Lae, and Tha Sud totally 1,605 records. The Gradient Boosting is proposed for the multi-class classification model. From the comparison results with other existing methods, including Random Forest, Extra Trees, K-nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machines, and Decision Trees, Gradient Boosting outperforms other existing methods having 95.27% accuracy, 95.24% precision, 95.26% recall, and 95.24% F1 score, respectively.

In the industrial sectors, it requires legal experts for analyzing and identifying complex and large industry standards promulgated by different organizations. However, the laws associated with the industry standards are varied depending on the structure of each project task. A repetition of categorizing and analyzing conducts whenever the project handles. It is a waste of resources and limited time for project establishment. Therefore, designing an independent and flexible system without relying on administrators or legal experts encourages reducing costs for operations in the long run. This study proposes a classification approach throughout the text classification method for detecting industry-standard keywords that are relevant to legal categories. As a result, it significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of assessment results without any repetition and cooperation of specialized operators. © 2022 IEEE.
