Anomalies in data become ubiquitous and often unavoidable. Despite it might be caused by various errors during the data collection or transportation, some anomalies potentially give important information such as indication of a new underlying process. The aim of anomaly detection task is to determine all such instances in the input dataset in a data-driven fashion. In the past decade, the proliferation of anomaly data in many domains have raised research interest resulted in a plethora of anomaly detection methods A vast number of previous study reports suggested that there is no single model will achieve the best performance for every dataset. This paper presents empiric results on the effect of several kernel functions to performance of One-Class Support Vector Machine (OC-SVM) as an anomaly detector model. The proposed model is tested using financial transactions of microfinance service dataset from an Indonesian Bank. The empiric results showed that OC-SVM model with Sigmoid and RBF kernels achieve the best statistically significant value of training, validation, and testing accuracies than the OC-SVM model with no-kernel, linear kernel and polynomial (degree 3,4,5,6) kernels.

Wireless technology gradual growth in the latest years has facilitated it to bridge its applications operated extensively in many types of industry. Wireless sensor network (WSN) technology brings several benefits over traditional wired technology by reason of the lower cost, immense flexibility escalation, and scalability which is able to be obtained from the old-style one. However, in its application WSN still experience some constraints on resource limitations in the form: processor, memory and energy, and any more challenges that related to availability, reliability and security. Based on its benefits, limitation, and challenges, and also three systematic stages, the review study was performed. The result of study was portrayed in this paper. It is regarding investigation result of hybrid cryptography (HC, as one of defense methods) realized for WSN to methodically increase the security level and decrease the resources usage. The result concluded that HC was proven in escalating the security defense level and downgrading the resources use on WSN compared to symmetric and asymmetric algorithms. © 2018 IEEE.

This study proposes a multiparty mediated quantum secret sharing (MQSS) protocol that allows n restricted quantum users to share a secret via the assistance of a dishonest third-party (TP) with full quantum capabilities. Under the premise that a restricted quantum user can only perform the Hadamard transformation and the Z-basis measurement, the proposed MQSS protocol has addressed two common challenges in the existing semi-quantum secret sharing protocols: (1) the dealer must have full quantum capability, and (2) the classical users must equip with the wavelength quantum filter and the photon number splitters (PNS) to detect the Trojan horse attacks. The security analysis has also delivered proof to show that the proposed MQSS protocol can avoid the collective attack, the collusion attack, and the Trojan horse attacks. In addition, the proposed MQSS protocol is more efficient than the existing SQSS protocols due to the restricted quantum users can only equip with two quantum operations, and the qubits are transmitted within a shorter distance. Every organization must ensure that information assets are protected and information security system has been implemented well. PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet is a provider of business solutions applications and implementation services that include application Human Resource information System (HRIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). In order to ensure the security of the information, then in 2015 PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet implement ISO 27001: 2013. Through the implementation of ISO 27001: 2013, it is expected that information can be properly maintained, which in turn will affect the business continuity. Companies need to know the extent to which the process has been applied and what actions can be done to improve the performance of the application of ISO 27001: 2013. Factor analysis was conducted first to determine the factors that affect to the information security. After the factors that affect to the information security known, then observation and interview conducted to gather data about PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet ISO 27001:2013 implementation according to the factors that affect. And then recommendation and corrective action developed using gap analysis method. The most influential factor to the security of customer information PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet is a factor access control and security operations. For the audit results IS027001: 2013 from the aspect of access control, they found 11 check items that fit into the category of NC (Non-Conformance) of 33 check items in which 9 of them in the category of major and two remaining categories minor, while for operations security aspects of the 12 check items, found 5 that goes into the category of NC (Non-Conformance) and everything was included into the category of minor. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The rapid growth of e-commerce for sustainable industry in Indonesia leads to competition for customer acquisition. Instead of gaining loyalty, customers are trapped in a price war and take advantage to compare and choose the one with the best offer. This study aims to analyze important factors of an online retailer to determine customer loyalty in the productive age group. This study contributes to design a questionnaire that can be utilized in analyzing customer loyalty to a retailer in e-commerce (popularly known as the term e-tailer). The questionnaire can be distributed through the Internet to gather demography, population, and e-loyalty factors. Questionnaire design is proposed containing three parts: Part A – Demography, Part B – Targeted Population, and Part C - e-Loyalty Factors. While Part A records basic information and Part B validates, Part C records respondent's assessment to an e - tailer. Therefore, the outcome delivers a data engineering method to help e-tailers determine important factors to gain customer loyalty.

HKBP Kebon Jeruk Church has a lot of data consisting of church data, Pastor data, Church server data, family data, marital data, baptismal data, and also about church agenda such as the schedule of activities Church, schedule of church service. The problem in HKBP Kebon Jeruk is that the Data is provided and managed manually, as well as difficulties in finding the necessary information. Therefore, the system needs to be built by the HKBP Kebon Jeruk Church to request church management data. The method used in the HKBP Kebon Jeruk system is the Extreme programming method, and the analysis used is the PIECES analysis. The result of this research is to build the HKBP Kebon Jeruk system according to the needs of the user.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that encourage the use of visual electronic banking system (VEBS) application in Bank Central Asia Corporation, and provide an idea to increase the use of VEBS. This study using UTAUT 2 model approach. The primary data obtained from interviews, direct observation and questionnaires that distributed and processed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study provide qualitative calculation results of UTAUT 2 variable. The conclusion obtained that interest of the use of application VEBS affected by variables facilitating condition, performance expectancy and behavioral intention. From these conclusions this study provided an idea to the future development of application's features for more effective and efficient use. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The use of instant messaging (IM) application is very communal among smartphone users, as it delivers ease in interaction and communication. The speed at which technologies, growth, and expansion of networks infrastructure for high-speed data networks (e.g. wifi, 4G, etc.) are changing and the high number of IM applications are available. IM application usage is significantly escalating, also for doing illegitimate purposes, particularly to organize and coordinate criminal acts. They are practically exploited by the criminality groups involved when they target and interact with the victims, or try to run away from criminal occurrences. By systematically conducting a review to understand and to investigate IM applications topic coming from a number of scientific sources (e.g. manuscripts, metadata, files, etc.), a broader picture and opportunity to regain the valuable evidence in the investigation is academically provided. © 2018 IEEE.

A road traffic engineering (RTE) is realistically required to reduce the road traffic congestion (RTC) degree. The congestion negatively affects not only to economy and physiology factors, but also for human environment and health. This paper methodologically represents the development of ecological decision support system based on the concept of fuzzy logic (Fuzzy ecoDSS) for RTE. Three types of core method operated here;fuzzy logic, water flow algorithm (WFA), and object oriented. The method fuzzy logic used to avoid the fuzziness in parameterizing and prioritize the parameters. The WFA approach functioned to replicate the flow of road traffic and optimize it thru RTE. Finally, the method object oriented benefited to analyze and design the constructed system. Thus, the simulation result exhibits the best decision alternative taken gives better air condition (more 200% than normal condition) and better road traffic velocity (more 2,200% than normal situation). © 2018 IEEE.

A system for automatic detection of road damages is essential for logistics management. At the core of the system lies an algorithm for classification of damages. This work intends to establish such an algorithm. In the current proposal, the algorithm receives data of the probe vehicle rate of rotations, extracts statistics descriptive from the data to produce a feature vector, and finally, feeds the vector to a simple-three-layer neural network to classify the damages. The types of damages are limited to four cases: normal, pothole, speed bump, and expansion joint. For the development, a probe vehicle is used to produce 400 empirical data involving those four damage cases. By using Monte Carlo approach, the established neural network model is evaluated. The results show that the approach is able to classify the cases with 85% accuracy. The study also finds that the rates of pitch and roll to be the determining factors. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.
