Personnel and education data very important for organizations, including the military. All data related to military personnel will give effect positions and careers in the military field. The integration of personnel and education data can assist in processing and decision making. An analysis is needed so that the developed system can be useful for the long term. Analysis with IT balanced scorecard and COBIT ® 2019, will be able to help and fill the gaps in the existing system based on the objectives of the military organization itself. It is shown that the domains BAI05 (Managed Organizational Change) and DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents) are still not being implemented well. The system developed will have the features and capabilities to support the organization in achieving its goals, including in the field of staffing and education. Besides, it provides convenience in making decisions in terms of positions related to personnel careers.

Background: Diabetes mellitus is the most challenging and fastest-growing global public health concern. Approximately 10.5% of the global adult population is affected by diabetes, and almost half of them are undiagnosed. The growing at-risk population exacerbates the shortage of health resources, with an estimated 10.6% and 6.2% of adults worldwide having impaired glucose tolerance and impaired fasting glycemia, respectively. All current diabetes screening methods are invasive and opportunistic and must be conducted in a hospital or laboratory by trained professionals. At-risk participants might remain undetected for years and miss the precious time window for early intervention to prevent or delay the onset of diabetes and its complications. Objective: We aimed to develop an artificial intelligence solution to recognize elevated blood glucose levels (≥7.8 mmol/L) noninvasively and evaluate diabetic risk based on repeated measurements. Methods: This study was conducted at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Singapore, and 500 participants were recruited (mean age 38.73, SD 10.61 years;mean BMI 24.4, SD 5.1 kg/m2). The blood glucose levels for most participants were measured before and after consuming 75 g of sugary drinks using both a conventional glucometer (Accu-Chek Performa) and a wrist-worn wearable. The results obtained from the glucometer were used as ground-truth measurements. We performed extensive feature engineering on photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor data and identified features that were sensitive to glucose changes. These selected features were further analyzed using an explainable artificial intelligence approach to understand their contribution to our predictions. Results: Multiple machine learning models were trained and assessed with 10-fold cross-validation, using participant demographic data and critical features extracted from PPG measurements as predictors. This article describes the implementation of an advanced fiber-optic intensity sensor for the comprehensive detection of axles and bogies of rail vehicles in tram transport. The sensor uses the principle of optical fiber bending, where the intensity of transmitted light is modulated due to mechanical stress on the fiber caused by the passage of a tram and the subsequent reversible deformation of the rail. The innovative design of the sensor allows for its easy installation under the rail foot, between the rail and the sleeper, replacing conventional anti-vibration pads, and includes specially designed deformable elements which the optical fiber bends and modulates the transmitted light intensity. During long-term testing (11 months in various weather conditions) conducted in the real tram depot (Ostrava, Czech Republic), 20602 tram passages were secured and analyzed. The sensor demonstrated success in detecting bogies, achieving 100% accuracy with no false positives (FPs) or false negatives (FNs). Axle detection showed an average success rate of 86.1%, with variability among different tram types up to 97.8%. The signal modulation was also subjected to detailed analysis, revealing differences in responses between various tram types, which can be attributed to differences in bogie construction and vehicle weight. Due to its electromagnetic immunity, the implemented fiber-optic sensor offers the potential for more reliable detection and broad application possibilities, including track occupancy monitoring, speed measurement, or determining the direction of travel on single-track lines. With slight optimization, the sensor could also be used to weigh rail vehicles or as an axle counter in railway or light rail transport. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

There have been many studies conducted related to Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data. In this study aims to find out how the relationship between the three and how to form a framework to explain it. The methodology used is qualitative by looking for some literature on smart city framework, IT Governance framework, and a Big Data framework. From these results, an overall picture of the relationship between the three is concluded, where Big Data has a role in IT Governance. and also the relationship of IT Governance to the realization of Smart City. And the final results of this study produce a framework to explain the relationship between Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data. © 2019 IEEE.

Recently, reported a comments on the our paper [Appl. Phys. Lett. 119, 142102(2021)]. With our response, the APL journal rejected their non scientificcomments. There are some ambiguities about their claim: 1-They can check thephonon dispersion of their structure to see ZA out-of-plane mode. 2-They reportthe uniaxial stress-strain responses in Fig 2., which is unrelated to ourpaper. For a more helpful understanding of the mechanical properties of thenovel C6N7 monolayer, they can publish a paper. 3-They mentioned: Using the DFTmethod and with assuming a thickness of 3.35 A for the C6N7 monolayer based ongraphene thickness. This paper reports on the NTIRE 2024 Quality Assessment of AI-Generated Content Challenge, which will be held in conjunction with the New Trends in Image Restoration and Enhancement Workshop (NTIRE) at CVPR 2024. This challenge is to address a major challenge in the field of image and video processing, namely, Image Quality Assessment (IQA) and Video Quality Assessment (VQA) for AI-Generated Content (AIGC). The challenge is divided into the image track and the video track. The image track uses the AIGIQA-20K, which contains 20,000 AI-Generated Images (AIGIs) generated by 15 popular generative models. The image track has a total of 318 registered participants. A total of 1,646 submissions are received in the development phase, and 221 submissions are received in the test phase. Finally, 16 participating teams submitted their models and fact sheets. The video track uses the T2VQA-DB, which contains 10,000 AI-Generated Videos (AIGVs) generated by 9 popular Text-to-Video (T2V) models. A total of 196 participants have registered in the video track. A total of 991 submissions are received in the development phase, and 185 submissions are received in the test phase. Finally, 12 participating teams submitted their models and fact sheets. Some methods have achieved better results than baseline methods, and the winning methods in both tracks have demonstrated superior prediction performance on AIGC. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. Graphene-based terahertz (THz) devices have emerged as promising platforms for a variety of applications, leveraging graphene’s unique optoelectronic properties. This review explores recent advancements in utilizing graphene in THz technology, focusing on two main aspects: THz molecular sensing and THz wave modulation. In molecular sensing, the environment-sensitive THz transmission and emission properties of graphene are utilized for enabling molecular adsorption detection and biomolecular sensing. This capability holds significant potential, from the detection of pesticides to DNA at high sensitivity and selectivity. In THz wave modulation, crucial for next-generation wireless communication systems, graphene demonstrates remarkable potential in absorption modulation when gated. Novel device structures, spectroscopic systems, and metasurface architectures have enabled enhanced absorption and wave modulation. Furthermore, techniques such as spatial phase modulation and polarization manipulation have been explored. From sensing to communication, graphene-based THz devices present a wide array of opportunities for future research and development. Finally, advancements in sensing techniques not only enhance biomolecular analysis but also contribute to optimizing graphene’s properties for communication by enabling efficient modulation of electromagnetic waves. Conversely, developments in communication strategies inform and enhance sensing capabilities, establishing a mutually beneficial relationship. © 2024, CC BY.

Autism Spectrum Disorder is a pervasive developmental disorder that will affect children in terms of interpersonal communication, social interaction, and imaginative levels in play. Many therapies to help the motor neuron performance is one of them Pretend Play. Pretend Play is a therapy that invites children in playing to demonstrate something else and tell how to use objects that are considered in the child's imagination. However, in the era of highly developed technology, many fields have used the Augmented Reality method as a visualization of various aspects. With this method researchers will present the therapeutic visualization of the block to 3D transportation tool that is useful for strengthening motor nerves and visual strength of the child. The system can run well during marker detection, marker movement, and 3D object display with the accuracy of precision angle and distance between virtual world with real world reach 100% with angle 0 at distance 31 cm and the maximum distance from the marker is 46 cm and the maximum angle is 30. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

We explored THz emission from $\mathrm{Si}^{2} / \mathrm{SiO}_{2} / / \mathrm{Ta} / \mathrm{Fe} / \mathrm{Ru} /$ $\mathrm{Ni} / \mathrm{Al}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{3}$ spintronic emitters. We tuned magnetization alignment of Fe and Ni layers by varying the interlayer exchange coupling (IEC) strength using a range of Ru layer thickness t. Depending on IEC strength, magnetization hysteresis shows either ferromagnetic $(t=1.1 \mathrm{~nm}, 1.5 \mathrm{~nm})$, antiferromagnetic $(t=1.3 \mathrm{~nm})$ or canted $(t=1.7 \mathrm{~nm}, 1.9 \mathrm{~nm})$ relative alignment. Competition between IEC and an external magnetic field results in a dramatic difference in THz emission from the ferromagnetically (FM) and anti-ferromagnetically (AFM) coupled structures. The resulting THz emission from IEC structures is a result of an interference of THz transiens generated by the individual $\mathrm{Fe} / \mathrm{Ru}$ and $\mathrm{Ru} / \mathrm{Ni}$ emitters.

Solar dryer is typically used for agricultural purposes in Indonesia. There are many economically important crops requiring storage or drying under particular environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity. High temperatures inside solar dryer prevents the growth of microorganism, and quickly reduce moisture content from the substance. A hybrid solar dryer is generally considered to provide the most optimum solution, however solar panels may be expensive and they still only provide heat or energy in the daytime. Hence, we propose here a new kind of hybrid solar dryer for 24/7 optimum conditions for crops - enabled by recent advances in energy technologies as well as Industry 4.0. This study aims to create an efficient, affordable and a self-sufficient intelligent energy system that will be applied to agriculture for storage or drying purposes by measuring the energy needs for the optimal drying system. Therefore, it is crucial to estimate and assess the critical energy needs for such new systems in order to optimize and design such smart solar dryer (SSD) system especially for Indonesia's agricultural needs. We use design experience of our industry partner (PT Impack Pratama Industri, Indonesia) who has been working extensively on such solar dryer dome (SDD) based on polycarbonate material (only solar irradiation, no other technologies) and theoretical framework based on first principles in thermodynamics to estimate and assess critical energy needs for such dome with all the smart technologies. The calculation was performed based on Mollier diagram and the result still a rough estimation of energy required.
