Manual diagnosis of brain tumors usingmagnetic resonance images(MRI)is a hectic process and ***,it always requires an expert person for the ***,many computer-controlled methods for diagnosing and classifying brain tumors have been introduced in the *** paper proposes a novel multimodal brain tumor classification framework based on two-way deep learning feature extraction and a hybrid feature optimization ***-Mobile,a pre-trained deep learning model,has been fine-tuned and twoway trained on original and enhancedMRI *** haze-convolutional neural network(haze-CNN)approach is developed and employed on the original images for contrast ***,transfer learning(TL)is utilized for training two-way fine-tuned models and extracting feature vectors from the global average pooling ***,using a multiset canonical correlation analysis(CCA)method,features of both deep learning models are fused into a single feature matrix—this technique aims to enhance the information in terms of features for better *** the information was increased,computational time also *** issue is resolved using a hybrid feature optimization algorithm that chooses the best classification *** experiments were done on two publicly available datasets—BraTs2018 and BraTs2019—and yielded accuracy rates of 94.8%and 95.7%,*** proposedmethod is comparedwith several recent studies andoutperformed *** addition,we analyze the performance of each middle step of the proposed approach and find the selection technique strengthens the proposed framework.

The explosive growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) has had a substantial impact on daily life and businesses, allowing for real-time monitoring and decision-making. However, increased connectivity also brings higher security risks, such as botnet attacks and the need for stronger user authentication. This research explores how machine learning can enhance Internet of Things security by identifying abnormal activity, utilizing behavioral biometrics to secure cloud-based dashboards, and detecting botnet threats early. Researchers tested numerous machine learning methods, including K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Decision Trees, Logistic Regression, and XGBoost on publicly available datasets. The Decision Tree model earned an impressive accuracy rate of 0.73 for anomaly identification, proving its supremacy in dealing with complex security risks, while the XGBoost model demonstrated strong performance with a 92% accuracy rate for detecting TCP SYN flood attacks. Research findings show the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing the security and reliability of IoT devices. This study provides significant insights into the use of machine learning to protect IoT devices while also addressing crucial concerns such as power consumption and privacy.

The automobile service industry's explosive growth highlights the need for creative approaches to boost operational effectiveness and user experience. This study introduces a Hybrid Garage Assistance system, integrating Classical Machine Learning (ML) techniques with Generative AI to optimize garage service discovery and analysis. The system employs sophisticated data processing methods, including Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) vectorization and regex-based service detection, to extract actionable insights from unstructured garage *** to the system are machine learning models Random Forest (RF) and XGBoost (XGB) which achieve high precision and recall in classifying garage services. A hybrid search mechanism, combining cosine similarity with ML-driven predictions, ensures the delivery of highly personalized search results. To further refine decision-making, the system incorporates Generative AI models such as Perplexity for web-based research, Gemini for location-specific analysis, Mistral for email sending and GPT-4 for detailed service recommendations and dall-e for creating user specific parts images. These advanced tools provide users with comprehensive information that enables them to make well-informed decisions about garage *** evaluation of the system is conducted using robust metrics, including precision, recall, F1-score, and system latency. Experimental results reveal a precision of 85%, recall of 70.8%, and an F1-score of 77.2%, demonstrating the efficacy of integrating classical ML with generative AI. In terms of security and privacy,mobile ad-hoc network(MANET)continues to be in demand for additional debate and *** more MANET applications become data-oriented,implementing a secure and reliable data transfer protocol becomes a major concern in the ***,MANET’s lack of infrastructure,unpredictable topology,and restricted resources,as well as the lack of a previously permitted trust relationship among connected nodes,contribute to the attack detection burden.A novel detection approach is presented in this paper to classify passive and active black-hole *** proposed approach is based on the dipper throated optimization(DTO)algorithm,which presents a plausible path out of multiple paths for statistics transmission to boost MANETs’quality of service.A group of selected packet features will then be weighed by the DTO-based multi-layer perceptron(DTO-MLP),and these features are collected from nodes using the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchical(LEACH)clustering *** is a powerful classifier and the DTO weight optimization method has a significant impact on improving the classification process by strengthening the weights of key features while suppressing the weights ofminor *** hybridmethod is primarily designed to combat active black-hole *** the LEACH clustering phase,however,can also detect passive black-hole *** effect of mobility variation on detection error and routing overhead is explored and evaluated using the suggested *** diverse mobility situations,the results demonstrate up to 97%detection accuracy and faster execution ***,the suggested approach uses an adjustable threshold value to make a correct conclusion regarding whether a node is malicious or benign.

Dropout (DO) has negative implications for individuals and educational institutions. The field of education data mining (EDM) offers valuable contributions to prevent dropout cases and improve student retention. This study focuses on implementing EDM to identify students at risk of dropping out by integrating academic activity criteria with real-time data sources. Previous studies have encountered limitations in classification and clustering techniques, with classification relying on labeled training data (supervised learning) and clustering constrained by attribute or criteria weight (unsupervised learning). This study aims to address these limitations by combining the PROMETHEE II ranking approach and the CRITIC weighting method, producing a list of students with dropout potential. The results can aid stakeholders in implementing preventive measures. The study involves several steps: 1) Collecting data through integration with academic portals;2) Filtering and selecting criteria for student academic activities;3) Transforming and normalizing the data;4) Applying automatic weighting using CRITIC;5) Calculating criteria rankings using the PROMETHEE II technique;and 6) Validating the ranking outcomes. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's digital age, recommendation systems have become an important tool in many sectors, including education. This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the literature related to recommendation systems in an educational context. Using major scientific databases and bibliometric analysis tools, we evaluate publications from the last 5 years to identify research trends, collaboration patterns, and methodological developments. Our results show a significant increase in the number of publications and interest in this field, with a wide variety of research themes ranging from personalized learning to optimization of educational resources. The most dominant analytics techniques include collaborative filtering and content-based filtering, while hybrid and deep learning approaches show growing potential. In addition, we identified geographic and institutional concentrations of research, as well as a set of challenges such as data privacy and the need for adaptation to learner dynamics. This research underscores the importance of recommendation systems in improving tailored educational experiences and supporting data-driven academic decisions. We also offer insights for future research directions, including the need for interdisciplinary research and closer international collaboration. © 2024 IEEE.

Reinforcement learning(RL) has roots in dynamic programming and it is called adaptive/approximate dynamic programming(ADP) within the control community. This paper reviews recent developments in ADP along with RL and its applications to various advanced control fields. First, the background of the development of ADP is described, emphasizing the significance of regulation and tracking control problems. Some effective offline and online algorithms for ADP/adaptive critic control are displayed, where the main results towards discrete-time systems and continuous-time systems are surveyed, ***, the research progress on adaptive critic control based on the event-triggered framework and under uncertain environment is discussed, respectively, where event-based design, robust stabilization, and game design are reviewed. Moreover, the extensions of ADP for addressing control problems under complex environment attract enormous attention. The ADP architecture is revisited under the perspective of data-driven and RL frameworks,showing how they promote ADP formulation ***, several typical control applications with respect to RL and ADP are summarized, particularly in the fields of wastewater treatment processes and power systems, followed by some general prospects for future research. Overall, the comprehensive survey on ADP and RL for advanced control applications has d emonstrated its remarkable potential within the artificial intelligence era. In addition, it also plays a vital role in promoting environmental protection and industrial intelligence.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a form of Internet-based distributed computing that allows devices and their services to interact and execute tasks for each other. Consequently, the footprint of the IoT is increasing and becoming more complex to the highest degree. This has also given birth to new IoT-enabled applications and services. Efficient service interaction and management also call for understanding and analyzing the nature of IoT services. Further, IoT services must be characterized into various classes, and different service-related attributes must be considered for the classification. This article assesses the requirements of heterogeneous IoT services by examining their interactions. Principally, heterogeneous IoT and their service interactions are targeted. The research work performs classification of IoT services into various classes. Services are classified on the basis of various attributes. The attributes reflect different characteristics of the services. This research enables improved utilization of IoT services through efficient classification of available resources using machine learning methods. To demonstrate service classification applicability, the SVM, voting classifier, and decision tree have been applied in a service-oriented environment along with different types of services. All the services in the data set were analyzed and divided into five classes. Moreover, the decision tree performed well and achieved higher accuracy values in all classes. However, the overall prediction and classification of the decision tree model were observed to be good and satisfactorily high. © 2013 IEEE.

Ionic fluidic devices are gaining interest due to their role in enabling self-powered neuromorphic computing *** this study,we present an approach that integrates an iontronic fluidic memristive(IFM)device with low input impedance and a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)based on ferrofluid(FF),which has high input *** incorporating contact separation electromagnetic(EMG)signals with low input impedance into our FF TENG device,we enhance the FF TENG’s performance by increasing energy harvesting,thereby enabling the autonomous powering of IFM devices for self-powered ***,replicating neuronal activities using artificial iontronic fluidic systems is key to advancing neuromorphic *** fluidic devices,composed of soft-matter materials,dynamically adjust their conductance by altering the solution *** developed voltage-controlled memristor and memcapacitor memory in polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)structures,utilising a fluidic interface of FF and polyacrylic acid partial sodium salt(PAA Na^(+)).The confined ion interactions in this system induce hysteresis in ion transport across various frequencies,resulting in significant ion memory *** IFM successfully replicates diverse electric pulse patterns,making it highly suitable for neuromorphic ***,our system demonstrates synapse-like learning functions,storing and retrieving short-term(STM)and long-term memory(LTM).The fluidic memristor exhibits dynamic synapse-like features,making it a promising candidate for the hardware implementation of neural *** TENG/EMG device adaptability and seamless integration with biological systems enable the development of advanced neuromorphic devices using iontronic fluidic materials,further enhanced by intricate chemical designs for self-powered electronics.
