Congestion in Jakarta is a chronic problem and is still being sought. The growing city of Jakarta is facing various international events, increasing the complexity of these congestion problems. This research is aimed to propose an alternative solution for congestion problem in Jakarta using Cased-Based Reasoning (CBR) approach on Pejompongan area. The CBR integrated model analyzes congestion at a given point in a particular hour to identify the same case. The Cased-Based Management (CBM) algorithm approach is used to capture transient problems and ultimately reduce case base cases for their contribution to long-term maintenance. Congestion data is obtained from CCTV cameras via website *** in some strategic areas. With that data, we use CBR's integrated model to adjust traffic time for traffic flow to be optimized so that congestion will decompose. The results of this study can be used by relevant government agencies and policymakers in Jakarta to formulate the best solution to solve the congestion problem in the Indonesian capital. Image analysis at nights and bad weather conditions become a limitation and also the integration with traffic lights control in this paper that can be a new topic for further research. © 2018 IEEE.

In Law Number 24 Year 2007 concerning Disaster Management, it is stated that the central government and regional governments are responsible for implementing disaster management, with an emphasis on preparedness and mitigation in dealing with natural disasters, but the socialization of these two matters is not regulated in the law exist, so that the planning and implementation of the socialization and internalization program must be carried out by the community itself. Exposure in this paper aims to provide an overview of how socialization of mitigation in dealing with natural disasters carried out by the use of information systems and technology can be successful with reference to the theory of SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization), knowledge development with data formed based on the perspective of the community. Factor analysis method is used to look for the success factors of mitigation socialization in the face of natural disasters. Furthermore, from the new factors that are formed, further analysis is carried out with a regression analysis method to develop a successful model of disaster mitigation socialization *** results of the study provide a number of new factors that can be represented as variables of community awareness of natural disasters, mitigation socialization processes in the face of natural disasters, availability of systems and information technology, and knowledge management governance on natural disaster mitigation. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the momentum of the industrial revolution era 4.0 can be utilized to support the socialization process of natural disaster mitigation independently measured based on the local wisdom of the local community.

This review presents a comprehensive perspective on the genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Taiwan, with a focus on next-generation sequencing and phylogenetic interpretation. This article aimed to explore how Taiwan has utilized genomic sequencing technologies and surveillance to monitor and mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We examined databases and sources of genomic sequences and highlighted the role of data science methodologies in the explanation and analyses of evolutionary data. This review addressed the challenges and limitations inherent in genomic surveillance, such as concerns regarding data quality and the necessity for interdisciplinary expertise for accurate data interpretation. Special attention was given to the unique challenges faced by Taiwan, including its high population density and major transit destination for international travelers. We underscored the far-reaching implications of genomic surveillance data for public health policy, particularly in influencing decisions regarding travel restrictions, vaccine administration, and public health decision-making. Studies were examined to demonstrate the effectiveness of using genomic data to implement public health measures. Future research should prioritize the integration of methodologies and technologies in evolutionary data science, particularly focusing on phylodynamic analytics. This integration is crucial to enhance the precision and applicability of genomic data. Overall, we have provided an overview of the significance of genomic surveillance in tracking SARS-CoV-2 variants globally and the pivotal role of data science methodologies in interpreting these data for effective public health interventions.

Comparison of Nutritional Risk Screening Tools for the Elderly

Background: According to a report by the Ministry of the Interior, R.O.C. (Taiwan) in 2019, the elderly aged of 65 years in Taiwan had reached 14.62% of the population, and so Taiwan has officially become an aged society. The Nutrition and Health Survey in Taiwan in 2014～2016 (2014-2016 NAHSIT) also reported that the elderly had an imbalanced dietary intake from six food groups. Aim: By comparing the nutritional risk screening tools for the elderly in different countries, we attempted to understand commonly used nutritional screening tools and screening questions in these questionnaires as a reference for future development or revision of nutritional risk screening tools for the elderly in Taiwan. Methods: In order to understand the nutritional status of the elderly, this study collected nutritional risk screening tools from Taiwan, Japan, China, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia through literature reviews. We also analyzed anthropometric measurements, food intake, mobility, diseases, health status, and neuropsychological problems according to different nutritional risk screening tools. Results: The Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA), the MNA Short Form (MNA-SF), Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST), Subjective Global Assessment (SGA), and Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) are commonly used in those countries. Questions about the body weight and food intake were most common. Conclusions: The most commonly used screening questions among international nutritional risk screening tools for the elderly were about body weight and food intake. An analysis of nutritional risk screening tools will be helpful in developing a suitable nutritional risk screening tool for Taiwan and therefore may provide appropriate nutritional support to the elderly with nutritional risks. © 2019 Nutrition Society in Taiwan. Searching for data or documents that are always a necessity in the world of education, work, research an others requires convenience so that time efficiency occurs. This is supported by the emergence of various information Retrieval system applications, one of which is cata, which is built on the Java programming language and applies the Generalized Vector Space Model method which can search based on similar keywords. Other facilities need to be developed, one of which is by applying the stemmer porter algorithm applied to the WTS (Web Tokenization Stemming) web which is built with the laravel framework that can search data or documents simply by typing the basic words so that searches are easier and faster.

Accuracy for Sentiment Analysis of Twitter Students on ELearning in Indonesia using Naive Bayes Algorithm Based on Particle Swarm Optimization

Students can use social media such as Twitter for online learning (E-Learning). This study aims to analyse an accuracy for the sentiments of students about E-Learning who use Indonesian on Twitter social media both positive and negative opinions. The algorithms used are Naive Bayes (NB). Then to optimize the accuracy of the calculation results, the Particle Swarm Optimization (NB-PSO) approach is used. In order to optimize accurate results, this study uses three experimental sequences (scenario 1, scenario 2, and scenario 2) for both NB and NB-PSO algorithms. Each scenario uses different positive and negative comments. The results of the experiment show that in scenario 1 an increase in accuracy is 10.00% for NB-PSO. Scenario 2 there is an increase in accuracy of 13.33% on NB-PSO. Meanwhile, in scenario 3 an increase in accuracy is 27.22% for NB-PSO. These results prove that the accuracy of NB-PSO is better than NB for all scenarios.

Attendance, presence, or attendance recording is very important for every lecture, office or other organizational activities. Currently, recording student attendance activities at Mercu Buana University is by calling one by one the students by the lecturer, then the lecturer signs attendance on the special application form for lecturers that have been provided. For this reason, it is necessary to design a database to create the database. The analysis used is SWOT to compare between Gaudy Booch and Ivan Jacobson methods. This comparison is used to find out which method is appropriate in implementing a better database. Based on the database design that is made to further facilitate archiving of attendance, increase data efficiency. From the results of the research with class diagram description objects, the class diagram and database model that we use is from Ivar Jacobson, because it shows how actors from class diagrams point to Object-Oriented Software Engineering that has advantages that are easy to learn and have notation simpler.

Social media can be used to support learning activities in non-formal education. The utilization of social media by students can be seen as a strategy to improve the students' engagement in e-Learning. It is an important goal for the e-Learning of non-formal education. This study aims to propose a strategy using social media to increase students engagement in E-Learning for the Equivalency Education program (SosMed E-LEEP strategy). This strategy has several key components. These components are students, social media, E-LEEP, and Students Engagement. SosMed E-LEEP Strategy consists of sharing activities, getting information, discussing, and interacting with students and Tutor, and for learning purpose. Each of these strategic activities is expected to improve students engagement, namely: access to learning materials, forum discussion activities, and assignment uploading.

Understanding learning culture based on learning activities is important for learning success in an e-Learning. As an effort that can be done for this purpose, it is necessary to build a student learning culture based on students activities. The study proposes a Cultural Framework for Learning in an E-Learning. It is called E-LEEP Culture because used in an e-Learning the Equality Education program (E-LEEP). This framework has five key components, namely: Students, E-LEEP, Learning Activities, Learning Culture, and Digital Contents. Learning culture component in E-LEEP Culture Framework consists of sharing activities, getting information, discussingIndividualistic Learning, Collaborative Learning, Learning Time (learn a little), and Learning Time (learn a lot). Each of the components is expected as a basis for providing learning material that suits the needs of students.

Wireless technology gradual growth in the latest years has facilitated it to bridge its applications operated extensively in many types of industry. Wireless sensor network (WSN) technology brings several benefits over traditional wired technology by reason of the lower cost, immense flexibility escalation, and scalability which is able to be obtained from the old-style one. However, in its application WSN still experience some constraints on resource limitations in the form: processor, memory and energy, and any more challenges that related to availability, reliability and security. Based on its benefits, limitation, and challenges, and also three systematic stages, the review study was performed. The result of study was portrayed in this paper. It is regarding investigation result of hybrid cryptography (HC, as one of defense methods) realized for WSN to methodically increase the security level and decrease the resources usage. The result concluded that HC was proven in escalating the security defense level and downgrading the resources use on WSN compared to symmetric and asymmetric algorithms.
