Researchers and analysts have, for a long time, taken an interest in the expectations that consumers have regarding stock marketing. There is a widespread perception that trying to forecast what will happen in the stock market is fruitless since the market behaves fundamentally like a random walk. Predicting swings in stock prices may be difficult because of the many different elements that are in play. In the short run, the showcase acts as a voting machine, but in the long run, it acts as a scale, which enables the prediction of its long-term trajectory. It seems that the application of machine learning and other technologies to the issues of inventory analysis and cost estimates is a new sector that has a lot of potential. To begin, we will present a concise introduction to stock markets and an in-depth explanation of how to make predictions regarding stock prices. The next step is for us to hone in on many of the most significant problems surrounding the precision of stock research and estimates. The fundamental, intermediate, short-term, and long-term perspectives on stocks, as well as their technical aspects, are explored. In conclusion, we highlight a few problems and investigate possible advancements that the future may hold in this sector. © 2022 IEEE.

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) waveform is being increasingly used in radar sensing because it enables joint radar-communication system on a single platform. However, the bandwidth of the OFDM radar cannot be sufficiently increased due to the given sampling requirement, which results in limited range resolution. Therefore, additional signal processing needs to be performed to enable accurate sensing of targets. This paper proposes a method for improving the ranging accuracy of the OFDM radar system using interpolation of discrete Fourier transform (DFT) samples. The DFT magnitude ratio of the two DFT samples is used to refine the coarse frequency estimate. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can estimate the range of targets much more accurately than the conventional DFT-based method. In addition, the proposed method showed robust estimation performance even when the signal-to-noise ratio is low or when multiple targets exist.

The study explores the tracking and practices essentiality in hospitals and health facilities, because related infections, such as higher risks and acceleration of illness, can have significant effects on health care. Human observers tracking and Practices have problems of their own, such as loss of observation concentration, accumulation of human mistake and expert deformation. In this investigation, the results of two internet-based techniques for controlling the hand hygiene of medical personnel during patient visits were carried out and evaluated. As base stations and smart phones, we employed ESP modules as mobile nodes and calculated the range to be located in the patient's room using Bluetooth RSSI values. We analyzed the RSSI in the proximity solution from a sensor host measured on different ESP nodes/module and used the premise that the sensor host is nearest to the ESP node which offers the maximum RSSI values. We utilized the RSSI value to measure the location between mobile nodes and every ESP node in the trilateration method and we applied the trilateration technique to identify the mobile node inside the room. Our tests have shown that 20% of the solution based on proximity was erroneous, whilst the 8% of the solution based on trilateration was erroneous. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The problems associated with the operation of overhead power lines and ways of improving control over their condition with the help of UAVs are considered. A structural diagram of the system of technical diagnostics of overhead lines based on UAVs was developed, for which the necessary diagnostic parameters were selected according to informative criteria. An analysis of types of UAVs was carried out in order to determine their suitability and efficiency of use for diagnosing the condition of overhead lines. © 2023 IEEE.

Optical implementations of neural networks(ONNs)herald the next-generation high-speed and energy-efficient deep learning computing by harnessing the technical advantages of large bandwidth and high parallelism of ***,due to the problems of the incomplete numerical domain,limited hardware scale,or inadequate numerical accuracy,the majority of existing ONNs were studied for basic classification *** that regression is a fundamental form of deep learning and accounts for a large part of current artificial intelligence applications,it is necessary to master deep learning regression for further development and deployment of ***,we demonstrate a silicon-based optical coherent dot-product chip(OCDC)capable of completing deep learning regression *** OCDC adopts optical fields to carry out operations in the complete real-value domain instead of in only the positive *** reusing,a single chip conducts matrix multiplications and convolutions in neural networks of any ***,hardware deviations are compensated via in-situ backpropagation control provided the simplicity of chip ***,the OCDC meets the requirements for sophisticated regression tasks and we successfully demonstrate a representative neural network,the AUTOMAP(a cutting-edge neural network model for image reconstruction).The quality of reconstructed images by the OCDC and a 32-bit digital computer is *** the best of our knowledge,there is no precedent of performing such state-of-the-art regression tasks on ONN *** is anticipated that the OCDC can promote the novel accomplishment of ONNs in modern AI applications including autonomous driving,natural language processing,and scientific study.

Earlier generations of mobile technology experienced exponential growth in mobile customers, disruptive ecosystems like Internet of Things applications, and massive channel capacity needed to connect trillions of devices. 5G networks are a vital solution. 5G aims to provide 10 Gbps to a single user, as well as quality of service, increased spectrum efficiency, ultra-reliable communication, extended device battery life, massive machine-type communication (mMTC), and a 1000-fold capacity gain. Due to the heavy traffic volume and high resource consumption of 5G applications like augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and wireless body area networks, there are major barriers to channel capacity and potential service disruptions for other users. New strategies are needed to increase spectral efficiency and channel capacity. This paper explores many major new wireless technologies that aim to increase spectral efficiency and channel capacity to meet growing user demands and improve network performance. This paper also examines these technologies’ benefits and research challenges. Massive Multi-Input Multi-Output (mMIMO) technology’s effectiveness and potential distinguish it for 5G and Beyond 5G (B5G) networks, offering a variety of benefits and characteristics. This article can also assist researchers who are conducting in-depth studies, as well as wireless network operators who aim to streamline the development of 5G and B5G networks.

Continued research on the epidermal electronic sensor aims to develop sophisticated platforms that reproduce key multimodal responses in human skin,with the ability to sense various external stimuli,such as pressure,shear,torsion,and *** development of such applications utilizes algorithmic interpretations to analyze the complex stimulus shape,magnitude,and various moduli of the epidermis,requiring multiple complex equations for the attached *** this experiment,we integrate silicon piezoresistors with a customized deep learning data process to facilitate in the precise evaluation and assessment of various stimuli without the need for such *** the ability to surpass conventional vanilla deep regression models,the customized regression and classification model is capable of predicting the magnitude of the external force,epidermal hardness and object shape with an average mean absolute percentage error and accuracy of<15 and 96.9%,*** technical ability of the deep learning-aided sensor and the consequent accurate data process provide important foundations for the future sensory electronic system.

Healthcare monitoring frameworks emerged as one of the most essential frameworks and innovations established over the last decade. As a result of failing to provide adequate clinical attention to patients at the appropriate time, many people are facing the possibility of an untimely death. Ultimately, the goal was to develop an IoT-based integrated healthcare monitoring framework that could be relied upon by healthcare professionals to screen their patients, whether they were in the hospital or at home, to ensure that they were being well-cared for. Sensors, an information acquisition unit, a microcontroller (e.g., Arduino), and a product modification were used to construct a mobile phone-based remote healthcare monitoring framework that may provide continuous web-based data about a patient's physiological states (i.e., JAVA). The framework checks, displays, and stores the patient's temperature, heart rate, and EEG data before sending it out on the specialist's portable device with the application. In this way, an IoT-based patient monitoring framework may effectively monitor a patient's health state and save their life on time. © 2024

Smart meters plays a vital role in operating modern electricity distribution grids. They form the basis to execute smart grid functionalities such as monitoring and grid control. Measurements are done in specific time intervals and relies on bi-directional communication to exchange these information to a control center, utility or trading companies for billing. The access from these external actors are done via a centralized head-end system. Due to bandwidth constraints in communication, the head-end accesses multiple smart meters via so-called data concentrators, sequentially. Thus, the data moves in batches from concentrators to the head-end system. A key challenge here is to acquire all necessary data within a specific time interval. This paper addresses the scheduling of access to smart meters in such a way that it balances two processes: 1) access delays and 2) liveliness of the measured entity (the power load). To find out which order to pull smart meters is not trivial due to these two independent processes. In this paper we use a novel information $\mathbf{centric}$ quality metric, known as mismatch probability, to organize the access to the smart meter considering the two processes. Currently no proper assignment approach to access smart meter has been done, and only some heuristics exists. In order to find out the optimal (in terms of minimum mismatch probability) access sequence of sending smart meter data, we propose, in this paper, to use the Hungarian algorithm using the mismatch probability. Validation of proposed algorithm is done in Matlab. Results, based on experimental and theoretical analysis, show that Hungarian algorithm is a useful approach to address the access scheduling of smart meters.

In context of the current weapon target assignment (WTA) problem, consideration of target capability is often disregarded. To address this issue, we propose an optimized model for weapon target assignment in complex environments. Our model provides a comprehensive description and conducts a detailed analysis of constraints and objective functions in the context of adversarial weapon target assignment (AWTA). To efficiently tackle the assignment problem, we employ the multi-particle swarm optimization algorithm (MOPSO). During the optimization process, we incorporate learning factors and inertia weights to update particle positions, seamlessly implementing the model with a set of adjustable parameters. Experimental results demonstrate that our model effectively captures the concept of adversarial scenarios. Furthermore, by utilizing the MOPSO optimization algorithm, we achieve a superior Pareto front even for small-scale adversarial scenarios, successfully resolving the adversarial WTA problem. Our research contributes an effective optimization approach to address the weapon task assignment problem and offers valuable inspiration for future investigations into multi-objective research. In conclusion, our study reveals the potential of multi-objective optimization research in the context of weapon target assignment. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.
