As a company which relates its customer service, a software company (this case is PT Boon Software) is induced to give the good service to its customer. The existing information technology (IT) system service is made by patchwork. It brings some problems in service catalog, problem managment, change management, and service level agreement (SLA). The purpose of this research is to implement helpdesk system to software company with information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework as a standard reference to solve various problem related information technology service on a company. This research starts by investigation all stakeholders of the company with some questionnares. Implementation ITIL is strated by finding the gap between the current condition and the standard base line in ITIL. After implementation IT service using ITIL, the stakeholders are asked the same questionnares. The result shows that there is significant different before and after implementing system service using ITIL. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Digital image processing aims to improve the quality of an original image so that it can display an image that is relatively better than the original image, so as to obtain the detailed information needed for an analysis need. Quality degradation Biomedical images in computerization usually experience changes in brightness, blur, and contrast stretching. Because of the deterioration in the image quality, doctors and patients cannot obtain the information needed for analysis, therefore the need for biomedical image processing techniques with spatial domain methods to improve the quality and details of information in the image so that it helps doctors in diagnosing. Data analysis is biomedical images like X-ray images, CT-Scan (computer Tomographic Scan) images, and USG (Ultrasound Graphic) images. A focused study on improving image quality can be done with digital spatial domain image processing techniques. Digital domain image processing is digital image processing based on the manipulation of pixel values in the image directly, in the form of point processing and mask processing. Process testing for each image for Blur level is CT-scan images with a value of 0.98436, ultrasound images with a value of 0.9875, X-ray images with a value of 0.9836. This value is blur level value get near to 1 which means the image becomes clearer. The analysis results prove that the spatial domain method can clarify the object image in this study. The biomedical image quality processing model is proven to be able to improve the quality of the image that is declining due to the digitization process and assist the user in analyzing the biomedical image. © 2021 IEEE.

Good air quality is very important in human health. However, air pollution has been polluted everywhere, whether in the house, in cities. This is caused by a growing industry that produces air pollution. Room air pollution and various cities will contribute to air pollution, which will cause problems for human health. This work measures the carbon monoxide level using the MQ-7 sensor and measures the air's carbon dioxide level with the CCS811 sensor and MH-Z19 sensor. All three sensors are connected to the NodeMCU ESPS266, and we call it a NodeMCU module. Tests are carried out in three rooms in the house, and then three NodeMCU modules are used so that the three modules will send data alternately. Raspberry Pi3 (RPi3) functions as a server that collects data and acquires information data from sensors. Data from the CCS811 (TCOV) sensor, MH-Z19 (co2), will be processed first with fuzzy logic rules to make decisions about CO2, which are right, moderate, nasty conditions. The process is carried out on the Raspberry Pi 3 server with MQTT using publication, customer, fuzzy logic, and broker services. The value of the sensor's measurement results can be accessed via a smartphone and provides good air control values. © 2021 IEEE.

Aims this study to analyze rehabilitation exercises using sensor data embedded in smartphones is widely used to recognize human activities regularly to gain a better understanding of human behavior. However, it is rarely used to measure accelerators of patient movement in hospital wards. This paper proposes an optimized neural network-based feature extraction approach based on the Long Short Term Memory technique to recognize human activity using data from a tri-axial accelerometer. The activity to be measured is the Range of Motion for patient rehabilitation, and rehabilitation exercises are one of the most important steps for recovery. The results of the softmax regression trained on the dataset set have 1, 076, 105 records and 12 class attributes (class distribution). The experimental results on the SAR dataset show that our Long Short Term Memory-based approach is practical and successful, with an accuracy of 89.74%. © 2021 IEEE.

This study aimed to develop a competency model for software development courses in ITE programs as perceived by the IT industry in the Philippines in the new normal. A review of previous studies revealed existing software engineering competency models being referenced by the IT industry along with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) General Education Curriculum (GEC) being referenced by the academe. However, things drastically changed during this global pandemic which may have affected these current standards. Thus, this study aimed to determine the current competency needs in the IT industry in the new normal in relation to the programming courses being offered by the ITE programs in the Philippines;A mixed method three-round Delphi technique was used to solicit a unified expert opinion from the point of view of nine (9) IT industry experts in the Philippines. Twenty-three (23) technical skills and eleven (11) soft skills were extracted from online interviews using thematic analysis. Out of 23 technical skills, nineteen (19) have consensus. The findings produced a competency model for software development courses in the new normal consisting of must-have technical skills, game-changer technical skills, and must-have soft skills. The must-have technical skills include Web Development, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Agile Project Management, Mobile Development, and DevOps. The game changer technical skills include Data Science and Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, the Internet of Things, and Research and Development. And the must-have soft skills include Communication skills, Results-Oriented, and Collaboration skills. © 2022 IEEE.

This research shows that social learning can be used to increase an organization's cybersecurity maturity level. Using a literature study and case study approach. Literature studies are used to identify social learning's key success factors (KSF) and challenges in general. Then, the case study was performed in the context of assessing the maturity level of information security using the NIST Cybersecurity framework at ABC Software House, a small-scale software development company in Indonesia. Assessment activities are performed through FGDs which then also identify the most relevant social learning' KSF to increase the organization's information security maturity level. Next, referring to the selected KSF, a process of identifying and mapping social learning' challenges was carried out. The integration of social learning can help organizations gain better focus and understanding in nontechnical contexts to increase their maturity level. This research highlights that integrating social learning with the NIST cybersecurity framework can provide organizations with better focus and perspective for formulating non-technical solutions. This study also enriches the existing literature on social learning in cybersecurity and offers practical insights for organizations looking to improve their cybersecurity resilience. © 2024 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to human-like intelligence exhibited by computers, robots, or other machines. In popular use, artificial intelligence refers to the ability of a computer or machine to mimic the ability of the human mind to learn from examples and experiences, recognize objects, understand and respond to language, make decisions, solve problems, and combine these and other abilities to perform functions that humans might perform. Artificial intelligence requires experience and data to smarten up the technology. The most important things in making artificial intelligence are learning, reasoning, and self-correction. At the learning stage, AI gives machines the ability to learn tasks without requiring a defined programming language. Then, the reasoning stage is the stage where the reason AI is applied in a technology. The self-correction stage is the stage where the AI is refining itself from and learning from experience in order to minimize errors or problems that exist. Then, this matter is concerned with the parking lot to be discussed. Parking can be interpreted as public facilities available in agencies or offices that serve to store vehicles. Vehicles entering the parking area become tens or even thousands, because it requires a parking system and management area. Such arrangements are capable of parking procedures and even other support systems such as adequate parking facilities and infrastructure, and another function is to create and develop parking systems in general to provide safety and comfort. The methodology obtained from this problem is checking the research model to check and find out the comparison of vehicle user’s Parking System Security between cars or motorcycles, as well as the usual parking lots visited. The background of this research is the condition of the covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on online ticket sales. Meanwhile, when future of covid-19 pandemic is starting to become clearer, we are going to have a lot more infections but hopefully a lot fewer hospitalizations, people began to travel long distances that had been delayed by implementing health protocols. Airfare competition can influence the decision to buy airline tickets. Various things have been done to attract the attention of buyers. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research. Population in this research was people who have purchased plane tickets online during the covid-19 pandemic, and the sample were 113 respondents age between 15 and 64. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study using multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. It was concluded that price, promotion, and lifestyle variables can influence online purchasing decisions. © 2023 IEEE.

In online-based virtual worlds such as Metaverse, Online Games, and other online digital spaces, the virtual/digital goods (digital items / digital assets) are fundamental things that must be available to be able to do business & create an economy in the virtual world through monetization & transactions from these digital goods. This research focuses on summarizing and exploring the attributes used in digital goods in the virtual world by extracting attributes in digital goods from other related studies using the Systematic Literature Review methodology & PRISMA Framework comprehensively so that it can be a reference for developers in designing the properties and functions of digital goods in the virtual world that are being developed, which in this case will be in the form of an NFT in the future. Based on research that has been carried out, 3 essential metadata attributes have the most influence on transactions, number 1 Visual Design / Aesthetic (Representative), number 2 Effect (Utilities), and number 3 Statistics / Performance (Utilities) which must be considered in developing/making digital goods in the form of NFTs in the virtual world so that the value of digital goods can attract users to buy or transact them in the virtual world. © 2024 IEEE.
