Tropical disease is one of the infectious diseases that affect Indonesia. Many people die because of tropical diseases, such as dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), chikungunya, leprosy, lymphatic, and filariasis. The Indonesian government's lack of public policy is the main problem in treating and preventing tropical diseases. The paper aims to describe the analysis results of the incidence of DHF in Jakarta, Indonesia. The analysis used the DHF incidences data from the Jakarta Health service surveillance office representative and combined it with the meteorological parameters data. The meteorological parameters were collected from the Bureau of Meteorological Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG). The statistical analysis of this research used Pearson's correlation. The results show that the meteorological parameters affecting DHF incidences are temperature, humidity, and wind speed. © 2022 IEEE.

multidisciplinary collaboration between public health, system engineering, and UX is able to generate a solution in healthcare problem like stunting. The principle of Agile UX gathers requirements to generate an application design. Currently, various website and mobile applications are available to be utilized for stunting research. StuntingDB is one of many web-based applications that specialized in stunting data management. The application required several types of users to operate hierarchically. This research focused on Public Health Officers' workflow that require a solution to in the form of assessment module for stunting DBMS by using Agile UX principle. The method collaborates agile team and UX team to solve Public Health Officer's difficulty in changing stunting status at pre-saved child patient's profile. Collaboration of both agile team and UX team successfully proposed an application design that system design. © 2022 IEEE.

A Quadrotor attitude control requires stabilization of the tilt and rotation speed of the roll, pitch and yaw axis. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy inference to attitude control of quadrotors. In addition, we implement the fuzzy inference on Field-programmable Gate Array (FPGA) to reduce power consumption. The proposed system, the fuzzy inference module is applied to each of the roll, pitch and yaw axis, and the operation amount of the quadrotor motor is obtained from each output value. © 2021 IEEE.

Currently, the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is spreading around the world. While a vaccine has been developed for COVID-19, it has still not been contained and is having a major impact on both economic and psychological well-being. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate what influences behavior and by analyzing the emotion words. Social Network Services (SNS) are used by users of all ages making it possible to collect big data. In this paper, we propose a method to analyze and visualize information about COVID-19 and emotion words from COVID-19 related tweets on Twitter. © 2021 IEEE.

Photometric stereo is a well-established technique to es-timate the surface normal of an object. However, the re-quirement of capturing multiple high dynamic range images under different illumination conditions limits the speed and real-time applications. This paper introduces EventPS, a novel approach to real-time photometric stereo using an event camera. Capitalizing on the exceptional temporal resolution, dynamic range, and low bandwidth character-istics of event cameras, EventPS estimates surface nor-mal only from the radiance changes, significantly enhancing data efficiency. EventPS seamlessly integrates with both optimization-based and deep-learning-based photo-metric stereo techniques to offer a robust solution for non-Lambertian surfaces. Extensive experiments validate the effectiveness and efficiency of EventPS compared to frame-based counterparts. Our algorithm runs at over 30 fps in real-world scenarios, unleashing the potential of EventPS in time-sensitive and high-speed downstream applications. 1 1 Code available: https://***/ybh1998/EventPS

The launch of StuntingDB is believed to enliven the role of database management systems (DBMS) in Indonesia's stunting research. However, a novelty in stunting data management that enables parallel project activation in multiple observation areas is necessary. Several improved functionalities in StuntingDB must be designed to prevent the high demand for accessibility in the middle of stunting research. Connolly and Begg's principle of database design is adopted along with Software Development Life Cycle's Waterfall model for creating a continuous development of the system. This research produces a new database design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Use Case Diagram to help system developers realizing a new version of StuntingDB for stunting research in several observation areas. © 2022 IEEE.

Automatic liver tumor detection from computed tomography (CT) makes clinical examinations more accurate. However, deep learning-based detection algorithms are characterized by high sensitivity and low precision, which hinders diagnosis given that false-positive tumors must first be identified and excluded. These false positives arise because detection models incorrectly identify partial volume artifacts as lesions, which in turn stems from the inability to learn the perihepatic structure from a global perspective. To overcome this limitation, we propose a novel slice-fusion method in which mining the global structural relationship between the tissues in the target CT slices and fusing the features of adjacent slices according to the importance of the tissues. Furthermore, we design a new network based on our slice-fusion method and Mask R-CNN detection model, called Pinpoint-Net. We evaluated proposed model on the Liver Tumor Segmentation Challenge (LiTS) dataset and our liver metastases dataset. Experiments demonstrated that our slice-fusion method not only enhance tumor detection ability via reducing the number of false-positive tumors smaller than 10mm, but also improve segmentation performance. Without bells and whistles, a single Pinpoint-Net showed outstanding performance in liver tumor detection and segmentation on LiTS test dataset compared with other state-of-the-art models. © 2004-2012 IEEE.

This study analyzed interactions between Twitter users in conversations regarding Indonesia's state-owned vaccine manufacturer 'Biofarma' in 2021. The primary objective of this study is to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) due to the need of authentic and trustworthy persona in social media. A technique called network centrality was employed in this research alongside four centrality measurements, namely degree of centrality, eigenvector centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality. Focused on using a reply network interaction dataset, the research discovered several important usernames with different roles that enlivened the conversation and have a potential for social media marketing optimization. © 2022 IEEE.

In this digital era, we are exposed to a large amount of data. This includes biological data, which stores information about living organisms, including Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), genes, and proteins. With the development of information technology and information system, most of available biological data are stored in an online public database. Many of the databases are free-access and easily used, which helps the users, especially researchers, to make use of the data. Among the known public biological databases are the University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC) Genome Browser Database and the Rat Genome Database (RGD). These two databases provide access to the biological data from different organisms. This paper aims to describe the technology of public biological databases. Also elucidated in this paper are the differences features between UCSC Genome Browser Database and the RGD. Our results showed that the UCSC contains much more biological data and features than the RGD. However, the genome browser of UCSC has a complex display, while the RGD has a simple display. Overall, both databases give the users the option to choose the most suitable database for them. © 2022 IEEE.

In online-based virtual worlds such as Metaverse, Online Games, and other online digital spaces, the virtual/digital goods (digital items / digital assets) are fundamental things that must be available to be able to do business & create an economy in the virtual world through monetization & transactions from these digital goods. This research focuses on summarizing and exploring the attributes used in digital goods in the virtual world by extracting attributes in digital goods from other related studies using the Systematic Literature Review methodology & PRISMA Framework comprehensively so that it can be a reference for developers in designing the properties and functions of digital goods in the virtual world that are being developed, which in this case will be in the form of an NFT in the future. Based on research that has been carried out, 3 essential metadata attributes have the most influence on transactions, number 1 Visual Design / Aesthetic (Representative), number 2 Effect (Utilities), and number 3 Statistics / Performance (Utilities) which must be considered in developing/making digital goods in the form of NFTs in the virtual world so that the value of digital goods can attract users to buy or transact them in the virtual world.
